Sis dorveille, re: evening scents, mukhang you are into scents na floral fruity musky, with light o mderate sillage. Here are my best bets for an evening scent: look also them up sa fragrantica if you want to learn more.

Sis kung singapore perfumes ang pagbabasehan mo ng sample ng scents... Makaka asa kaba sa kanila para makapili...? Or magkaiba ang amoy sa authentic talaga? Nalilito ako sa version ng singapore perfumes eh may sinasabi sila 4a singapore...

^ sis i have not tried perfumes from sg pero there are warnings about the authenticity. Back read ka sa thread 8 i think may post dun about sg perfumes.

wow thread 9 na agad..ang bilis hehe.. i'm starting to read sa fragrantica and nakakatuwa nga kasi ang dami mo malalaman lalo na sa mga 'notes' 'sillage' etc.. di ko kasi alam yan mga yan..now naiintindihan ko na..hehe.. sa fragrantica me magbe-base para sa next buy ko..

if you want learn in-depth, you might begin reading books on perfumes, like perfumes the a - z guide by turin and luca.

i love marc jacobs, swiss army for women, clinique happy and bbw sheer freesia.. they all work well for me.. lost lasting and receive compliments.
ok din sana yung elizabeth arden perfumes kaso hindi long lasting.
regarding sg perfume, i don't recommend it.. dati sa sg perfume reseller ako bumili, was very disappointed. parang alcohol lang naamoy ko. ginawa ko nalang room spray. one time din bumili naman ako ng bbw lotion, from sg din. disappointed din ako sa packaging naman kasi blurred yung print sa likod tska medyo madumi pa. pinapalitan ko nalang ng fragrance mist kaso ganun din tapos ang tapang din ng alcohol. take note, from 2 different resellers pa sila ha. waste of money talaga.

@ mischa04: hahaha oo nga. for the meantime, stay muna sa fragrantica.

Hindi nga naman natin maaaral lahat ng perfumes in one sitting.

@preciosa: I like Bvlgari Omnia Green Jade.

- i love the mandarin note on the opening. It is clean, citric and green. It might be too acidic for some but the sharp note blends with the florals after a while(jasmine and peony). Then upon dry down,you get this nutty, musky scent. The citrus note is still there but is subdued. The perfume is well blended, IMO. Sillage on me radiates within an arms length, kaya i think it is a safe perfume to wear everyday.

It lasts only 3-4 hours on me.

Super love ko the classic Chanel No 5 Parfum, as in isang spray lang amoy na talaga the whole day. My mom hoarded this during the 80's and we still have several bottles.

Current favorite ko also is Lanvin Eclat D' Arpege

Speaking of vintage perfume stashes, there's this perfume given to me around 14 years back: L'Eau de Monteil by Germaine Monteil. It smelled nice even back then pero hindi bagay noon for pubertal me. I fished it out of the baul recently and now I really appreciate all its nuances, gorgeous evening beachy scent.

Now I'm wondering if I can still find another bottle...

just sharing to you yung lagi ko nirereplenish na pabango all year round kasi ito yung super duper fave scent ko and goes also as my signature scent.

top list is BVLGARI OMNIA AMETHYSTE --as in kapag dating ng december eh naghihingalo na yung bottle ko so i need to purchase a bottle again and i have been using this since 2008. i used this esp kapag nasa work.. hehe.. and i love this kasi matagal mawala [textspeak!] scent nya sa body ko..
D&G LIGHT BLUE --ito ang kapalitan ni Bvlgari na halos sabay din sila nauubos..

LANVIN ECLAT --i used this everytime may occasions ako at night or may kadinner date.. hehe.. and ito rin [textspeak!] madalas na narereplenish ko na scent..
ELIZABETH ARDEN GREEN TEA --i used this every weekends naman kapag chill days ko lang..
FERREGAMO INCANTO CHARMS --i like this also kapag chill days ko..

VERSACE RED JEANS -- very much high school lang peg ko sa scent na ito and for some medyo matapang sya and it caused me allergic rhinitis.. pero it stays on my cabinet to remind me of those HS days..

maganda sya gamitin during rainy days and kapag malamig ang panahon..

BURBERRY BRIT SHEER and DKNY FRESH BLOSSOM --just added on my list last 2011, until now meron pa sya mga 1/4 kasi hindi ko sila madalas nagagamit, hindi kasi ako mahilig sa flowery scent..
BURBERRY BODY --the new addiction in my perfume cabinet, in a very sophisticated crystal bottle with a very sexy powdery scent.. hindi ko pa sya natrtry eh pero lagi ko pa lang sya inaamoy.. hehe...

sis preciosa, im gonna try to give my impressions on your perfume list...

Versace bright crystal - it smells like dior addict 2 for me. But I enjoy Dior better than bright crystal. I think it is because it kinda is watered down, Dior has more sharper tangy notes, plus Addict 2 has more lasting power on me. Pero this one is a floral, sparkly, light and fresh scent. The pomegranate note gives this perfume a certain kind of crispness to it.

Bvlgari rose essentielle - The rose note eludes me at times and replaced by somewhat sour and powdery notes. But definitely the rose it there, but is not as prominent as i want it to. But this is a beautiful fragrance... after a while, the berries join the rose and the union is very nice on the nose.
A perfume for first dates, because it brings out the lady in you.

212 sexy men - Sorry but i haven´t tried this one yet.

I´ll add it up on my to-hunt-down perfume list

Dkny be delicious (green) - scent that lifts the mood, IMO. A loud apple scent that is fresh and clean... It is slightly bitter for me but the sweetness is definitely there and masks any excess soury/bitter note.

Anais anais cacharel - A floral, green bomb for me... almost cloying at first. It somewhat confusing because of the many notes and the strong lily. But turns powdery with white flowers afterwards and settles down beautifully on the skin. Somewhat "old lady"-ish but can be worn by the younger ladies.

Wow sis, sounds interesting. I so envy that you have this one, i wanna try it too but it is difficult to get hold of.
