About sa crew meal... Nagtanong ako dati sa ae ko.. Sbe niya wala daw silang ganun.. Kung gusto daw namin magpatira na daw kame agad para sa mga crew..may buffer naman daw... Then about dun sa magchachop ng lechon...sabi samin free na daw yun.. Tinignan ko tuloy yung contract ko with hizon's ngayon.. Ayun hindi pala nalagay...actually kase nauna kame magpa book sa hizon's bago kame magpabook sa oasis e...yung kiddie set up ba sis free na yung sayo?

Anong set pinili mo sa dessert? Kame set B, hehe! Couch din pinili namen and then padagdag ng seats sa VIP table para makikiupo kame. Pansin ko din kase parang hindi sila masyadong napapansin hehe kase syempre ka-age group na ng couple ang mas nag e-enjoy sa party. At least we can spend time sa mga PS while eating dinner.

Set B kami eternal pink sis.. Andun kc halos nagustuhan namin ni hubby during gft eh.. Yung blueberry cheesecake, pannacotta, flourless chocolate, peach egg tart... Hehe.. Sis chara free na kids table.. Advice nya pa dapat malapit yun sa tables na near mga magaalaga para mabantayan.. At ideally dapat sa liko d para di magulo at maingay sa program mo.. Yung 10% buffer hindi daw yun para sa extra guest mo, para daw yun sa mga medyo masmalakas kumain hehe.. Crew meal option lang kasi nga baka may makuhaan pa daw tayo ng masmura.. And then namention nya din pala na habang iniintay ng guest yung couples water nalang ang sinabi ko na ibibigay nila.. Kasi yung offer nila na drinks eh pang lunch time lang daw yun.. And sinabi ko nalang na half soda (pepsi) and half ice tea.. Plus water kc hindi ko na marecall hindi ata puede puro soda lang.. In general masaya naman.. Enjoy... Tama si sis eternalpink. siya magsasabi sayo kung ano sa tingin nya ang bagay...

Yung drinks namen is bottomless iced tea & softdrinks pero mag start siya sa dinner na. Water lang din ang meron sila during cocktail hour pero we can (& will) buy our own powdered juice, iabot lang daw sa kanila, sila na bahala mag timpla. sabi ni coord ko may mga 5 pound bags sa S&R, will buy nalang pag mas malapit na yung wedding date.

Yung appetizer may option din either pass around or nasa table na pag pasok. Samen kase plan namen is to have cocktails muna outside the main reception hall habang nag pipicture picture kame ni H2B, open na din namen yung photobooth during this waiting period para hindi ma-bore yung guests. Ipapa-pass around na namen yung appetizers during this time. If may idadagdag pa daw kame like peanuts or chips, iabot lang din daw sa kanila, sila na bahala mag serve.

Yup sis puede nga daw ganon... Namention din sakin yan... Hindi ko na naadd.. Hahaha... Pag daw mgpapagawa ka ng juice you have to add ice daw hehe. Kc yung ice na dala nila eh for lunch time daw yun hehe

sis angellush, oo nga matagal syang magreply.. ang ginagawa ko hangang hindi nasasagot yung tanong ko, tinetext or ine-email ko sya.. kanina, i was able to talk to her..

I ask my AE if magkano yung scooper, she told me na 700 per scooper daw. Then I also ask her if magkano yung kids menu, she told me 350 per kid including the set-up of the table. Then 350 din daw yung crew meal (rice, 2 viand either port or chicken or beef, veggies and juice)

Ask her to send me sa email ko yung menu for the kids but hindi pa nya sinesend..sana bukas.. hehe..

nagadd kami waiter for the vip table (tama si sis Kukai, you will pay for the addtl waiter not for the addtil seats)

may bayad if mag couch kami, around 2600php (100pax package lang kasi ako with oasis baka kaya ganun? for 150pax package lang free upgrade to couch??) anyway, nakamove on na ako dun, kung may extra money pa ako before the wedding, papaupgrade ako hinde ko na lang papaalam kay h2b kasi ayaw nya magbayad pa for that couch, pag wala na budget talaga eh di couple's table na lang.

