hmmmm..another question.. what do you suggest we will get, the EZ link ba or the singapore tourist pass? we are a group of 4, will stay at fairmont and most likely our first 2-3 days will be spent sa sentosa/mbs/esplanade area..gusto ko yong ginawa mo sis kayesl na itinerary for jdabello... pwedeng gayahin? back to my question... ano kaya ang mas convenient and budget friendly, EZ or tourist pass?

may nakapagstay na ba sa hotel 81-bugis. may nabasa kasi na wala daw window. di ko alam kung yung standard room lang ba yung walang window.

What should be my route if I would like to walk from Novotel, Clarke Quay to Marina Bay Sands? How long would it take me? Kasi it doesn't look far when I checked the map so I was thinking aside from exercise may kasama nang sightseeing on the way to MBS.

^Sis, try below:

Sama nyo na rin ang clarke Quay --> Asian Civilization (sa labas lang kayo, riverside, ganda view) --> Fullerton Hotel --> Merlion --> Esplanade --> Makansutra --> Helix bridge --> Gardens by the Bay --> Marina bay sands

Yan ang magandang walking tour.  Kaya shang ijog ng isang oras kung alam ang pasikot sikot.  So whole day with that direction is a leisure na.  You get to enjoy the nice ambiance.

kung gusto nyo ng murang matutuluyan, marami din naman pong backpacker style hotel/inn dito. google google lang po.

^Marina bay sands.  I suggest sa chinatown nlang kayo magstay para kahit within the area nalang kayo mamashal. Kasi ganun din kung iiwan nyo sa hotel nyo gamit nyo tapos babalikan pa.  Taxi din yun.

lalo tuloy ako naguluhan sa itinerary. sa ocotber pa naman flight pero lalo ako naguluhan kung ano gagawin ko sa day 1 and day 2. hay 

pero sa day 1 ang dating ko 9am.

^Nagulo ko ba sis ang plano mo? hehe.  I suggest you stay in Chinatown para pagbaba mo ng hotel, tourist spot na agad.  Which means, near the MRT (chinatown station), within the food street (super daming kainan), at pashalan pa mismo ng pasalubong.  And, its also very near Marina bay sands and esplanade area.  Baka less than 10SGD lang taxi nyo.  Or if you prefer walking you can do a leisure walk from chinatown --> raffles place --> Marina bay sands

I never recommend geylang area or fragrance hotel.  This vacation of yours is just almost once a year getaway, so make the most our of it. Enjoy but its still within your budget kasi marami mura sa chinatown.  Geylang on the other hand, is very far from the city.  Talagang dadayuhin mo pa if you want to go to the city area.

Speaking of Chinatown, recently we have some friends who went here and they stayed at A Berry Good Hostel. They have nothing but good words with the place This is located at Chinatown by the way.

@sis michi247 nakapagstay kami last december sa hotel 81 sa bugis branch meron naman window napag stayan namen baka dahil dulo na room sya... anyways, matutulog lang din naman kayo so ok lang kahit walang window =) strict sila sa number of guest :/
