I have noticeable craters on my cheeks. Can the fractional co2 help lessen the craters on my face? I have tried expensive meds n creams to lessen my scars but nothing seems to work. Would appreciate a reply.  Thanks in advance

Hi Ladies, I want to ask if the fractional c02 is just for acne scars? Or it can also applied on any other scars?

I got a scar consisting 17 stitches on the upper side of my right face and 7 stitches on the right side also under my chin. I ask on Manny and Pie Calayan Clinic how much could it cost? and what procedure they will perform on my scar. I got a reply and it's stated that i will have an SMAXEL LASER and i'll pay 13, 440 minimum of 6 sessions. i find it pretty expensive though. 😊Does anyone knows a clinic that offered same procedure with cheaper rate?

I just saw at the YSA Clinic here in Iloilo that they offer SMAXEL Laser for 12,000 per session, but have a promo 5 sessions for 35,000. You might want to check out an YSA Clinic near your location if they also offer this promo.

^ it depends on the setting used. When i was having pixel before, 10 days downtime ko sa scabs. But now acupulse na ako. After a month saka lang mawawala redness and succeeding months yung gumaganda yung skin. But i must admit, i hate PIH every after procedure.

Hi mga sisses. Did anyone experience laser treatment for scars ke Dra. Wong ng St. Luke's or Dra. Mylah Joven Ching ng Makati Med? First time if ever ko magpapalaser and silang dalawa pinagpipilian ko. Natatakot lang ako sa mga horror stories lalo na at I have super sensitive and oily skin sa face. Gusto ko sana ng mga firsthand experience muna ng mga sisses here para makampante naman ako. Thanks in Advance sa mga sasagot :-)

What's difference between pixel and fractional laser? Alin kaya maseffective for acne scar? Sa derma ko kasi pixel lang meron pero yung price halos same lang naman sa fractional laser sa ibang derma.

I've done many treatments for my acne scars. I have box, rolling, ice pick scars on my cheeks since my high school days.

In the past 5 years, i've done the ff treatments (Belo, Corderm, Cathy Valencia)

-micro needling
-derma roller
-fractional laser (C02)
-fillers
-Picosure
-Infini RF
-PRFM
-rosy whitening peel

Lahat na ata! haha! I've spent a lot around 250K na ata for these treatments. What I could say that works best for acne scars is combination of treatments.

For Corderm, I underwent PRFM, Infini, Picosure (around 8 sessions lahat). My acne scars improved around 50% for about a year however, I had acne break out so I stopped muna. The derma prescribed me antibiotic. I was on it for about 3 to 4 months but I stopped na din. Ang mahal kasi like 3K every 2 weeks. Then I realized, that foundation broke me out. My skin became super sensitive sa foundation when I turned 30. So I only use silicone free foundie and baby powder na lang. I'm acne free now.

Since ang prob ko ngayon is red marks from the break out, Nagmarunong ako so naga peel muna ako sa Cathy Valencia. Once the red marks are gone, I will go back to Corderm for the lasers.

I was at Aesthetic Science yesterday. Nagpableach and body scrub ako plus facial with diamond peel and TCA peel.

Bago ako magsimula, may free consultation with the dermatologist. She advised me to undergo CO2 laser. P18,000 lang daw doon for five sessions. May nakatry na ba sa inyo sa aesthetic science? If yes, papost naman ng feedback.

P18,000 for five sessions is reasonable for me pero mag ipon muna ako ng a month or two. Sana effective. I have light acne scars din sa face na mukhang craters din. Sabi naman ni doc mababaw lang daw scars ko so kakayanin daw ng CO2 laser.

^ i would suggest that you ask for before and after pictures so you have a basis of what to expect and ask for the brand of machine they use, so you can read feedbacks online.  I find real self.com highly reliable.

Nagtry ako nung derma induction micro needling although naka isang session palang ako, kaso parang mas nagkaron ako ng scars eh.  Im eyeing on Bench Skin Expert may nakapag try naba dito? Thanks

^ Go to Dra Martires.  She uses the Accupulse machine in Makati Med & only charges 5k.  I think Bench also uses Accupulse.

Try nyo sa regenix aesthetic mga sis effective sobra yung co2 laser nila ang dami ko ng napuntahan na derma clinic pero halos hindi nagimproved mga scars ko then one day nakita ko yung post ng isa sa mga friend ko sa fb about sa positive feedback nya sa co2 laser ng regenix then tinry ko pero sa ibang branch nila pra hindi ako makita ng friend ko hihi..so ayun after 2 sessions palang natuwa na ko sa naging result sakin pero may remaining 3 sessions pa ko yung naavail ko kasi sa knila non is yung promo nila na 5 sessions 10k instead na 20k pero ifollow nyo yung sa page nila madalas sila magpromo kaso paiba iba ng branch ,yung natyempuhan kong promo sa fairview sakto malapit lang samin.

It's best to go to a PDS dermatologists and have it checked first.  Saan ka sis nagpa microneedling? Derma rin ba ang gumawa sayo?

Hi mga sis, iba ba ang CO2 fractional laser sa pixel laser? Sa Asian ako nagpagawa this January with my derma, Dra. Nicolas. Once pa lang ako nagpapagawa kasi need ko bumalik abroad. Next month, uuwi ako so I'm thinking kung magpa pixel laser. Kaya lang sa nakikita ko wala naman improvement. 10k/session yung pixel laser. Hindi ba talaga effective yun? Iniisip ko kasi baka one session pa lang pero talagang walang effect, so kinda disappointed.
