rant time --

i've never really hated Stannis in the books, he was an interesting and good character... but wow. they really butchered his character and storyline up on the show.

first off, he's this supposedly great war commander who has enured so much worse on his older wars. now, we're supposed to believe that because of his "desperation" at that moment -- which hasn't even been days since Ramsay's "attack"-- he was going to do THAT? 

Kid did a terrific acting job on that one. I didn't expect to feel anything for her, but damn, that was painful.

Everything in Dorne has been so pointless and lame.

Whats with the Unsullied being so incompetent the whole season? Seriously, you get killed by random Mereen people in masks? i don't care if thats an ambush, you have your unit of thousands, weapons, and you trained your whole life to kill and fight. come onnn.

Oh, and they hear the dragon sounds, enemy who wants to kill them is right in front of them, you're going to stop and look?

Then Daenerys is like, we're gonna die, Missandei, lets hold hands and s***... oh wait, Drogon's here, peace out, you guys!

Game of Thrones is just... no.

^^ sis spacemonkey, pag bigyan mo na yung tv version. since you have read the books, mas maganda naman how george r.r. martin executed yung pit fight with drogon story. he described naman in detail gano kahirap sumakay ke drogon because of the scales (wala mahawakan si dany) and sa init mismo ni drogon.

laki talaga ng difference ng stories ng tv and books. sa last book, wala pang masacrifice si red woman kasi nagawan ng paraan ni jon snow. don't know lang kung mag lean din si george into sacrificing shireen. wag naman sana!!!

RE: Dany with Drogon, but still Drogon being back kahit pasaway meant as an advantage sa part nya para makita ng lahat na kaya nya kontrolin Dragons nya which was a question already sa kanya sa early part of the series diba

Selyse looks the way she is because she wasn't that attractive on the books either and was just this miserable person. Think "highly religious manang" from your churches or something. the actress, however, is beautiful.

episode finale title is MOTHER'S MERCY.
Can mean a lot, but im mostly leaning towards 'mother's mercy' na nabanggit ni High Sparrow kay Cersei. Sabi kasi nya, those accused may seek mothers mercy if they confess. so im guessing cersei will confess, then comes her 'walk'.

i agree regarding the unsullied. she had 8000 unsullied na binili nya at first. lets say nabawasan ng 1000 or 2000, she still has more than half of her original number, bakit parang sampu lang yung nagpprotekta sa kanya sa Daznak Pit?

i pity that poor child shireen. this would make show-stannis fans hate him. sino nalang iroroot natin sa battle of winterfell? ramsay rapist or stannis kinslayer?  i read somewhere na si GRRM ang may idea nito. so i guess sa books yun din ang fate ni shireen. although sa books, naiwan sya sa wall kasama ni Red b*tch. so maybe si red b*tch lang ang susunog sa kanya.

arya's story line, well.. ang advanced na. give Meryn Trant some 'Mercy'.

regarding jon snow... i guess we would well likely see olly backSTAB jon snow.

wow. everyone's reaching the end of their storylines next week. lalabas kaya ang book 6 TWOW before mag start ang season 6 next year?

natawa naman ako sa comment mo sis pink_sugar... true even sa books di kagandahan ang description sa mommy ni shireen. stoic pa nga kasi masyadong pious for the lord of light. lahat kayang i-sacrifice (ahem red b*tch and stannis). yun nga lang akala ko hanggang dun lang, wag naman pati flesh and blood niya.

sis smile22, sa book ayaw na ayaw ni stannis ng kinslayer. kahit nga pamangkin niya (bastard ni robert) ayaw niya ipa sacrifice ke red b*tch. although, his shadow/dark child did kill renly so in a way kinslayer na siya. sana irelease na ni grrm yung last book! i wanna know kung ibebreak ni stannis ang oath niya. kasi yun ang difference ni robert ke stannis, very black and white siya. me right and wrong, walang gray area. ito lang si red b*tch kasi nagkacast ng grayness sa buhay nila.
