I really think that they have mastered their craft of catering different types of events. Sabi nga ng mom ko kung nung kinasal siya may mga package package na eh di mas madali buhay niya hehe.

Ang tagal na din kase nila sa business so alam na nila ang formula, I would say. Like may cake na, invitations, emcee, etc.

I'm so excited for Saturday for our detailing, hihi!

Detailing done!

so happy with how it turned out! We also had our final food tasting & dahil solve na kame sa napili namen during the 1st FT, same dishes lang pinili namen. Nag decide na din kame sa dessert. We had our OTD coordinator join us pala.

Super fun niya, hehe! Saka ang galing na kase meron na silang malaking book with the different themes/color motifs. We (H2B & coord) had a discussion on the set to choose but ultimately we decided to choose silver & white - it's classy, elegant & simple at the same time.

dahil ang pinaka-color ko is blush pink, babawi kame sa flowers, we'll do it in different shades of pink. For the invitation, sa ibang set yung pinili namen (not from the silver & white) tapos match na yung place card, menu & table # sa invitation (another pop of color against the white).

for the cake, meron akong peg (not from theirs) pero dahil simple lang din, kaya pa siya within the package.

Very relaxed lang kame kanina, tawanan & kwentuhan. Nag meeting na din kame ni coord on the side, hehe!

^Nung nag pa-reserve kame sa kanila last April, ang usapan na is yung detailing is 4 months before the wedding. Nung nag July na (w/c is our 4 month mark), nagtext nako kung when na kame pwede mag pa-sched ng detailing then nag agree na lang kame with a date w/c was yesterday. Not all food items are going to be presented, if I remember it correctly for the hot dishes tig-2, like 2 choices for pork, beef, fish & chicken. Sa salad din pala 2 options, pero walang dessert. I think it's best pa din to attend their GFTs then choose from there.

Our planner, Lady Ann, was so accommodating! And I think, she's honest to tell you if medyo hindi bagay sa ina-achieve mong look yung pinipili mo. Kwela din siya kausap, hehe! And, more importantly, she listens to you, kung ano yung type mo, etc.

Utang ko sa kaniya now is our ento list para mapa-draft na niya yung invitations namen sa supplier.

Hi mga sis, went to GFT sa LOL kanina. Unfortunately kala ko na nandun ang explosive couch [textspeak!] [textspeak!] ni Jorina(my AE) hindi n daw kasya sa place kaya la sila sa GFT. Looking forward pa naman sana ko dun.

Anyways, for those n nagtatanong about sa couple's table. Per my AE, available pa rin naman yung halfmoon na table (para talaga dun sa magddinner na couple) yung bench/sofa is available din kaso mamimili ka nga lang talaga wgich one yung mas preferred nyong couple.

Iamzayda same tayo ng AE si jorina din ako hehe... Yup siya din nagsabi sakin last june na mamimili ka talaga if couch and table ang gusto niyong kunin... Kasi additional payment if pareho mo gusto yun kunin.. Ano naman yung explosive couch??? Hahaha... Hindi ko alam...

Sis Kukai28, kasama sis yung menu cards & table #s

yung sa VIP table tig-iisa na menu kase sit down sila, hindi nila mababasa yung food name sa buffet table. Then may menu card pa din pero 1 lang per (normal/regular) table. Yung desserts, may set A & set B, pili ka what you like pero pwede ata mag mix & match samen kase type na namen yung isang set kaya yun na pinili namen.

Sis i_am_zayda, nung pinapili kame ng couple table kasama sa choice yung traditional na half moon table pero we chose the couch w/ coffee table then opted na magpa-add ng 2 chairs for us sa VIP table. Pero if you want both, then yes, may additional na nga.

Sis nikki09, pinapili pa kame if gusto namen yung fountain or yung lava pinili nalang namen yung lava para kakaiba naman & ang maganda kase sa chocolate lava, 2 kinds ang kasama (white & milk chocolate) compared sa fountain na 1 lang.

Ahh buti naman kasama yung menu cards.. Para kasing namention sakin na may bayad pa yung menu cards hehe.. Oo wala na ngang chocolate fountain as what jorina told me... Choco lava na nga daw.. Ok lang sakin yun.. Nako sana nga puede mix n match sa desserts.. Nagustuhan talaga namin ni hubby yung blueberry cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, pannacota, creme brulee nila during gft last june.. Sana puede ipalagay lahat yun hehe... I might choose the couch then magadd din kami ng vip tables for our PS and samin ni hubby..

Ah, yung explosive couch yung name nung mobile bar nila... Mobile bar kasi ang hinding hindi pwedeng mawala sa reception namin... hehe.

Prob ko lang gusto ko agahan ang invitations ko eh.. 4-5 months before sana namin bibigay kasi malalayo panggalingan..panu kaya kapag gusto naming mas maaga maibigay ang invites?Pwede kaya yun unahin namin pagsabi para sa detailing kukunin na namin sa kanila?

Sis honeybea830, you can send out save the dates muna if you want. Ako, I made an event in FB para the guests have an idea na on the date & time of the wedding.

If you really want the formal invitations, I'm sure your AE can accommodate you, ask mo nalang siya. Pero she would need your complete list of entourage. Pag may revisions, may bayad daw kase babalik siya sa supplier then papagawa ulet.

Saka siguro wedding etiquette din, make sure na nag yes na yung ento mo na ilalagay sa invitation.

baka yung mga PS hindi pa nasabihan.

sis tama si eternalpink, if you want an early invites, mag-gawa ka na lang muna ng save the date or FB invite (mas mura - walang gastos), ganun din kasi ginawa ko, i made our own wedding FB invite (8 mos. ahead), tapos from that malalaman mo kung sino ang nag-decline or pupunta. And tip lang, just b/c they confirmed sa FB or kahit san pang invite yan eh in reality they will NOT. Andami kong ininvite na ganyan tapos a day prior to the big day, sabay mag-PM sayo, they coudn't come with their excuses.

Magastos kasi yung idea mo, bukod sa meron pang magiging changes sa attendees pati sa entourage mo pwede pang mabago so for sure, mag-rerevise ka ulit ng entourage list mo, gagastos ka ulit sa printing.

We created the FB event mga 7 months before. So far may mga nag rerespond na na 'Going'.
