i've made comparison na for transfers:

Southwest Door to door with fees
(including terminal & environmental fees) - P975

DIY:
Van + Boat RT - 500
Terminal & Environmental Fee RT - 300
Trike RT - 60 (assuming 3 pax/trike)
Total = 860

Difference of P115/pax

^sis, yung tricycle nasa Php100 one way hanggang D'Mall. Php125 kung resort is nasa Station 1. Yan yung singil sa amin ng dispatcher sa Cagban port. Yung multi-cab from php250-300 naman.

^^yup per trike. Kami kasi dalawa lang nagkasya sa trike dahil may dala kaming gamit tapos ang laking tao ng brother ko. Yung small multicab kung average size adults 4-5 with bags. Yung naka A/C na multicab ang Php300.00 for the whole cab. Php250 naman non-A/C.

Going to Boracay nag DIY din kami pero naguluhan kami pagdating sa Cagban port. Nagkaubusan pa ng multicab na first choice sana namin sabay umuulan wala kang maayos na sisilungan. Kaya pabalik ng KLO we decided to get na the shuttle service ng resort. Medyo mahal ng konti sa DIY but less naman hassle.

we might consider na nga Southwest's door to door services para less hassle. i asked for a discount since 27pax nga kami lahat. they will give it P925/pax for adults excluding senior citizen and kids. not bad

^Andami nyo pala! Better nga mag door to door na kayo para less ang hassle. Tapos negotiate for a group rate since marami kayo.

Yung senior citizen they give discount sa enviromental fee (Php60 na lang) pero terminal fee Php100 pa rin.

walang pinag kaiba weather sa Manila at dito, super sama rin ng panahon , plus the fact pa na habagat kaya ang dagat galit na galit lalo na yong sa main beachfront, medyo mas kalamado ang Bulabog side, flooded din mga kalsada pero mabilis naman mag subside pag tumigil ang ulan.

sana lang talaga matapos na tag -ulan sa buong pilipinas, nakaka lungkot na yong mga ngyayari :-(

thanks mama squeak. they will give it to us P925 na lang for the adults instead of P975. yung children and senior citizen hindi na kasi lowered yung rate nila. they applied na appropriate discount

still to finalize pa hotel accommodation. choosing between La Carmela (thru Boracay Deals) and Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center (Jerry Crown Travel promo thru Metrodeal). mas makakamura kasi kami ng P16k sa La Carmela for the total costs ng group. mejo sayang din 

then activities naman like para sailing, helmet diving, etc. suggestion sisses, your trusted operators?

^leelou sis online kayo nagbubook sa southwest right? Cheaper ang rates kapag sa booth ng Southwest tours sa Kalibo airport kayo mismo bibili. last January, 995 ang rate online for door to door pero di ko na inavail kasi fare pa to and from the bank at busy din kasi. Sa booth nila, 900php lang at 2 lang kami nun, hindi pa maramihan so cheaper talaga sa booth doon mismo sa Kalibo airport pero kung nakapagpabook ka na, push mo na din

P975 yung sa website eh so nag-mura pa pala sya  so yung P900 rate nila sa Kalibo Airport probably bumababa din ngayon? naku sis thanks for this info ha? try ko nga i-negotiate yang rate na yan with them again. buti na lang hindi pa kami nakipag-commit sa kanila. sa January pa naman kasi travel namin

Hi mga sis, just got back from Boracay! Super ganda ng beach!

We were there from Aug. 18-21, kasagsagan ng bagyong Maring dito sa Manila. Luckily, lumalabas si haring araw nung panahong un, tapos uulan ng malakas bandang hapon pero humihinto sa gabi.

We stayed at Station 1, sa Blue Waves Boracay, katabi lang ng Ambassador. Maliit lang syang hotel, pero maganda ang service, malinis ang room at mukhang bago pa. Masarap din ang free brekky nila. Ang drawback lang, hightide pag umaga tapos walang madadaanan sa likod papuntang highway. Anyways affected naman ng hightide ang halos lahat ng station 1 sa umaga. Malayo din to sa station 2, siguro mga 25 mins. namin nilakad from hotel to d’Mall nung 1st day namin. Nung mga sumunod na araw, kaya na namin lakarin ng 15 mins. lang. Keri lang para samen ang mga lakaran na ganyan, enjoy nga kame ni bf kasi ang sarap maglakad sa tabing dagat lalo na sa gabi. Romantic ang dating. hehe

DIY lang kame ni bf sa mga transfers. Eto ang mga expenses namin:

Papunta (Caticlan Airport arrival)
Caticlan airport to Tabon port – 80php good for two pax (tricycle – tingin ko pwede sumakay mga apat dun)
Terminal fee Tabon port – 25php/pax
Environmental fee – 75php/pax
Tabon port to Tambisaan port – 25php/pax (boat)
Tambisaan port to hotel – free courtesy of the hotel

Pabalik (Kalibo Airport departure)
Tambisaan port to hotel – free courtesy of the hotel
Environmental fee – 20php/pax
Tambisaan port to Tabon port to Kalibo – 275php/pax (Soutwest tours ito, boat ride + bus going to Kalibo)

All in All, 920php lang ang nagastos namin sa transfers, kaming dalawa na ni bf un. Malaking bagay yung libreng transfer papuntang hotel.

Mura lang sya sis. Yun na ata pinakamura sa hilera dun. 1700php/night with free breakfast and free transfer Tambisaan port-hotel-tambisaan port. Actually di nga namin alam na may free transfer eh. Sinabi nalang samen un after makapag-DP.
