Down pa din ba website ng sss? I want to check the status of my membership kasi, last June I filed my MAT 1 pero upon checking before di pa din updated sa system. Gusto ko na sana kasi i-prepare lahat ng docs ko para if ever manganak ako on my 37th week ready na lahat. I'm 31weeks na and voluntary member.

As for the topic, 1 yr na pala when i got miscarriage. nagpaasses na ako sa sss samin medical certificate nalang kulang from my ob pwede na sya ifile straight. sana maapproved

sa mga kumuha ng check directly from post office, nirequire ba yung registry number?
lumipat na kasi ako ng bahay after manganak kaya balak ko sana direct from post office kaso sabi ng agent from sss next week pa daw makukuha yun, yung cheque nasa post office na gusto ka na sana maclaim agad. thanks!

For those who separated from their company, kelangan ba talaga ng certificate of separation?

^yes sis. or sss will decline your claim. ang tagal pa naman bumalik ng documents. 1-2 months. then you'd have to secure the requirement and re-file the claim.

^ ay hindi ba nila agad sasabihin when i file? Meron akong document pero mali yun middle name argh. I'll try using correction tape kung makakalusot. Hassle kumuha uli sa HR.

hi mga sis! share ko lang experience ko with my misspelled name sa system ng SSS. im due to give birth March 2015, and I have already submitted my Mat1. Problem is, when I tried to enroll my account in their online system ayaw tanggapin yung first name ko. so i went to their office to inquire and it turned out there was an extra "E" sa name ko. i had to submit my birth cert from NSO and was told that they would need about 30-45 days to correct it. Buti na lang nalaman ko before giving birth, or else baka madelay pa ang pagrelease ng maternity benefit ko. i have not tried their salary loan too, though in-advise ako ng officemates to avail of it para lang hindi daw magamit ng iba. i asked about it sa staff nila, ang advise ba naman magbigay daw ako ng ID with my misspelled name. haha kaloka.

Gave birth via CS last oct 19 , submitted all required docs to our HR for the MAT2 , php31,000 lang nareceive ko ?! Instead na Php39,000 for CS di ba ?! May naka experience na din ba sa inyo nun ?! Please share what to do.

^CS din ako sis pero 40,300 lahat nakuha ko. Dapat inadjust ni HR nyo yun computation since CS ka. Did you get the amount in full ba agad? Ako kasi 70% lang muna then pagpasok ko na yun 30% pero adjusted na nga sya sa CS computation.

favor naman po sa marunong magcompute ng maternity benefits hindi po kasi ako marunong nalilito po ako at hindi ko po maintindihan january 2015 po ang due date ko

^ wala ka yata makukuha. excluding semester of contingency so if your due is january 2015, hindi kasama sa bilang ang august 2014-january 2015. ang icoconsider nila is highest contribution mo from aug 2013 to july 2014 e since wala ka hulog, mukhang wala ka makukuha.

I'm a voluntary member, separated from company last feb. I filed my maternity reimbursement around 1st week of sept and got my check 2nd week of November.

Mga sis may nakatry ba magsubmit personally sa SSS ng MAT 1? Pashare naman ng experience nyo, trying to back read kaso hindi ko alam kung GT ba ang nagloloko or yung connection ko. Same lang kasi if magtravel ako papunta sa office para magsubmit, btw Im on indefinite leave kasi since the start of pregnancy. So mas malayo if punta ako office to file sa HR kaa gusto ko sana ako nalang pupunta sa SSS. And also ilang beses ko na sinubukan online lage naman failed, pag pumunta ko sa sample computation ang makukuha ko daw is 41300 pero pag kinlick ko na yung pag claim ng maternity benefit biglang magpopop up na wala daw akong maternity benefit, been doing this from time to time lage lang failed.

^ sis if employed ka ang alam ko sa HR ka talaga magssubmit ng requirements mo kasi sila nagpprocess sa SSS. pati pagcclaim ng benefit mo, sa HR mo din kukunin so dapat sa kanila dadaan lahat. yan alam ko sis ha, ganyan kasi policy sa office namin. pero you can call naman SSS hotline, 24/7 naman yun if pwede mag direct file. lagi talaga sira ang online system nila sis. mahirap umasa dyan haha.

Saka wala pa talaga lalabas na maternity benefit since you have to submit MAT 2 pa kapag nanganak ka. yung benefit mo sa sss online i think gagana yun if na-release na yung maternity benefit cheque mo.

Nako sis ganun ba, medjo mas hassle yun ah kasi mas malayo yung office hehe anyway sige will try to confirm na din habang maaga aga pa. Nagchecheck din ako ng mga blogs online so far wala pa ko makita. Salamat sis!

in my case din via employer lahat. nagsubmit ako ng mat1 sa HR tapos sila nagnotify kay SSS pero after a month pa nagappear/update yung sa online ko na nasubmit na yung maternity notification pero yung date is kung kelan nasubmit ni HR. matagal lang talaga sila magupdate.

^sis LGV ako din naka indefinite leave ako since dec 2013. ofw kasi ako and contractual pero technically may manning agency kami at HR. I went personally sa sss malapit samen sinabi ko nga na wala akong contract sa ngayon. last na check nila hinulugan ng agency ko july 2013 pa daw. so nirecommend saken na magvoluntary muna ako sa ngayon .naghulog ako july aug sept 2014. nagtanong ako kung pasok na ba yun may makukuha na ba akong benefit ok na daw yun march 2015 edd ko. wala na akong succeeding hulog after.

anyway nakafile nako ng mat 1 tapos binigyan ako ng copy ng requirement like ctc ng birth certificate ni baby , filed MAT 1, filled out MAT 2, SSS ID ko. pero yun nga sinabi na saken in advance na minimum lang makuha ko which is around 15k.
