2wyx03 - sis, yung sa mga officemates ko na na CS, they received daw 39k. not sure if depende sa contribution yun. pero 3 sila na cs dito, same sila na nakuha eh.

Can somebody give me an advise? Please? Here is my case, I resigned to my previous employer effective Dec. 12, 2012, and I was employed to my present employer last June 28, 2013 but nag contract signing ako for them last August 28, 2013. Then, I had a miscarriage for my 3rd child last Nov. 30. Honestly, hindi q alam na buntis ako because regular akong dinatnan ng period prior nung miscarriage. I was about to file my sss maternity benefit but when I ask for he signature of my present employer for the late notification when they told me that it is my previous employer who should sign there or should process it. I'm quiet confuse of it. I can't inquire to SSS branch because it's friday now and I'm at work that's why I tried to ask for some advise nor assistance here. I really appreciate those replies that I was about to receive. Waiting for your advice.. Thanks to this site and more power.

I hope matulungan nyo po ako.. kakakuha ko lang po last June ng aking maternity benefit from SSS.. employed po ako nung buntis ako at kapapanganak ko lang last MAY 20, 2013. Ngayon po eh buntis na naman ako sa aking 3rd child, hindi na ko nakabalik sa work ko kay hindi na nahuhulugan ang SSS ko, question ko po: Makakakuha pa ba ako ng maternity benefit from sss kahit kakakuha ko lang last JUNE?? Ano ang dapat kong gawin para maging qualified pa din ako sa SSS? thamk you mga sis!

yes sis pag CS kasi mas malaki. pero pag normal doble the monthly salary credit mo. yun makukuha sa SSS sabi nung staff doon sakin.

 SIs, you better go to the nearest SSS branch tomorrow. kasi open naman na sila ng Saturday. medyo complicated kasi case mo sis.

hmm. ask mo na lang sa SSS sis, kasi ang alam ko pwede naman mag claim hanggang 5th child. "Effective May 24, 1997, maternity benefits shall be paid only for the first four deliveries or miscarriages. The fifth complete delivery or miscarriage shall no longer be paid even if no availments were made on previous deliveries." ngayon that you are pregnant pwede ka naman mag voluntary contribution. pero mas ok na sa SSS branch ka na lang magtanong. open na naman sila ng saturday eh.

Thankyou sis eihsy! Tama ka mas ok kung pupunta ko sa mismong branch. Wala pa kase ako chance dahil sa 2kids ko ako lang nag aalaga. Pag sa Kalentong branch naman kase grabe jampack ang dame ng tao.

i think pwede naman husband mo magpasa sis, ito nakalagay sa mat 2 sis na kailangan pag mag ki claim.

a. For Normal Delivery
• Certified true copy or authenticated copy of Birth Certificate duly registered with the Local Civil Registrar.
b. For Cesarean Delivery
• Certified true copy or authenticated copy of Birth Certificate duly registered with the Local Civil Registrar.
• Operating Room Record or Surgical Memorandum duly certified by the hospital where the member is confined.

Bakit kaya ang tagal ng check ko. Nung jan15 pa settled ang status till now naman wala pa sakin. San ba pwede maginquire regarding this? Pwede ba derecho kunin sa postoffice yung check? tried calling sss hotline all busy, rings forever tas bigla mapuputol ang call. Sa landline naman ng qc postoffice always busy din.

sis ang alam ko sa iba tumatagal ng 1 month or more than pa nga yata eh. ewan ko ba kung bakit matagal. pero di ko lang sure. better ask the SSS na alng siguro kasi hirap talaga tumawag sa kanila. mas ok nga na mag email ka sa kanila kasi may nagreresponse naman sa email. or kuha ka ng number na pwede mong mapagtanungan sa sss mismo. hehe. ako kasi may nasave na number galing sss guadalupe noong nagfile ako ng mat1.

yap sis meron po priority lane sa SSS pero much better if saturday ka pupunta para di rin ganun kadami ang tao. kasi ako saturday ako nagpupuntang sss kaya madali lang.
