@sis marose, i've been curious for months na about cafe lydia eversince i watched it on kristv.  One time, we went there to try it kaya lang, grabe tao.  As in, OA talaga sa dami from waitlist to parking so we decided wag na lang.

The wine bar in el pueblo.  I had an event here last thursday and the food was good but what i love most was the ambiance.  Super nice for small parties.  It's cozy plus ang nice ng place .

Handuraw along Anonas Extension. They served the best thin crust pizza, sobrang sarap. Good place ito to chill with friends and family. But you have to wait patiently  Medyo matagal mag serve lalo na kapag ang daming tao. I suggest call them before going there kung gutom na kayo. May underground bands din na tumutugtog dito. Nakakatuwa kasi friends, family with older / young children dine eh.

Lugang Café at SM Aura

Xiao long bao - yummy broth but meat was bland
3-cup chicken - hubby and I liked this dish; on the sweet side but okay for us
Salt and pepper squid - bland and not crisp
Spicy claypot fish - liked this as well, love the balanced flavor of the sauce
Bubble milk tea - we liked this

Overrated considering that the star dish (Xiao long bao) is not that good.  Long wait at the queue does not justify the rather bland and ordinary taste of the food.  It's a hit or miss pala.  The servers were few considering that the place was full.  In fairness, our food arrived shortly after we placed our order.

Brasas Latin American Street Food at Evia Lifestyle Center, Daang Hari, Las Piñas

- they were still on their soft opening phase when we visited them for dinner last Saturday. pero surprisingly, okay na ang service. maybe because the place a bit small, and they had enough staff members to accommodate all tables. i appreciated the fact that the staff assigned to our table easily answered our questions about the food, helped us a lot in choosing. and we weren't disappointed with what we chose!

Patacones - OMG, appetizer pa lang ayoko na tigilan. these are crispy plantain chips  topped with smoked pulled pork, pico de gallo, and Monterey Jack cheese. very flavorful and filling, sooo good!

Carne Asada Wrap - charcoal-grilled beef sirloin, sauteed onions, roasted bell peppers, and pico de gallo wrapped in soft flour tortilla. nag-hati na kami ng husband ko because ang laki ng one piece; sure enough, di ko pa nga naubos yung half ko because this was really filling. very generous with the meat.

my hubby's already asking when we're going back to Brasas LOL. and because the area is less than 10 minutes away from our place, malamang mapapadalas talaga kami dito

The service was good, the staff were cheery and knowledgeable of the different toppings available plus they are articulate too.

There are a lot of different toppings to choose from and some of them are not your usual topping like caramelized onions, blue cheese, etc.

The size was good for one person although the price was a bit expensive. Despite this, would still go back again

Gino's pizzain katipunan. Read a magazine article saying they got the best pizza in the metro so we tried it. The Pizzas were delicious and very much affordable. tapos it is beside cello's doughnuts (same owner), so we transferred dun for dessert. It's still the best doughnuts for me!

Cafe shibuya - bread is to die for. Haaay sarap

Sariwon korean bbq, hindi ako mahilig sa korean cuisine kaya d ako nag-expect masyado kahit bbq lang at bibimbap order namin. Nag-enjoy mister ko sa mga side dishes, ako yun peanuts lang tinikman ko.

Fresh ang meat kaya sige oks na rin na mahal. 1.2 to 1.8k/head ang dapat i-allot if gusto mabusog.

Attentive at mababait ang staff kaya dagdag sa magandang experience sa restaurant na ito.

Wee Nam Kee in Trinoma: nagustuhan ko ito sa sg kaya we decided to try it.
Roasted chicken and steamed chicken combination- yummy siya but medyo payat yung chicken parang kulang sa laman. Hehe. But it's yummy lalo na when paired with their ginger sauce.
Chicken rice- hubby, i and our daughter love this! Naganahan kami kumain kasi flavorful yung rice.
Beef broccoli in oyster sauce- this one is good too!
Cereal prawn- not as yummy as the cereal prawn in no signboard seafood in sg but ok narin. Pinapak ko yung sweet cereal niya.
Bottomless house blend iced tea- pansin namin ni hubby that our first glass was house blend talaga but the refill was just nestea powdered iced tea. Hehe.

iwannabeasupermodel, we went on a Tuesday night and it was full but the turnover of the tables were fast and the line to order your pizza was a bit long. worth the wait for me

recently tried K-pub in the fort strip and it was good naman, more expensive than the typical Korean restaurants but we liked the Chicken Bulgogi and the Pork Shoulder. Unlimited lettuce, rice, sidings too

I so agree.   I love everything we ordered.  The Eggs Hussarde is to die for!  I also love the baby toast with ice cream, specifically, the mango caramel and Nutella with almond variants.  The Ghirardelli chocolate milkshakes are very good as well.  Love love this place.  Prices are very reasonable.

Crystal Jade at Bonifacio High Street Central

My family and I were very pleased with our dinner here.  Our balikbayan visitors also liked the food.

My favorites are: baked prawn with salted egg (super duper yummy and the prawn was big), Peking duck, roast pork, fried chicken, Yang Chow fried rice and mango sago.

The dishes are perfectly cooked, not oily and seasoned just right (not salty or MSG-induced).  Service was excellent.

The interiors are modern and perfect for group dinners.  I love this place.

Size matters - mabait ang mga staff yun lang. Ang food hindi ok. Bestseller raw carbonara walang kalatoy-latoy.

Bistro Ravioli- cheap but yummy ravioli! Try nyo three cheese and yung spinach ravioli.

Tonkatsu by Terezawa at Lucky Chinatown Mall- i ordered tiger prawns and pork loin set. Very generous ang serving and yummy siya. I like it better than yabu.

we had dinner here a few years ago and the food was good. this year, we had christmas lunch here and we were very disappointed with the food and service. the appetizer, soup and dessert wasn't bad but the entrees were horrible! the service wasn't very attentive too, we had to call their attention many times just to refill our teapot or ask for water.

my friend and i dined here and it was really good, we liked it much better than yabu. the price wasn't bad as well.
