Ah okie.. Thanks girls!! buti natanung ko kaagad before my flight. nov 28 pa naman. buti nasabe niyo yan.. Hindi kasi ako talaga nag-check in.. puro hand carry lang.

safe kaya talaga mag check in ng branded bags? napaparanoid ako sobra baka nakawin or buong baggage ma delay or mawala.

pag binitbit ko naman with paperbags, ang problema baka pag initan pa sa customs sa atin.

mga worth 300t kasi siya. 5bags, 4 wallets. from Italy ang flight then may stop over pa kami sa Abu Dhabi ng 6hrs

I never checked-in branded bags, watches and jewelry. Di talaga ako kampante. Pinagtatyagaan talaga namin ni hubby pagkasyahin sa carryon. My brother lost some goods on one of his flights from US before - bags and camera. Kahit naka-lock pa ang maleta.

The paperbags usually go sa checked-in luggage para di mainit sa mata sa airport. Sometimes, pati box nasa check-in, esp if collapsible naman ang box. Or if like LV, we can get the box here, di na kami kumukuha dun (except when we bought Speedy sa Milan, manipis lang ang box and the dimensions, kasya naman sa big backpack ni hubby). Then we divide the goods between us.

problemahin ko nalang pano ko bitbitin ang 5 bags. 3 kasi doon matigas ang leather, hindi foldable!

Bring a big beach bag as your shoulder bag. Hehe.  Although baka i-weigh nila both hand carry and bag kapag malaki masyado shoulder bag. Or bring a paper bag. I cant remember lang if strict airlines sa two hand carry. Dito sa dublin strict ang etihad sa 7kilos hand carry (i assume etihad ka dahil abu dhabi ). Pero pagdating sa abu dhabi ang mga pinoy ang dami-daming bag at duty free. Hmp.

Etihad nga kami sis. bumili nalang ako ng gym bag, doon ko siksik yung 2leathers. then gagamitin ko na yung pinaka matigas at pinaka malaki rin na handbag. lalagay ko sa loob mga wallets and nylon bags.

^1. the problem is allowed ba ang big maleta for 15kg? Yes. As long as your bag is not irregular or super large (i.e. cargo-sized) and within your pre-paid baggage weight of 15kgs or less no worries na mag-excess.

2. Question is allowed ba ulit ang big maleta ko considering kulang pa din naman sa 30 kilos yun? Yes.

Ako before nung hindi pa kilala ang monopod at mini tripod (yun super liit lang ito) nilalagay ko sa hand carry kaso nung nag Bohol ako this June pauwi na  habang dumadaan sa Xray yun bag ko sinabihan ako na ilipat ko daw sa bag kong for check - in.

how strict is PAL with oversized boxes? My box kasi over size ng one inch. No luggage/box should be over 62 inches daw according to the website (length+width+height), eh the high chair I ordered is 63 inches in total. Pag bigayan kaya sa SFO airport? I dunno if I should gamble it or just have it shipped nalang and wait.

mga sis, pwede kaya for carry-on yung medium sized backpack plus messenger bag? not sure kasi kung maimaximize ko kung mag check-in baggage kami since 3D/2N lang kami MNL-HKG via cebu pac. hindi ko pa kasi sure kung marami akong maiuuwi from shopping hehe. thanks!

^ for size, I think pwede pa yan handcarry. But make sure it's within the 7kg limit. Kasi minsan theny randomly check the weight of the handcarried bags.

Hi mga sis!

First time namin magfly ni bf, through Cebu Pacific from Davao to Manila. We'll be there for about a week. We'll be bringing 1 hand-carry luggage each, and 1 laptop bag each. My question is, is it okay for me to bring a handbag for personal stuff, on top of the allowable laptop bag? My handbag is a bit big kasi. But it will only contain a few important stuff.

^ usually they allow naman. As for your hand-carried luggage, make sure it is within the 7kg limit kasi they sometimes do random checks and if it's over 7kg, then you'll need to check it in.

Mga sis we decided to avail na of the 20kg baggage but we are planning to bring the allowable 7kgs handcarry. Aside from the  7kgs handcarry, we get to bring a handbag pa din ba? Mas malaki lang sya ng onti sa PS2.
