Pwede bang palitan ang UITF ko from Balance Fund to Equity Fund pag naka reach na ko ng 10? Or kailangan kong magopen ng bago for Equity?

Gusto ko to itry by next year kaya lang iniisip ko kelangan ba talaga may savings sa bdo? Kakasara ko lang kasi ng account ko dun. Cash card na lang meron ako.

Second question is mandatory ba yung 1k every month? Panu kung on that month marami ka expenses kaya hindi ka makabayad so next month na lang ikaw magbabayad. Basta mabuo mo lang yung 10k. Pwede ba yun?

we got our first COP for the fixed income. P12k ang amount. sayang, kung P10k lang sana, mas mababa sana ang napvu nung nabuo yung P10k. ang date kasi ng COP namin is in November wherein the napvu is 1896. e kung P10k lang nung october, 1885 lang. mas marami sana kami nabili. well, sana tumaas pa para kumita pa rin.

I don't see how the timing of the COP spin off
would have an impact on your returns.

Maybe I am wrong. Ang understanding ko kasi is yung time ng COP ang basis ng returns dahil dun nakalagay kung ilang unit yung nabili mo with your investment at ito lagi ang factor na gagamitin everytime ico-compute mo yung gain or loss mo. E dahil nga at the time ng COP ay mataas ang napvu, konti lang din ang nabili kong unit. I am not really sure if my understanding is right.

I'm liking BDO Uitf more and more kasi may diversification at minimal cost. Tapos hindi pa hassle ang pag dagdag pag auto debit.

Lagi bang available yang bdo eip? I remember nung 2012, inoffer lang  yung enrollment for a period of time.

^^ Available lagi iyon Sis, basta be sure kung ano munang uift ang sasalihan mo kasi meron iba ibang klase (equity, bond, fixed income, etc.)

Maganda rin if you will apply for your BDO Online Banking, mas madali kasing imonitor.

Iyong sa EIP, you can choose how much iyong auto deduct sa account mo, how frequent (once/twice/thrice a month) & anong date each month (5, 10, 15 or 20).

1. I am planning to get one this weekend sa bank ko, should igive them 10k agad upon getting this investment or they will just deduct e.g. 1k a month sa account ko?

2. Say i reached 10k na, I will be able to get the entire money right then will just continue deducting it from my account till i reach another 10?

gusto ko 'to, auto-debit para less hassle. tapos at 1k/month minimum, magaan sa bulsa parang di mo na masyado mararamdaman. sana sa branch ko, madali lang mag-enrol. baka equity fund ang piliin ko kasi for long term naman, para sa retirement fund namin ni hubby.

Signed up for EIP at my BDO branch yesterday. Start kami this April. Also, according dun sa taong nakausap ko, once ma-reach yung 10k saka lang daw yun ibibili ng units.

Mali yung taong nakausap mo or hindi mo sya naintindihan.
Bumibili na ng units(i.e. contributions are getting invested)
pero you'll only get the COP(certificate of participation)
upon reaching 10k.

Technically, walang gaanong difference pag wala ka pang
COP or meron. You can redeem just the same pero kung
may COP ka na, pumapatak na ang holding period samantalang
kung wala kang COP, may fee yun kung mag reredeem ka
prematurely.
