Johnny Moon Cafe is my favorite Laoag restaurant.  The pasta with malunggay pesto, tuyo and espada is awesome. 

La Preciosa is also good though the servings are small.  Here's where you can get your cake fix.  The carrot cake is their most famous cake.  The Toblerone cake is also good.

Herencia at Paoay is overrated.  I don't really care for their pinakbet pizza.

Serye Cafe in QC Circle - oks na oks ang food especially their crispy pata is winner!

Relish Hello Happiness in Sct Limbaga Qc: good ambiance. I love the carbonara,  roast beef and lengua in mushroom sauce. Their iced tea is good too. Cookie dough cheesecake is heavenly. Efficient service.

Don Armando's in Calasiao, Pangasinan (in front of Robinson's Place) -- i loved the mixed seafood sisig! and calamares. and avocado shake. cheap food too

Cafe Ilang Ilang in Manila Hotel -- loved the Filipino selection. Sobrang sarap ng bistek and lechon. And of course, dessert. Loved the selection especially the ice cream! Parang naka 3 scoops ata ako ng pistachio haha

The Burger Project along Maginhawa St. -- even if I did not go for a "customized" burger, the one I chose (i.e. Western Melt ata yung name) was superb. medyo pricey sya but the serving size and the fillings were ok. my cousin and my brother went for a "customized" burger and natuwa sila kasi they were able to choose their own sauces and pwede i-exclude yung veggies na ayaw nila.  their iced tea (pino brewed iced tea) was also good. not the typical powder iced tea. hindi masyadong matamis.

Vikings in megamall - the staff are very friendly. Food is the same as in all eat all you cans. Siyempre it's different from hotel buffets. My fave is the lime and mint juice!!! They constantly refill everything and if wala na they'll ask for your table number and deliver a freshly made one for you. That is a major plus. Compared to the marikina branch, parang mas maraming entrees sa marikina? But i went there like a year ago already so baka nag-iba na talaga. The mega branch has a lot of drinks option. What i liked the least is the layout of the dining tables amd some position of the food stations. All i can say is they really made use of all possible space to accommodate the most number of customers. Thank god we got a couch table!

Maple Restaurant in Shangri-La Mall (new wing)

They have quite a variety of dishes; they even have an all day breakfast selection. Prices are on the upscale level but not exaggerated; also, the portions are quite big we still had leftover but not due to lack of taste but because we were already so full. They have free bread rolls which were so good! The bread roll has a clear coating of crunchy maple syrup on top (most probably as a nod to the name) and is served fresh from the oven with butter, super yummy!!

Will definitely go back to try the other dishes.

Padre Damaso in Greenbelt 5: we ordered kare kare and chicken pastel. I did not like the food. I will not dine there again.

I really enjoyed the food at EARTH KITCHEN in Katipunan white plains side. I've tried the spring rolls, salad, fish with mango salsa, pasta (ravioli and the one with pumpkin and goat cheese) beef kebabs, risoto - lahat masarap for me. The goat cheese ice cream with honey and figs was also memorable kaso medyo mahal siya.

Re-discovery: Mario's at T. Morato

I haven't eaten here in more than 10 years so I did not know what to expect.  Thankfully, the food is as good as I remember it.  The lengua is so tender it melts in your mouth.  I love the Paella Valenciana, which is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sahog and wetness.  The Caesar salad is still topnotch.  Even the spaghetti Bolognese of my kids is great.  And the cappuccino and moist chocolate cake ended our meal on the right note. 

Service is fast and the waiters are attentive.  I will definitely dine here more often.

KKK - the tanglad iced tea, nakakasuka!!! Sobrang sama ng lasa, never thought that was possible for merely an iced tea. And I knew hindi lang ako yun, because all three of us couldn't finish our drink. Lasa syang maxx candy na lemon flavor. Lol
I did looove their buko pandan salad though the serving was pretty small. Very creamy and not too sweet.

Magnum cafe - i thought the place is small pero di naman pala. We had dessert here yesrerday for mother's day. Of course it's just magnum ice creams made pretty pero okay na ein. Sayang nga pala the diy magnum flavors are only available for takeout and feeling ko sila yung masarap. The ones with cake that we ordered are okay. The chocolate overload is too soft, i thought nga di pa siya luto, i thought it's a brownie. Yung cookie dough skillet with two magnum is better kasi firmer yung  dough amd cookie like talaga. I like na mainit talaga yung bread when they served it, the ice cream melts. Yumg giveaway for mothers nila is actually delicious, it has mintand strawberry amd some nuts.

All masarap, parang same price lang ng Dencio's or much cheaper! Pero sobrang sarap ng mga food nila.

Kettle (Shang) - we like the buttermilk fried chicken, gorgonzola pasta and the fries is just right!
Forgot to order the pork & potato strips though.
we will return again and order that, plus the steak & marrow!

The Food Club Buffet restaurant in Macaoagal Ave., Manila - i enjoyed it because of the lobster! : )
Good selections of Japanese, Chinese, American food,etc.

Kyochon- masarap pero medyo pricey than other competitors nila. Tapos di ka ganun kabusog after. Ang liit kasi ng chicken nila.
