HELP! Best Sunblock for the FACE :)

I am interested jan sa anessa. Nakacurious sya. hehe

 I have clear skin. A few dark pimples scars din pero my forehead is a little bit darker than the rest of my face.

Could it be because of sunburn? Not enough sunblock? Pangit yung sunblock? Or other factors?

I use belo sunblock by the way.

I'm not acidic naman so i wonder why is that so.

i'm using kojiesan sunblock with spf50 P+++. ok naman siya so far. but would like to try the anessa since yun nga, pag medyo mainit, it makes my face look oily.

I learned something about SPF recently.

The SPF number keeps you lang from getting dark but does not necessarily keep you from aging. What you want to look for in sunscreen aside from SPF is the PA+. if it has PA that means it will also protect you from aging. The more '+' the better and I believe the highest is PA+++++ but so far in departments stores the highest I've seen is PA+++

A good mneumonic is,
UVA = Causes Aging
UVB = Causes Burning

If the product has these on the label: Broad Spectrum or PA(+...), it can protect you from both. Physical blockers (those with titanium and zinc oxide) can protect us from both, because they're like clothes. They form a physical film to shield from both rays. Problem is, since they're physical, they tend to get brushed off. So, most of the really effective sunscreens/blocks have a combination of both physical blockers and chemical sunscreen ingredients.

PA+++ is pretty high na din. PA+++++ is like an overkill and can be likened to those na may SPF100+

If you want something with PA+++++, kanebo has a few. I have Kanebo Allie UV Long Keep Gel SPF50+ SPF PA+++++. Non-greasy, and dries to a matte-ish finish.

Vaindoll is right, it's available locally. Bought mine at SM Dept Store for a little less than Php 1,600. Meron pa silang isang variant "moist" yung nasa label.

Sis try belo sunblock for face. Gustong gusto ko to. I finally found the right sunblock for me. Super light lang siya..fresh lang sa face.
 Non sticky. Maganda siyang primer for powder. Lage ako nag lalagay nito everyday kahit nga sa gabi pag may lakad ako ginagamit ko pa rin siya as primer supee kapit na kapit ang powder dito.

Di ako nahiyang sa mga Shiseido sunblocks that i've tried in the past. Although i have yet to try the Anessa line.

Happy na ako sa biore uv watery essence for daily use. Very light and affordable too. Lagi akong may mga back up nito.
But when i'm planning to stay out in the sun for longer periods, i use the ones from HO na may physical sun block, or neutrogena dry touch spf 50. I just don't understand kung bakit mahapdi sa face ko yung neutrogena.

Anong mas preferred nyo sa Anessa line?  Can't choose between the Perfect Essence and Perfect UV.  Ano yung may matte effect?

guys kung mag sunblock mist lang ako just like the one from belo. would it be enough? or need pa talaga ng sunblock cream as base before the mist? 

okay ba yung mist? nahahasslean kasi ako magapply ng cream, gel o lotion hehe

i also like biore uv watery although for readily available sunblock
that you can buy in manila or philippines for that matter, oks din ako sa belo at
Neutrogena. Although my hg is obagi.

Translucent sya sis, pero clear once applied. Runny gel ang consistency. Ako rin, sabi ng derma ko switch to gel sunscreens muna nung nag-break out ako dati. I'm on my 3rd tube already. Sa abroad ako bumibili or nakikipabili pag may friend na pauwi. I hoarded during my last trip, nasa P400 per tube sa Jakarta. Pero may nakita ako sa online sellers dito (try searching on ebay) and kay carefree shopper. Pwede na rin yung price kasi malaki naman ang isang tube.

I think after I finish my Anessa, I'll go for biore too. Madami nga lang variants iyan dito sa SG so I am not sure which one is suitable for me.

Ano bang best variant ng anessa. I used to use kose suncut pero ang hirap hanapin ng tube type dito sa japan puro spray lang. Matte din ba si biore? Mag hohoard ako ng sunblocks eh.
