Yup sis. Promo na yun. Yan yung unang offering nila na promo fare pa-Tokyo. Kelan travel dates nyo? Okay na rin yang nakuha mo, at least PAL.

Hi mga sis! I want to go to Tokyo din during sakura season. Is Apr17-20 too late? That's next year's holy week kasi... pero I read na cherry blossoms full bloom is around mid-April.

^ baka late na yan, sis. Pero depends pa din sa weather conditions. Kasi last year, initial forecast was mid-April. Pero actual full bloom in Tokyo was last week of March, so sumakto sa trip namin.

late na nga ata ang mid-April. same travel dates kami for next year. around last week of March to first week of April daw sa Tokyo pero depends pa nga rin, lalo na't climate change ngayon. hehe. we plan to go to the northern part of Japan (Sendai)  kasi dun pa sya full bloom.

Bagaholic chewy, whats the best area in Tokyo to stay at for first timers? 10 days kami sa Japan  but we might go to Osaka too if hindi sensitive ang pregnancy ko.

^ naku, di ako Tokyo expert, hehe.. but I would say maybe somewhere Shinjuku or Shibuya. Kami we stayed at a rental apartment near Nishishinjuku Gochome, about two metro stops from Shinjuku and ok naman din. We loved the area kasi me mga kainan, convenience stores, metro and bus stops na malapit.

^We stayed at Shinjuku City Hotel N.U.T.S Tokyo. 4 nights kami diyan. The room is small pero kami lang naman kasi ng husband ko and literally natulog lang kami doon. We spent around 20k pesos for those 4 nights.

Hi sisses. I will have to do a lot of BR. I was able to book manila to tokyo then osak to manila sa cebu pac for 6k all in na. Kaso i know lagare ang magiging IT ko kasi 4 days lanh. Hirap kasi mag leave ng matagal sa ofic hehe. What can i do ba sa first day kung dadating ng 11am sa narita airport? Yung osaka-manila ko naman is 9pm pa yata so kahit pano makakaikot pa ko. I was planning to stay in tokyo ng day 1 and 2. Then osaka or kyoto na yung day 3 and 4. Hindi ako magdi disneyland or kahit anong theme park pero gusto ko lang makita or marating si mt. Fuji hehe. Can you sugest anything for my IT and murang hotel na pwede pag stay-an pls. I will travel solo at di ako maarte sa place, kahit yung mga double deck style keri lanh sa kin tutal nasa labas naman ako most of the time. TIA

^try to search Sakura Hotel... they have strategic locations. Clean naman and safe...

^^try K'house (Asakusa), dyan kami magstay sa Tokyo sa May for 1 week.
nagbook na din kami sa K'house Kyoto kasi dun kami for like 3 days.
Okay naman dun as per Kuya's bf, dun siya lagi pag nasa Japan siya.

Manila - Osaka - Tokyo - Manila ang travel namen.. Gusto ko sana isama ang Sapporo pero the travel time is very long.

I've already tried Sakura, ok naman siya, this time, gusto ko naman matry ang k'House, may mga variants kasi yung hostel, haha

^sis di kami masyado mahilig sa temples kasi..

Sorry di na ako nagbackread, sulit ba ang JR Pass? i heard kasi di siya sulit kung di masyado matravel yung from region to region.. (kansai, kanto, hokkaido... etc)

^ kami we did not get a JR pass na kasi nagcompute ako, di namin masusulit. Even the Tokyo day passes na unlimited rides, di rin ganun kasulit per my computation (based on our IT). Bumili na lang kami Suica card, reloadable prepaid card na pwede sa bus and train.

hmm yung sa JR lines na yan medyo di ko kasi siya get, kahit na may JR pass ka not everything will be covered. Yung Tokyo Metro ba is part of the JR pass?

^ yup, sa Hyperdia. Kahit sa google maps me lumalabas din na cost pag sa Japan routes.
