thanks sisses .. yung resin materials sa multiply seller ko pa siya nabili and wala akong training diyan. marami rin ako nagawang iba pang keychain with resin... simple mixing lang naman then you have to wait for ilang days para ma-cure siya and mag-harden..
re locks, dami sa divi and quiapo.

nilinis lang and konting paint tapos nilagyan ko na lang ng borloloy..

I DIY'ed my daughter 1st birthday dress. I decided to make it as a Rainbow themed party.

Last month na-test ang patience and creativity ko..with events left and right..naka budget ako so I needed to be wise and learn DIY stuff.

1st, my daughter had their UN celebration..one of her costumes is a flight stewardess..I couldn't find a stewardess hat..and so I turned to Pinterest to get some ideas..though MOST of the materials weren't available, I had to rely on a old carton, pair of scissors, scotch tape, black cartolina and this is how it came out:

I also made a simple hat turn into a colorful one for her Peru costume (not much effort needed here):

A few days after, our company announces that we will have a halloween party and that there will be a decorating competition..we only had seriously 4 days to prepare..we didn't want to spend too much on decorating and so we just made use of whatever we had in the office like scratch papers, empty cartons, etc..I suggested the idea of making Sadaku's well as part of the decor and let an office mate of mine portray Sadaku when the judges come to check out our decor ..here is a pic of the well:

Since I was planning to portray Dracula's wife, I decided to also make a coffin..the bats are also DIY made out of cartolina..the coffin itself is made out of an old karton, crepe paper, scratch papers and bubble wrap. I was also part of the decoration lol..here is how the coffin looked:

On our glass board that is so bare, we decided to make like a cemetery gate. I drew the "brick walls" just using poster paint and drew it on scratch papers..check out the overall look:

yes sis madali lang, wala pang 1 hour gawin...isang bilog lang ng gi wire ang ginamit ko (nag try akong doblehin ayaw pumasok ng christmas balls).  Tip na din, bago mo gawin,  tanggalin mo isa isa yung pinaka top ng ball, tapos glue gun mo bago mo ibalik, madalas kase pag nishoot mo na sa alambre natatanggal

Thanks sis! Madikit naman sya pero pag sa smooth surfaces like plastic or metal, I use a sealer/top coat na para mas matibay. Mas madikit yung paper tapes and fabric tapes kahit on smooth surfaces though mas cute talaga washi tapes. Hehe

hi sis! i love naman the stamps... cuteeee!!!  after doing papercutting, gusto ko naman matuto ng rubber stamp making. i think it will also be a great-bonding occasion for me and my 7-year old son. nag-undergo ka ba sis ng training for rubber stamp making or sa web lang? and saan kaya sis makakabili nung rubber eraser blocks and yung knives for rubber stamp carving? sensya na sis if madaming questions. TIA!

Thanks sis! No training, nung una di rin ako nag-search ng guide sa Net, basic shapes lang naman so tsamba-tsamba lang, hehe. Pero nung natuwa na ako, nag-browse din ako ng helpful tips para sa mas "advanced" na shapes/drawings. Yung eraser blocks na ginamit ko, yung regular lang na nabibili sa mga bookstores; though meron nung malalaki talaga pero di ko rin alam saan nakakabili nun. I use X-Acto knife, nabili ko sa National Bookstore, yung woodcarving knives sa Deovir naman but I suggest use the Speedball linoleum cutter na lang since they say it's better and easier to use.