may bayad scooper - 2 scoopers yung babayaran namin for a one way buffet (pag less than 150 pax 1 way buffet table ang setup, pag umabot na 150 tska nila gagawin 2 way buffet, kahit daw 149pax 1 way pa din daw sila, yun daw policy nila)

may bayad menu cards, idiy na lang namin siguro yun.

walang sinerve na dessert so no idea kami, 2 lang yung kasama sa package namin with Oasis, plus free choco lava.

walang corkage fee sa oasis  for the lechon, pero may bayad ang setup/station and attendant sa Hizons, nasa 1600 ata.

ano pa ba? yan lang natandaan ko so far.

^Sis, detailing is 4 months before the big day, yan daw ideal timeline. Personally, I would suggest na ikaw na ang mag initiate ng contact. Kame, as soon as nag hit yung 4-month mark namen nagtext lang ako sa AE namen & told her ready na kame magpa-schedule ng detailing saka na kame nag usap ng schedules. for the detailing, don't forget to bring your pegs if meron kase pakita mo lang, kung kaya naman i-achieve sasabihin nila & kung kaya nung package mo. don't be afraid to ask din, basta tanong lang ng tanong hehe kesa naman after saka ka mang hihinayang na you didn't get to ask questions.

Thank you sis. Next month ko sila kukulitin for detailing hehe ikaw 4th month din namin. Excited na nga din talaga ako. Pwede kayang mag attend pa kami ng isang GFT kasi nawala ko yung list ng viands noon. Although may food tasting din ata with them during detailing. Malapit na kasal mo sis!

Hi! Hizon's bride here also so far, food is really excellent. Our AE, irin, is good. Maasikaso. What irritates me now is the planner! Marge! Anyone here have her as their planner?! She doesn't reply to texts or emails. During the reception styling, mabagal sha. Nakakainis na e! Anyone here with experiences with her?

Our planner is Lady Ann and she's very responsive. Minsan kahit after office hours ako nakakapag text nagrereply pa din. Baka pwede siya palitan?

^i know! I'm having my planner changed na nga e.nakakainis sha talaga! We called the owner of hizon's to complain. An hour after,she called me na. I gave her a piece of my mind! She denied receiving my texts. I told her i sent her lots of texts and emails. She didnt recieve a single one?! I don't believe that. But she said she recieved my text yesterday and yet,she didnt acknowledge nor answer my questions.sent her a couple of texts also today and she didnt reply. Grabe sha! 2 months to go and im getting bad service. So to brides who are planning to get hizons...they are still the best! Their food is incomparable. But be wary of the event planner. If they give you margie mallari, request for someone else! Hmp!

Good thing mine is joanna ad super bait.. Mabilis pa sumagot sa emails.. Nagmessage nga lang ako kahapon ng umaga kasi may pinapalitan ako na dish sa kanya and after 20 mins ata nagreply agad cia.. nako papalitan mo nalang kaya sis.. Nakakastress naman yung planner mo..

My event planner is Christine. She's okay naman and mabilis naman magreply. We had our final detailing last September 28, exactly 3 months before the big day!

Anyways, and tip ko sa mga hindi pa nakakapag-detailing is if you have any document or copy nung napag-usapan nyo ni Sales na nakausap nyo, bring it and review. Kasi sa akin, may couple of items na hindi na-discuss ni event planner or hindi din na-endorse ni Sales kay event planner. So it is up to you to raise the issue. For example, supposed to be may free kami na ghost chairs for vips - inititally si planner hindi nilagay sa contract namin but I informed her na yun ang binigay sa akin nung planner ko, so ayun gumawa sya ng changes.

Their catering name is familiar o talagang sikat sila, Im still looking for the best catering team for my wedding .Do you think we need to schedule Food Tasting one at a time o isang araw na lang para macompare talaga namin ang taste? Is it possible?
