Hi mga sis,

Sinu-sino dito ang Hizons bride? Share naman kayo ng mga exeperiences mga sisses.. Sa pagpili ng styling, kelan usually dapat magmeet-up with the event planner? At paaano kung meron kang gustong theme? Saken binigyan na ko ng event planner pero hindi pa naman sya nagcall kasi May 8, 2014 pa naman ang wedding ko para lang may idea. Sino din ang ok na emcee from Hizons? Kasama kasi sa package namin na ang emcee..

hi sis, im a hizons bride also.. may sched na kami for detailing namin on May24, si Cynthia ang AE naman, so far, accomodating naman siya sa mga questions namin..  under oasis package kasi, walang emcee ang package namin eh, hindi nila inoffer samin yun.. hope nakatulong..

Kelan ang wedding mo? By the way, ano ano ba dapat kong tanungin sa event planner? Kasi May 8, 2014 pa kami, nagtext na sya saken at tumawag kaso hindi ko nasagot ang call, ask ng date kung kelan ang detailing as well as final food tasting. Ilang beses ba dapat makipagmeet sa kanya? Once lang ba sis?Sensya na ha..Kasi may theme kami gusto ko sana ishare sa kanya at masabi nya inputs nya pero I mean kung may maisip ako na idagdag, yung anytime pwede ko i-communicate. Pwede ba un?Gusto ko kasi malaman if kaya ba yung peg ganun.. Pero ang food tasting na final next year nalang..thanks sis

Hizons din ang caterer namin in Light of Love. My AE is Jorina and she said that usually detailing should be set 2 months before the wedding.

It will help also if your coordinator will be with you during the final detailing so that she can help with the styling... With the emcee hindi namin kukunin ang emcee as freebie kasi we got our coordinator to be our emcee din.

Thanks oo nga masyado pa maaga. Nagsend naman ng email ang planner ko na pwede akong magsend sa email add nya ng concerns ko. Siguro ask ko muna sya if kaya ang peg namin para makapag-ipon ako ng mga set-up pics base sa theme namin tpos ipapadala ko sa kanya.. Thanks sis kasi kaya ako nagtatanong kasi balak ko pati invitation base sa theme para alam ko if papagawa ako sa iba kung hindi nila magagawa. Wala pa kasi ako ako coordinator na nabook eh.. thanks again sis..

Kami din ng H2B may gusto theme sa reception pero sa bandang huli na lang yun (kung kakayanin pa ng budget namin)

Suggestion ko, if hindi ka pa nabibigyan ng copy ng mga set-up nila, pa-email ka na lang sa AE mo sa Hizons. kami ni H2B nag-rreview na kami ng mga set-ups nila na gusto namin ipa-apply sa reception namin and then i-incorporate na lang namin yung theme namin if ever. Tapos pag-uusapan na lang namin the rest during the detailing...

sis, sa october 5 kami sis, after nung ft namin sakanila, sa may nalang ulit namin siya makikita. if satisfied kana sa detailing nila sis siguro oki na yun.. pero pwede mo din sila kausapin if may gusto ka idagdag.. so far mabait naman sila kausap and nagrereply sila sa text and email.

Masyado siguro ako naeexcite malaman kung kaya ang peg para naman less gastos na kung kaya naman nila.Siguro ganun na nga muna, hihingi ako ng sample set-up sa kanilang vintage travel theme, tapos after mapakita kapag may gusto ako ipadagdag ask ko if ok sa kanila para sa final detailing minimal nalang ang aayusin. Kasi si h2b gusto nya magmaterialize yung nasa isip naming plan.

Sis Miikz, ah you mean twice kayo magkikita ng planne? hmmm pwede pala un sige magseset ako sa kanya ng meet-up this year then yung final eh mga 3 months before the wedding na. OO nga mabait naman kausap at accomodating sila.

oo sis, nakapackage din kasi sa Oasis, so everytime magpunta kami sa Oasis, minemeet na din namin siya.. hehe

Hi, update lang, nakausap ko na ang planner. Next month magpapadala sya ng mga set-up para sa theme ko. Yey! We have a whole year pa naman daw to prepare, nakakatuwa at excited din daw sya ma-meet ako. So meaning hindi lang din pala kami once magmemeet. Gazebo Royale kami sis Miikz, hindi naman ako lage napunta dun nung nagbayad lang ako para makuha ang contract. Sched nalang din namin.. Happy Preps Sis!

