From what I've heard, pinaka-generous magbigay ng Schengen visa ang France. I've applied with Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands, and yung Spain and Portugal, talagang yung minention kong length of visit lang nilagay nila kahit I opted for multi-entry! Netherlands naman gave me 3 months at least. Pero pag France, 1-2 years daw sila magbigay.

^true! My previous visas were from the French embassy and they gave me 3-years. While my hubby was given 4 and 3 years na magkasunod. Medyo nagtipid sila now with my recently expired visa dahil 2 years na lang binigay.

grabe pala talaga ang Italian embassy. 2hrs ako pumila kahapon. to think na additional docs lang ang issubmit ko.

yung direct na nag apply sa embassy, katakot takot na tanong ang ginawa sa kanila. narinig ko tinatanong yung isa about sa mga siblings niya(buong buhay ng bawat kapatid!) pati yung namatay niyang tatay nung 2007, tinanong pa anong edad daw namatay (jusko!)

hindi masyado madaming tao pero ang tagal mag interview per applicant.

saken naman, pinag submit ako ng docs ng business namin then ask niya:

saan ako nag aral?
saan ako nagwork before sa business namin?
sino kasama ko nung nag Japan ako?
nagamit ko na ba ang US visa ko? (hello! ayan na nga stamps ng passports oh!)
ilan na anak ko?
babae o lalaki?
sino maiiwan sa baby?
saan ko ginamit ang unang Schengen visa ko?

at hindi Italiano ang magtatanong ha, mga Filipina. i think sila lang tiga pre screen tapos dadaan pa sa consul talaga. 

exag! sunday na alis. tues na ngayon at wala pang visa!

Hi, off-topic. Ask ko lang, for those who had their point of entry in France, how was the immigration officers? mahigpit ba or no questions asked naman?

I cancelled all my hotel bookings for my visa application when my visa got approved, because i'll be staying at my bf's house.

CDG immigration is a breeze, in my experience. no lines and i wasn't asked a single question nor did they ask to see my documents. just a stamp on the passport and that's it.

How about immigration here in PH. I'm worried that if they ask for my hotel bookings, they might also look for my train or plane booking to Italy which I don't have yet and I plan to do that in France because i feel my itinerary might still change depending on my mood.

When I went to France 3 years ago, wala din tinanong yung immigration officer sa CDG. As in tinatakan lang. Yung friend na kasama ko, she was asked something in French daw tapos nung sinabi nya na she doesn't speak French, sabi never mind.

Medyo maluwag sila, based on observation. Parang tatak lang ng tatak eh. Angdami kasi siguro. Ang haba ng pila as in. And to be honest, di kagandahan ang CDG. Akala ko super gandang airport.

share ko lang about visa namin from Italian Embassy. irerelease nila dapat 1day before ng alis!

so ang ginawa ko nalang, pinuntahan ko sa warehouse ng 2Go ng 9PM! buti nalang 24hrs pala ito.

kesa mag antay ako kinabukasan, eh pano kung hapon pa dumating si 2Go delivery? paano kung naubusan ng ticket??? and sa case namin, kailangan pa kumuha ni hubby ng international license kasi magdrive siya for his business trip..

grabe talaga. kaya never na ako mag aapply sa Italian Embassy!

imbes na excited lang ako sa trip, umiikot ang tiyan ko sa kakaantay! add mo pa ang hassle papuntang pasay ng gabing gabi na, hindi pa kami sure non kung bukas pa ba or sarado kasi wala ng sumasagot sa phone.

Where do you apply?

If you intend to visit only one Schengen country, you must apply at the Embassy or Consulate of that particular country.

If you intend to visit several Schengen countries, you must apply for a visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the country which is your main destination (longer stay).

For example: France (3 days) Germany (6 days) Netherlands (2 days) Italy (4 days) **Apply at the German Embassy**

If you intend to visit several Schengen countries but do not have a main destination (equal number of days), you should apply for a visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the country which is your first point of entry.

For example: France (4 days) Germany (4 days) Netherlands (4 days) Italy (4 days) **Apply at the French Embassy**

just got my Schengen visa. Applied at France Embassy in Singapore. Question lang mga sis, meron bang Schengen Visa na pang isang country lang? dun kasi sa application form, France lang ang nilagay ko sa destination pero sa totoo lang plano rin namen mag Italy. Worry ko lang baka pang france visa lang ang inissue saken... meron bang ganun?

^schengen visa is good for all schengen states kasama Italy dun. Pag within schengen states ang travel mo walang problema.

Lahat ng requirement for employees applying for tourist visa meron ako plus used Canada, Japan, China, Dubai and Qatar visas.. Question, super need talaga ng ITR? yun pa kasi yung matagal kong irerequest if ever..

Hi everyone!

Hubby will take me to his company trip to London on Feb 15-19.  We intend to have DIY trip to Pariis & Rome after.

Both of us don't have UK visa and schenzen visa yet.  The travel agency for the London trip will schedule tom  our embassy appearance pa lang. 

Pwede kaya we'll apply both for UK and schenzen visa in one month?  Aabot kaya kami sa Feb15 departure?

hi sis! ask ko lang if you were able to apply for the tourist visa without ITR. isa din kasi to sa mga problem namin sa requirements. thanks!

Just applied visa thru VIA in Makati (Italy). VIA people are nice. I just do not know if nice din ang kakalabasan ng visa. hehe. It took us 1.5 hours lang

hello everyone!

we are going to eastern europe in october. havent finalized the # of days yet but we are going to munich, prague, vienna, budapest, milan/florence.

saan pinakamagandang mag apply? italy out of course

i've applied 3x in france & 1x in spain. im actually tempted to make a dummy itinerary para sa france ako mag apply... malalaman ba nila??

i'm thinking of germany or austria or hungary .....
