La Cabrera yummy ng provoleta nila,steaks are good. Unlimited sidedishes. For dessert, we ordered lava cake ok lang nothing extraordinary.

Korean garden in jupiter st. - it is your classic old school restaurant with pami-pamilya patrons. Authentic korean food at it's best!

Stacy's at The Fort

- I love the shabby chic theme and the fact that it's a kid-friendly resto. I ordered chicken parmesan and my husband had bbq ribs. Their servings are pretty hefty, food tastes great for the price. The sansrival was so-so, though. They also gave us complimentary popcorn, strawberry pretzels, and marshmallows but they gave this after our food was served so hinde namin masyado napansin.

Service wise, ok lang naman except that parang may hearing prob yung waitress. She got my hubby's drink wrong and forgot to change my parsely rice to garlic rice kahit nag-affirm sya upon ordering.

I'd still come back to this resto mostly because of the atmosphere and price. It can easily be my fave lunch resto during workdays.

Silantro in kapitolyo - yes yes yes. Super love the nachos, naka-dalawa kami ni boyfie! And sulit din! Good for maybe 6 yung isang order ng nachos. The lamb was delish too though we asked for medium rare kaso well na-well done nila. We'll go back for the wings next time

Okay yung Shonantei Japanese Restobar along Mindanao Avenue!
Authentic japanese food. Ang sarap!

Nakausap namin owner, same supplier nila ng lahat ng restaurants sa Little Tokyo. Medyo slow service lang kasi food is prepared on the spot - which is actually okay

I know this isn't a resto but satisfied and happy kami ni bf sa The Snack Shack. Initially he was craving rice meal but when he finally took a bite of his half pounder, he changed his mind and decided to order more to go for himself, his kiddos, and my mom and aunt (ako, wala?! ).

The patty and veggies are fresh and juicy and tasty (just right). Forgot lang to put add ons. Plus for 70 and 135 bucks for quarter and half pounder respectively, super sulit na. Though I wish they have a bigger place. First time ko nakaubos ng quarter pounder sa isang upuan. Love it! Will definitely come back for more burger happiness.

Gyu- kako (Shang) --my family loves the food, mahilig kasi sila mag grill. will definitely go back although yung brisket beef is a little bit tough. sad lang at walang ice cream kanina.

St. Marcs Cafe (Megamall) - love the chococro and the vanilla ice cream with green tea powder

Duck and Buvette (Shang) - been here, several times. My kiddos fave- Angus meatballs and i love the sandwiches and coffee.

Osaka Ohsho (M egamall) - Gyoza daw yung specialty. masarap naman pero kalasa lang din ng ibang gyoza sa ibang japanese resto. di ko masyadong bet ang food nila.

Ginzadon at Resorts World Manila - sub-standard Japanese and Korean food with harang prices.  Forget it!

Tiyo's Cuisine by Chef and Brewer in Marikina

The place is nice, quite accessible even if you don't have a car, and has a homey ambience. Mejo scary lang yung road right now cus may ongoing construction sa drainage. The guards and parking staff are very nice, polite, and helpful though.

We ordered creamy garlic chicken pasta, beef kare kare, inihaw na liempo, and dinuguan bagnet. I looove the pasta --- it's so creamy and tasty. It's good for 2 people din. The kare-kare is great too, except that nakulangan ako sa laman cus they use beef leg for it. Hinde ko natikman ang inihaw and dinuguan. I also like their lemongrass iced tea. For dessert, we ordered toblerone cheesecake, it's nice and light.

The resto is a bit pricey though. Our total bill is 2500 but I guess considering na 5 kame na kumain, pwede na din.

Earth Kitchen at White Plains

I am still 50-50 about this restaurant.  I liked the pasta carbonara but not the roast organic chicken.  And the "cheesecake" on the dessert menu is actually ice cream.

Medyo expensive siya considering it is not mall-based and the servings are small.

Is Tiyo's baby-friendly? I mean, can I bring my infant daughter, or is it primarily a "date" place?

^There's an indoor seating area naman sis which is airconditioned and relatively more quiet. Yung outside seating area nila is for smokers and drinkers.

The trip to Manila was definitely well worth it because of all the good food!

Cafe 1771 (El Pueblo, Ortigas Center) - Tried Sentro 1771 before, but it was my first time to try out their breakfast place, Cafe 1771. I got their Filipino Set - Spicy Tuyo Flakes and I was not disappointed at all. I wish there was more rice as the tuyo was so yummy! Gotta love the homey feel of the place and it wasn't crowded on a Saturday morning, so I loved it to bits!!!

Brasas Latin American Street Food (The Prodium) - Not my first time, but it was on this visit that I tried their Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich and it was heavenly! Super filling, too!

8 Cuts Burger Blend by Burgerbar (SM Mega Fashion Hall, SM Megamall) - Super sulit! The burgers were freshly made. It was too yummy for words. Their onion rings, super recommended - we almost forgot that it was onion rings as it was so well prepared. For the drinks, their Arnold Palmer is yummy. However, the Salted Caramel Milkshake was a tad too sweet for my liking!

Buffalo's Wings N' Things (SM Megamall A) - We were supposed to also get buffalo wings from 8 Cuts Burger the night before, but it was OOS. So, I was craving for wings! We got the Triple Sampler with the following flavors, Garlic Parmesan, Ultimate Wingsanity & New York's Finest. We also got their Nachos and finally, their Beef Burrito was to die for!!!

I can't wait to head back to Manila again for more food-tripping action!!!

Not sure pag lunch but better reserve to be sure. Our first attempt here was dinner last Saturday but the place was packed and all of them had reservations so hinde kame natuloy.

So true, sarap ng wings ng buffalo wings & things. my ofcmates & I eat there every month or even biweekly.