Hi! Hizon's bride here! =) Nung una we almost gave up on them kasi parang di namin nagustuhan yung nangyari samin nung nagka FT sa oasis noon. Pero we tried all other caterers na nasa package ng Oasis, di din namin nagustuhan. So we decided to go to Hizon's GFT at One Esplanade last year, and sobrang nagustuhan namin yung food and setup nila! and good thing is napalitan namin yung AE namin kaya we booked them sa GFT. Yung detailing 4 months sya before the wedding, and that was last January. Ayos naman yung kinalabasan ng detailing and food tasting busog na busog kami. My mom and h2b's parents went with us pati pinsan niya , so 6 kami.. nabusog na kami di na kami naglunch hehe, and walang addtl charge samin kasi pang apat na yung sinerve samin pero nabusog pa din kami... per yung drinks anim pa din...

Sad lang ako kasi yung Events planner namin na si Wendy magreresign na sya, so ituturnover kami.. kinakabahan ako, sana everything will go smoothly as planned....

Hizon bride here 3 years ago.  AE is Drew Menor, He's very good and very detailed talaga, I highly recommend him.  yung set up/detailing ginagawa yun 4-2months before the wedding it's all included in the contract, design, type of table cloth, color lahat lahat na.  Sobrang nagustuhan namin sila noon kaya napa book kame on the spot sa GFT nila sa gazebo royale and guess what yung nag eentertain pala sa amin yung anak mismo ng may ari.  Andami namin nakuha freebies, so maganda din umattend ng GFT nila

hizon's bride din ako 1 1/2 years ago...but I constantly work with them pa rin with our clients. Ross was my AE at that time. Drew is now promoted and doesn't handle individual accounts na. What I want with Hizon's is consistency of food preparation and taste. Setup can be grand or minimalist depending on your preference. A variety of centerpieces, backdrop and linens (some kasi limited lang ang colors)

you can have final detailing 2-5 months before as long as wala ng changes in motiff, centerpieces, etc. Final headcount is usually 2 weeks before, pag magaling ka makipag negotiate, kahit one week before payag sila without the 20% additional

Hi, wow thanks sa mga feedbacks mga sis! Natuwa naman ako kasi siyempre ang pinakamalaking pupuntahan ng budget ay catering at yun din ang maiiwan sa lahat ng guest namin. At I can feel na we're in good hands sa Hizons. Si Ms. Girlie ay ok na ok na AE sobrang accomodating sa mga tanong ko. At ang binigay naman nyang planner mabilis din namang magreply at mukhang i-support naman kami sa aming theme. Food din at set-up ang nagpa-YES samen sa kanila.. May class kasi ang set-up nila..Hindi basta nalang..

Hizon's Bride here! In general, I can say that Hizon's is a good choice. They've been in the business for quite some time so they already have a system in place.

We chose Hizon's for their food and freebies. With the rate we paid for, we got more from Hizon's as compared to K by Cunanan or Josiah's.

For the host, I definitely recommend Myra Lorenzo. She was our host and she knows what she is doing. She has been a host for years now and has even worked as an English trainer for a call center. So in terms of handling an event, she knows what's best and in terms of voice projection / pronunciation etc, she is also very good.

For the AE, unfortunately, we didn't like ours. The AE assigned to us was Justine. She was unprepared, not organized at all. My husband who is a very patient person, even got irritated with her! That's says a lot! He wanted to have her replaced.

Fortunately for us, our OTD coordinator is also an accredited supplier of Hizon's. They know almost everyone there. Our coordinator called Drew Menor to help us out. Since he doesn't handle individual accounts anymore, he helped us out as a favor to my coordinator nalang. Lucky us!!

I was able to book hizons too. We did ft 2 weeks ago. They have the best food, hands down. However, pansin ko is that they're not as accomodating as k by cunanan. They don't allow discounts, they don't remove the tax even if you dont get the receipt, and they dont give freebies except for the ones in their package. No complaints for their service though. I guess for their price (a bit pricey compared to others), you do get what you pay for. Quality.
