hi everyone!

has anybody tried applying from the Austrian or Hungarian embassy?

this will be our 4th schengen visa though... hopefully it will be smooth

^My first schengen visa I got from the Austrian embassy. Matipid and sakto sa travel dates ko lang talaga yung binigay na validity. Though mababait yung mga staff nila.

Hi just want to ask kung ok lang ba kumuha ng Schengen sa France Embassy and I will provide all info (like booked ticket and hotel ) sa Paris
pero ang destination talaga is greece

Worry ko lang baka maquestion ako sa immigration pag palabas at papasok ng greece na kase ang point of entry ko talaga ke Greece this coming july for 5 days  and then We will go Paris sa Sept. pa.
Need ko na ba I present din yung travel information for Sept. If I will request for multiple entry?
like travel insurance, ticket and hotel  for Sept?

@Noylabmay: I did this twice na rin. Applied for a Schengen visa at the French embassy pero ang entry points ko were Italy and Netherlands. Hindi naman ako nagkaproblema. Wala pa akong na-encounter na multiple entry with a validity na taon ang tagal. I'm not sure if that visa even exists for tourists. Usually ang validity ng Schengen visa (from my family's experience) is 15 or 30 days (single or multiple entry).

^Meron naman long validity. The French embassy is known for being generous in issuing long validity visas. My second Schengen visa was 3 years while my third one was 2 years only since they followed my passport's validity. My husband naman 4 years and 3 years (still current). All these were issued by the French embassy.

Hi! How will one know if denied ng Spanish embassy yung visa application? Is there a refusal letter provided and what's stamped on the passport? I'm asking for my mother who applied for a visa. TIA.

From what I observed, they simply return yata the passport. Medyo open na open yung layout ng Spanish embassy (at the time we applied) so naka-observe ako ng ibang applicants. May mga kasabay kaming na-deny. Wala namang letter na binigay sa kanila. Binalik lang yung passport. So if your mom's passport was taken by the embassy, malamang approved sya

Got our Schengen visas a few years ago sa Spanish embassy. Nung una akala ko hindi kami nabigyan, kasi after the interview, wala naman sinabi yung consul that our visas are approved/will be mailed to us. Pero hindi nya binalik yung passport. Sabi ng travel agent, that's a sign na approved. True enough, a week or so after, they sent our passports with visas dun sa travel agency namin.

got our visas yesterday. we applied sa czech embassy last june 10. super hassle free and friendly ng mga tao doon. konti lang rin nagaapply. sakto yung binigay samin na duration based on our itinerary. what i liked about it is online appointment system - no need to pay to get a schedule. may interview din - they just asked about the itinerary and current work. tapos within 5 working days ok na

Anybody here who knows if it is possible to apply for a schengen visa via VFS global without personal appearance? I remember two years ago when I left na it is possible pero di ko na mahanap yung info sa website. I am planning to just apply for the schengen visas of my aunties who are in the province from the spanish embassy via VFS.

hello, ask ko lang if sa application sa french embassy eh paris lang ang entry and exit point 8 days stay but upon approval changed itinerary and now going to rome also and extending 2 days more. do you think we will have a problem with thr immigration? should we just follow the one written in the application form? thanks

just got home from italian embassy. mabait naman nag interview sa amin sa window 3 pinay. may pagkabully lang din kasi nauna nainterview sa amin lalake sinabi niya sa guy may problem o kulang sa documents tapos may sinagot si guy na paalis na siya, sabi ni pinay pacancel mo na lang ticket mo. hindi kinuhanan ng fingerprint si guy.

next na interview si lolo at lola kulang din papers wala original copy ng birth certificate ng anak nila nasa italy pero kinuhanan sila ng fingerprint. matagal si lola, lagi di mabasa ng machine fingerprint niya kaya sabi ulit ni pinay kay lola "hindi ka po makakapunta sa italy, si tatay lang." tawanan lahat. grabe 30mins sila inabot sa fingerprint ni lola nilipat na nga si lola sa window 4 eh doon nabasa fingerprint niya.

sa akin dami tanong about my family at saan ako nagwork. tagal ako nainterview at inisa isa talaga documents. kay hubby naman puro question about sa profession niya at bakit gusto makita ni hubby ang milan expo. hiningan lang kami ng ongoing projects ni hubby saka certificate from company na talaga may project sila. kaya babalik kami next week pero nakuhanan na din kami fingerprint.

nagtataka lang ako sa una guy bakit hindi siya kinuhanan fingerprint. ang baba ng visa fee ngayon nasa Php 2962. konti lang nag apply sa italian embassy. wala pa kami 10.

what insurance company ang in-avail nyo for the travel medical insurance? I inquired in blue cross philippines since yun ang palaging travel insurance ang kinukuhanan namin..but this visit is for 9 months so medyo matagal.. gusto ko lang may ma compare.. thanks mga sis

another question mga sis.. we need a round trip ticket reservation.. saang airline, website or travel agency kaya pwede? kasi we were advised at the embassy that we should only reserve a ticket, pay na lang daw when the visa is approved.. i googled some and sent inquiries na rin.. baka may alam kayo na iba pa.. thanks again
