^ hi sis glacy rein, I always use the Eurostar whenever we travel to Paris. Going there won't be a problem. But coming back from Paris maybe. Are you coming back to the UK after your Paris trip? Nevertheless, since your entry point would be in Paris already. The next stop is Lille then Calais where the illegal immigrants are trying to board. But since you'll be in the train, there maybe some delays ( hopefully none during your trip). Most of the time the illegal immigrants are trying to sneak into  lorries which will enter Britain via the tunnel in Dover. So  hopefully it won't be a problem for you.

hubby and i got our visas already.. 
it was super hassle free... we got a schedule for august 10 at 8am. and then our claim stub was for august 12. i was amazed kasi only 2 working days lang. I'm so happy!

ask ko lang ano mas ma recommend ninyo for travel insurance malayan or blue cross? also, sinong mas mura sa kanilang 2. thanks.

Cheaper ang malayan from what i know.

@vain_kixie Thanks. I called up Malayan 15 days is Php1,100 and 24 days is P1,540. Actually, 12 days lang ang kailangan ko pero baka yun 24 days na lang ang kunin ko tutal konti lang naman ang difference. Also, may nabasa ako dito na magandang maglagay ng allowance na mga 10 to 15 days sa travel insurance.

^I used to get Blue Cross but na bad trip ako since ang hirap mag claim. So I switched to Malayan and have been using them na in all my trips. What's nice pa they have an added feature na included ang car insurance if you'll be renting a car at your destination. No hassle din when buying since I use their Facebook page to pay my premium.

sis summer888, yes, sa french embassy required ang interview. mabilis lang naman the interview sis. yung buong process namin ni hubby did not take more than 20mins. yung sa 1st guy who checked the docs and the payment mabilis lang. then the guy in window 2 who interviewed us, mabilis lang din. he just asked where hubby and i worked. and then our itinerary. and then we were given na the claim stub. which is within 2 working days only. so, nice one french embassy

^yeah the guy checking the docs is ma-chika. So far haven't had any problems with the French embassy, Ms. Sungit lady included.

Just to share;)

We had the visa interview yesterday at French Embassy in Pacific Star.  We're under agency and tour packaged.   Anw, our agent requested to interview us in group, the three of us since we are travelling together and friends so there... In window 1 with a masunigt looking pretty chinita girl who asked questions like "how are we friends, why are we travellling together ( I answered that it's been a plan since last year), how many kids do you have... Then, i got shocked when she asked me the original DTI and ITR of my husbands business coz I didn't bring it, I just answered it was there (which I know  attached is the photocopy only).  Good thing she didn't asked again!  So there, she said that our passport will be released on Wednesday which I believed it was approved already and ok na daw sabi ng agency.  Coz if not, they will return the passport (as what I've read from others.)

Next is UK visa application.   I hope everything will be ok, hassle free and no more questions about family income coz to be honest my husband and I are no Longer together.  but, I will not tell that coz it may cause  trouble pa...

hi mga sis, help sa pag schedule ng visa, kasi we have an upcoming trip sa Japan ng Sept 15 - 24. Pero our London trip is on Oct 18 na. Magaapply pa lang kami ng Schengen and UK visa. I'm not sure if aabot.

My initial plan is to have an appointment and submit our requirements on Aug 25 for Schengen visa. More or less makukuha siya on Sep 9-10 since 10 working days. Then planning to have an appointment agad for UK visa (Sep 11 or 14) pero we'll get the Passport Pass back service, for our Japan trip. Tapos ibabalik na lang namin ng Sep 25. Kaso since 15 working days siya, saktong Oct 16 makukuha. Unless i-pprocess padin nila kahit wala yun passport so 5 working days na lang from Sep 25?

Abot kaya? May naka-try na ba nung Passport Pass back service?

^oo sis backread ka most of us 2-3days lang nakuha na visa. kaka-apply ko lang din last August

^thanks sis question pa pala, I plan to purchase the Malayan insurance (770 for 8 days), pero per country pala siya. So if I will visit France and Germany, 2 insurance ang i-p-purchase ko, tama ba?

^Just one insurance to cover all the countries you will be visiting. If you have an FB account you can buy thru their page (like mo muna) that's what I do. Then they'll send the e-policy thru email. Just print it out to present sa embassy.

^agree to that, just put Europe para kasama yung London din kapag lampas yata sa 7days may additional na. Samen kasi 24days and 770+770 na sya but still sila pinaka-affordable sa lahat. (As far as I know. Hehe)

Hi! Na approve na Schengen Visa ko. Problem naman ngayon is nagmahal na ang mga airfares. Anong Airline ang ma recommend ninyong cheapest or online booking site na maganda. Thanks.
