Yup i've watched this a week ago yata pero hindi naman nasabi buong face. Walang right cheek tsaka sa malapit sa neck part. hehe.

^naku sis ako din. Sobrang dami. Mga butlig tsaka pimples. Ayun pinahiran ko ng erythromycin. Pero medyo humupa na siya. Sana mag tuloy tuloy na. Hindi ko nga alam kung bakit bigla silang dumami. Dati wala naman akong ganun. Sabi nila baka daw sa shampoo

I went vegetarian for about 10 months, strict vegetarian diet - no dairy, eggs, or animal derive ingredients, no fish,meat,seafood,chicken,beef. Steam, stir fry, boiled at raw food lang. No garlic, onions at mushrooms din kasi I went full time practice of Yoga and adherence to yoga pratices on yama and niyama, complete with daily meditation ito (2x to 3x a day)

Well wala naman effect sa acne ko (kaunti lang naman 3-4 pimples lang) pero ang effect ay glowing skin, at rosy cheeks haha kahit saang ilaw (flourescent, light bulb, sun) para kang lumiliwanag ngayon ko lang ito narealize kasi nagtataka ako bakit lahat nang dumadaan ay napapatingin eh hindi naman ako maganda

Doon ko napatunayan ang spark nang human potential ay present, it becomes transcendental. Ngayon hindi na ako vegetarian, wala nang glowing skin

Yung benefit nang pimple sa akin, ay naging walking encyclopedia ako as in lahat atang natural, medicinal, energy medicine, herbs, laser, acne drugs ay familiar ako pati effects ng GMO products sa tao. ^hahaha! I remember using ACV on my face at night kasi i have oily skin. Whenever i have a pimple i put toothpaste. I even tried the clinda+eskinolmsoultion however it is not really advisable because it can cause resistance and it can be absorbed systemically. Ano pa ba? Mashing fruits and use it as a facial mask. Bought GNc vit c moisturizer which is i must say, really good naman talaga, kaso noong tumagal,mtinatamad na ako bumili pag nauubos. Wala lang nakakatamad lang. Oily skin ako pero i am using that moisturizer lakas maka blooming. Dami ko na din na try na facial wash and scrubs. Pero in the end, i learned that, mas ok pa din talaga kung anong kinakain mo. It reflects talaga outside.

Went to the derma today para magpainject nung pimple ko na sobrang laki sa gitna ng ilong na hindi naman lumalabas yung head pero masakit. Was prescribed Epiduo rin, sana effective ito, ang mahal pa naman.

Belo's AcnePro looks promising.. hehe! I bought the whole product line, facial wash, toner and yung acne gel.. I have a pimple sa chin and sa may bandang left eyebrow ko when I started using this and after 3 days, humupa yung pimple ko.. HAHA!  I'm happy with the result so far!!! I am yet to see the results for long term use.. WAHAH.

^^^Ako din yesterday night i used the belo's  acne pro kit. Then this morning mejo flatten na si zits. Binasa ko kung ano ingridients may bee venom daw haha.

i want to try belo pimple gel. i also have cystic pimp in my chin i hope this works.
