^^yung ibang CC kapag tinawag mo na ipa-waive yung annual fee tapos malapit na due date they will say na bayaran muna tapos iwewaive nalang sa susunod na bill kung approved

Sisses, sino dito may PNB or ALLIED Bank credit card?

Yung eSOA ba natin eto na yung pinaka internet banking for credit cards? wala ba way to set up something like BPI's internet banking facility but at the same time makakareceive ako ng paper bills?

Sa eSOA ba mabilis lang mag add ng merchants for auto billing to credit cards? or need pa pumunta sa bank, fill out ng form etc? TIA

To HSBC Card holders,

saan kayo usually nagbabayad ng bills ng CC nyo? I paid kasi Friday morning sa BDO. As in 9:05AM yung nasa payment slip ko. I was thinking kapag nagcheck ako online ng Sabado ng madaling araw e posted na payment ko pero hindi pa din e.

Ilan araw ba usually bago makita only na posted ang payment?

Sis, sa akin usually 3 business days bago mag reflect online. I pay thru BPI Express online. Yong system ng HSBC hindi nag a update pag weekends.

usually kasi sa SM ako nag babayad kapag sabado then nag rereflect Tuesday ng madaling araw.

I just tried checking now but still payment is not posted.. I called them sabi ng CSR na nakasagot, try ko tonight and it should be posted na daw.. In case daw hindi pa.. call ko daw sila ulit and they will coordinate with BDO.. Mabuti nalang hindi ako palatapon ng mga deposit and payment slip.

What happened ba to HSBC?  I used to be so loyal to my HSBC credit card pero unti unti naging hindi na competitve. 

1st they changed the rewards (miles) points such that you need to spend so much more to earn miles compared to other banks. 

2nd eventually inalis na nila tuluyan yung miles (sa Plat na lang available).  balik uli sa rewards catalog (back to the '80s ba?)

3rd nawala 24/7 customer service support (during banking hours ka na lang may makausap na customer service rep.  back to the '80s na ba talaga uso?) 

4th totally wala na freebies (i.e. yung Starbucks promo) while all major credit card companies have very competitive perks

ganun ba talaga ang mga credit cards? may minimum of 2 payments sa hindi bank nila? 40 pesos pa yun in every transaction. ganun kasi yung sa eastwest ko nacharge ako ng 40 dahil sumobra ako ng bayad sa dalawa. e madalas kasi ginagawa ko iswipe ko tapos bayaran ko din sa gabi

Anyway, Applied for a citibank Credit card. Na-approve naman. Yay! Sana huwag akong bigyan ng sakit ng ulo. hehe.

Approved ako sa Citibank Credit Card pero di ko magamit! Kainis ang chaka ng cutoff date 9th of the month ba naman useless! By the end of the month kelangan agad bayaran hay naku. E yung iba kong cards naman 11th tapos 4th of the next month ang bayad. Basta di ako happy kahit mataas ang CL magiiba ang spending habits ko pag ginamit ko to. Maaadvance lahat ng paglabas ng cash.

Feedback please, Kamusta naman ang pag waive nila ng annual fee?

Wala akong balak gumastos ng 15,000/month or P180,000/year para ma-waive ang annual fee ko. Hehe. Pang extra lang siya.

^ Pasok ako sa annual fee waived for life nila sumakto application ko nung promo na yon, baka ikaw rin tanong mo sa kanila.

Kamusta naman at hanggang ngayon wala parin ang Citibank Credit Card ko.

Sis ayami you can ask them to change it to your preferred cut off. That's what i did to ome of the card they sent me. Sanay na ako na every 12th cut off ko for both cards ko ma nauna so the new citibank every. 20th so i asked the agent if they can change it to 12th rin pumayag naman.

ano po bang bank you hindi masyado mahigpit ang requirement? thanks sa feedback
