^ agree ako sayo sis! lalo na yung shabby chic themes nila ang gaganda! sayang lang di umabot sa wedding namin yung mga bagong setup nila kasi for -ber weddings onwards na nila yun eh.. pero yung bench and ilang centerpieces pwede na daw gamitin sa wedding namin

Thanks sis nikki09! nakakatuwa din na may book na sila of themes/color motifs na pwedeng peg pero if may dala ka na pegs na kaya naman sa package they will follow that. Yung cake ko kase parang gusto ko plane white with very minimal color or if ever texture lang pero white pa din, I still have a few months to decide, hehe.

Hi mga sis, kakatuwa dami natin Hizons Bride share ko lang sa isang community ganda ng feedbacks sa Hizons, super nasarapan ang mga guest at yun talaga ang natandaan nila "foods"..hehe..Ok na din nakausap ko na event planner namin regarding sa invitation, magpapadala sya ng sample invitation kung magustuhan ko then pwede din ako magpadala ng design ko if keri nila magawa..

Aside kay Ms. Myra Lorenzo, sino sino pa choices for the emcee.. Like ko lang malaman ng maresearch ko if ok sila..

Agree ako sis sa Grand Food Tasting kayo attend kasi madami talagang foods na seserve.. Ako kasi sa GFT ako umattend then nung kasama ko si h2b yung food tasting na sa office nila pero kakatuwa masasarap talaga foods...Kasi si h2b nahirapan pumili kaya tuloy sa susunod na food tasting na kami magdecide hehe..

^Sarap talaga ng food nila! and na-share dun sa office na yung menu daw ngayon is upgrade na and mas 'modern' kase yung panganay na anak na yung humahawak I think ng R&D or basta sa food hehe.

Mga July pa ako ie-endorse sa planner kase yung Detailing daw is started 4 months before the wedding.

Before daw 1 team lang ang may hawak ng lahat ng bookings, negative ang feedback kase sa sobrang dami hindi daw nababalikan mga clients. Kaya nag decide yung anak nila na mag open ng new team/department which is yung Planner/s. After na ma-confirm yung sale, endorse na sa mga planners for the detailing/final touches. Hehe share lang.

wow sis good news nga yan kasi sa nabasa ko hindi sa foods nagkakaprob ang clients kundi sa event planner na matagal magreply at hindi agad nag-aasikaso..Yey atleast mapapanatag na loob nating mga brides kasi isa pa yan sa iniisip ko yan planner hehe.. exciting talaga ang detailing basta magbaon kayo ng mga pegs niyo... ideally ipapakita talaga nila sa inyo yung mga existing setup nila lalo na pag tie up with venue yung package na kinuha niyo pero kahit na ok lang naman magbaon kayo ng pegs and ideas niyo then ask them if kaya iincorporate without upgrading

yung GFT nila bongga talaga. buti nalang di kami naglunch non. hahaha. pero hinay hinay.. kasi ako noon inubos ko talaga yung nasa plate ko, as in ang dami... tapos ayun nagsuka ako pauwi haha. takaw kasi :p pero masarap talaga lahat. kulitin niyo lang AE niyo na dapat consistent ang lasa pagdating ng wedding day niyo

Hello everyone! newbie here and a Hizon bride also.
I got them under package with LOL, though hindi pa ko naka attend ng FT nila and hindi padin nakapunta sa LOL venue actually 

Ask ko lang sa mga naka attend na ng detailing with them kung ano choices ng themes nila? Can I ask them to email it to me? (come to think of it, I still don't know my AE  )

Share ko lang,, working abroad kase ako and my mom's taking care of everything for my wedding on Dec. 2013. Although I email suppliers for their quotes and try to also negotiate, my mom would still be the one to finalize everything and make deposits.

Sis, it would be better if you will ask your mom your AE and the email address. Then email the AE and request to send you their themes... Ginagawa naman din nila yun.

I like their food, I've had 3 clients na hizon's ang kinuha nila and the food was good. Out of a scale 5 being the highest, I rate them as 4.

read from the other forum na mabilis daw maubos yung food nila.. so di na nakakapag 2nd round yung guests...... are there any brides here na ganun din yung na-experience?
yun kase ang ayaw namin mangyari eh sabi ng hizon's may buffer naman sila na 10% for those heavy eater.. so pls let us know kung may iba pang naka experience para ma-discuss na with our planners

hi Sis honeybee830, feeling ko bago lang kasi sya nun kaya sya ganyan. Sad to hear na she's still like that. Oh well. tutukan mo nalang sya, as in follow up palagi. I think kulang sya sa diskarte or hindi lang proactive.

Hi Sis Chiboi18, for our case di naman nagkulang food namin. Masarap yung food nila and I know marami sa guest namin ang bumalik pa tapos meron pa kami take home for my family and my husband's family.

They provide 10% buffer to your actual headcount. It also helps kung assisted buffet sya. most of the time, kaya siguro nauubos kasi hinahayaan lang yung guest na kumuha ng food. Hindi tuloy tama ang pag portion. Some guests get portions for 2pax na agad! Dapat kumuha kayo ng servers to make sure hindi kayo maubusan ng food.
