It wouldnt be a problem. 7kg hand carry + personal bag +laptop bag ang allowed. Ako nga malaki personal bag ko eh like LV neverful gm size, never had problems.

^^ yup, agree with ^. I usually hand-carry a small trolley luggage + 1 personal handbag na malaki. Just make sure that your hand-carried items will fit in the overhead bins, or under the airplane seat.

Hi po. Im going to Thailand via Singapore Airlines. Its a connecting flight. from manila-Singapore-Thailand. Medyo mahigpit ang Changi airport balak ko kasi magdala ng gluta vials saka mga injections. Pwede ba yun I check-in o coconfiscate nila? Lilipat na kasi kami Thailand. Marami akong natirang glutathione like 5 boxes pa pati mga injections. Dalhin ko sana with me. Last time pala na pumunta kami Thailand. Naglagay ako maraming milk powder sa check-in luggage namin for my son. Tas pagkarating namin ng hotel, binuksan nila yung maleta kahit may password sya, at pati padlock. Tinangga nila. Kala siguro nila drugs. 😂

Mga sis, my airline is Cathay Pacific, would you know if pwede 23 kg sa kanila. Ang mahal ng extra baggage nila USD 30 per KG, unbelievable!

^If you're flying on economy and your destination uses the weight system, until 20kgs lang. Sometimes the check-in agents will waive a kilo or kung meron endorsement from a CX staff they will waive more. And yes mahal talaga ang excess baggage fees, it will also depend kasi sa final destination mo.

^To my knowledge only low cost carriers do the cheaper pre-paid baggage fees. For premium or full-service carriers like CX, they only have fixed weight allowances per class of service. And you can only pay the excess baggage fees at the check-in counters.

Hi sis, will be flying this Saturday via Cebu Pacific Manila-Sydney. My check-in luggage allowance is 20kg. Anyway, I'm planning to pack (in the check-in luggage) Burlington Nano Waterproofer Spray 200g. It's extremely flammable though. Would it be alright if I take it with me? How about the pressure in the cabin? And do I need to place it in a special container or pack it in a different way? Please advice. Thank you!

^do you know if it is classified as flammable 3 liquid on the dangerous goods list? If you've no idea, to save you the hassle better leave it behind na lang. Just waterproof all the stuff that needs waterproofing before you leave.

hi sisses... do i understand it correctly, for klm, if for example we would choose to add extra suitcase of 23kg, 80.00 euro only?
nagulat ako kasi parang ang mura... kindly confirm sisses. actually im thinking of booking through qatar airways sana because their free baggage allowance is 30kg. while klm is 23kg only. ayaw ko kasi dana problemahin pa if we would have excess baggage at the end of our trip ni hubby.

^hi silveronfire, I believe it's the standard rate.  For British Airways, extra baggage is £65 for 23 kg.  Last June, we flew Virgin Atlantic to the US and we also paid £65  from London to LA, for extra baggage fees.

Easyjet only allows super small hand luggage or bag right? and when I checked about the check in baggage it is too expensive! We have to pack light tuloy..

About CX that's the only hassle that I see, you can't buy pre paid luggage! you have to be in the business class to have 30kg.

sis standard hand luggage size (check their website to be sure) but they don't weight it so kahit gaano kabigat! As opposed to Ryanair na wine-weigh din yung handcarry. Yun nga lang, you cannot have a handbag with you. Kelangan magkasya sa bag mo when you go through gate check-in pero you can take it out while waiting to board the plane inside the gate.

@glacyrein, its true that easyjet is quite strict when it comes to baggage. What we usually do is, my hubby and I would share a checked in luggage and we still get to carry a hand luggage each. That way, we only pay a smaller amount. Or, we would bring only our hand carry. But I will carry a very small purse that I could sling over my shoulder just big enough for my passport, phone, coinpurse and maybe a lipbalm or 2, and he brings his own fannypack 😊. Hope this helps.
