Hello mga sis. Just want to share. Nastress naman ako sa AE ko sa hizons. I signed them up during their FT last March. I talked to my AE last week and reconfirmed the freebies they offered me during FT and sad to say biglang nagbago. The AE was saying hindi daw pwedeng ganun ang offer nila and hindi naman daw ako sure when I signed them up. It's just annoying that after all my expectations, nagbago all of a sudden. Late confirmation daw ako but my wedding will be on December and march ako nagconfirm. I guess nawala nung AE yung pinirmihan ko last march because she's guessing. Now, I am thinking twice if I'm going to pursue them. I was so sure of Hizons since I booked my venue but now that they're giving me this dilemma, hindi ko na alam. Haist

ay grabe... that's so sad... wala ba kayong copy nung mga napag-usapan? by the way san ang venue nyo? maybe you can try talking with other AEs if you really wanted to have Hizon's to be your caterer. if you will back read may mga experiences din ang iba natin mga sis na hindi maganda feedback dun sa mga una na nag handle sa kanila na AE but when they changed their AEs nag okay na din sila eventually.

Hi sis i_am_zayda, wala akong copy sis kasi binabalik sakanila yung form na pinipirmahan. Sana nga nagnote ako noon then I let her signed it.
Nakakasad talaga. Buti pa pala nagtanung na ako as early as now. Oo nga sis minsan nasa Ae talaga ang problema. We'll have our last talk nextweek then I'll decide. Iniisip ko nga magbago ng Ae. Oasis ang venue ko sis. Tapos na ko magbook ng mga major suppliers ko, only to find out magkakaissue pala ako sa Hizons.

Nako sana naman kapag nag food tasting ako sa hizons maging okay naman.. Kasi sila talaga gusto ko... Sana maging okay ang lahat... Yung freebies sana marami din...

hey mga sis there... nakapag pa reserved na kme sa Hizon's last FT nila sa Arts in the City... aus nman yung nakausap namen ... si Ms. Ana. Lahat ng gusto ko ginagawan nya ng paraan.  Dec 2014 bride pa nman ako kaya I'm not in a hurry...    ... yung freebie nilang photobooth and invitation can be swapped to hotel accommodation ... un ang ni finalize ko right now

@sis kukai28 kung anuman mapaguusapan niyo sis, take note and secure signature from the Ae. Sana yun ang ginawa ko noon. I trusted the Ae kasi mukha naman siya maayos kausap. Ang aga ko pa ba nagconfirm for Dec. Siguro depende sa Ae din. Im thinking nawala niya yung pinirmahan ko eh  kaya parang clueless na siya sa naging usapan. Anyway, I still hope for the best.

Nako, mag-confirm nga rin kami sa hizons. Kasi wala rin kami copy nung napag-usapan namin when we booked them sa bridal fair.

Question lang mga sis, constant ba ang communication niyo with your AE? Kasi kami ever since we booked them, wala parin kami contact sa kanila and di nag-rereply whenever we tried to contact them. March 2014 ang wedding namin so 10 months nalang. Kailangan ko na ba mag-worry?

And pano ba yung free emcee ng hizons? Do they give you a list of choices? Thanks mga sis!!!

hi sis, to answer your question if you need to worry, for me, there is no need to be. and try to remember madami sila nakaka-deal so minsan they are having a hard time to remember kung sino mga nakaka-deal nila.
hindi pa constant ang communication namin with our AE pero dun sa ilang time na may mga questions ako, minsan may mga time na mabilis sumagot, minsan matagal.
in my experience mas maganda kung ang communicatin nyo is through email para at least may history na din kung so far ano na ang mga napag-usapan nyo. and it will help your AE to remind her about you.

Mga sis have you been receiving emails from Hizons Catering re invites on their grand FT on May 26 in 1Esplanade Pasay? I've been receiving weekly yata tapos I even signed up. Sabi 3days after may tatawag daw sa akin to confirm my reservation. Susme, ilang linggo na ang dumaan wala pa rin tumatawag sa akin. They even have promo in FB pala in which u have to share at like their page. Then if u download their app you'll get more entries daw so more chances of winning.

re: freebies, tama na let your AE sign sa note nyo or kung may reservation confirmation kayo isulat lahat ng napag usapang freebies doon.  minsan sa aga natin mag confirm yung mga nag asisakaso na AE sa atin nagsisipag resignan na.  It happened to us, nag resign si AE few months from our wedding day, 2 months na lang wala pa ring kumokontak sa akin for final food taste and everything, good thing na save ko number ng manager nila and voila!!! another instant AE, mas ok and mas magaling kaso hindi na sya AE ngayon si Drew.  yung freebies na napag usapan andun pa rin, chinek mabuti ni drew yung pinirmahan namin na reservation form and naka indicate lahat doon I love Hizon!!!

Hi Sis, saken naman anytime may tanong ako text agad ako kay AE then mabilis sya magreply at tanda nya ang freeboes ko kasi mejo makulit din kasi ako.. Tanong ng tanong tsaka pala ang ginawa ko 2 beses ko pinasulatan [textspeak!] form para sa copy of freebies [textspeak!] isa kinuha ko para parehas kaming may copy.. Ako mismo nagrequest nun na isulat nya para may copy din kami..Kaya ngayon everytime magtatanong ako kung pwede palitan ng ganito ng ganyan nagkakaintindihan kami sa freebies..

but you have to make kulit din to confirm kung nareceive yung emails. kasi syempre alam mo na, baka matabunan sa dami ng nageemail sa mga AEs...

I agree with you all sis. To sis I_am_zayda, maigi din kulitin yung AE for some questions and confirmation. Masipag naman magreply yung AE ko except sa mga nabagong offer which I accepted na kasi ayoko na mastress. Besides, I don't want to book someone else aside from Hizons because I'm confident with their food. Sabi nung AE, I will be contacted by the planner 3 months before my wedding so I guess yun nalang hihintayin ko.

hi mga sis. I just learned that my event planner will be Cheska Pineda (i just asked my AE regarding the planner assigned to me). Hindi pa ako naco-contact ni Cheska  kasi according to my AE mga September ang sched namin ng detailing.
By the way, anyone of the sisses here already dealt with her? how is she?

^ may mga pics ako sis galing sa hizons. They emailed it to me after namin  sila ibook last Feb. Compared  nga  sa dati nila setup, mas maganda yung setup nila ngayon.
