May break out ako sa cheek. And some pimple na tumubo kasi tinry kong i-prick tapos nagsugat. So i try na not to touch them at ipapafacial ko na lang.

Is it true that vitamin d deficiency can cause acne?

I've been battling with acne breakouts before but now almost 2 months na ko walang acne because of these products na humiyang sakin

I use any of these soaps twice a day. It controlled my oiliness.
-Oil of Argan, Argan Oil+Green Tea Facial Soap (bought at Sesou Nature Source)
-BN Extreme Whitening Soap (for acne)

After bath:
-BN Acne Toner
-BN Scar cream or Argan Oil

At night:
-Eskinol with Dalacin-C
-Skin Revitalizing Toner with revitalizing cream (sometimes)
Lastly, I apply Oil of Argan Argan Oil before going to sleep.

Never had acne again after I followed this routine. It also improved my skin's texture. Now, I'm just fading my acne marks from my previous breakout. I use dermaroller for this.

sa mercury drugstore nabili ng tita ko himalaya neem/turmeric soap free face wash,,sis if mag prick ka ng pimples better use mupirocin ointment after for 2x a day,mabilis gumaling lalo na kung naalis mo pus.
