CO2 fractional laser

hi all! i have had about 3 pixel sessions and i am still not satisfied with the results.
feeling ko no long term effect but i may just be nitpicky. around once a year ako with one year na-skip in between the first and second.

after the session maganda talaga but it wears off eh. and then balik sa same deep looking scars.

i'm thinking baka kelangan damihan ko pa..or do a combination treatment. so i will jumpstart with pixel muna and then tca cross (tca lang sya na ilalagay sa scar itself) and maybe carboxy every other month with tca. hanggang sa mag improve.

will try acupulse c02 laser, anyone heard of that? same downtime (5-7 days) and mas mapula lang daw vs. pixel because deeper penetration. 5k/session with my doctor.

Buti nakita ko tong thread na to, gusto ko sana pagawa kaso ang mahal talaga. Tsaka me napanood akong isa sa mga parang "surgeries gone bad" tong procedure na to nasunog ever yung mukha nya 3rd degree burn. Huhu

I just tried this treatment yesterday. Tolerable naman yung pain and medyo mapula lang right after the treatment. I did smell burnt skin habang line-laser ako haha. Bawal basain yung face for 24 hours then may cream na ipapahid for faster healing. Mukha lang akong na-sunburn, hindi rin naman dumugo face ko. Sabi ng doctor depende raw yun sa patient. May mga tao talagang mabilis duguin.

Sisses, may nakapagtry na ba sa inyo ng fraxel pero particular area lang? In my case kasi, nasa nose yung scars. Nagbleblend din kaya over time yung skin? Thanks!

Sorry hear about this sis. And thanks for the input so we have an idea how groupons for the treatment fares. 800 for the cream sounds like dun sila bumawi.

Specific area Lang yung fraxel treatment ko and I noticed that the retinoic acid gel my derma gave helped decrease the PIH of the treatment areas.

I had acupulse today. It's like pixel but penetrates deeper. Im not sure haha. My skin condition is clear, no problems with acne. But i have noticed that my pores are getting bigger. I forgot how painful the ablative lasers are. Huhu. My face is swelling.

^  Saan ka nagpa accupilse & how much was it.  Sa MMC ako nag papa accupulse through Dra Leah.  Naglalagay na ako ng Emla before the procedure para walang sakit.

^ Yes normal yan.  I put ice after the procedure.  Next time hingi ka sa kanya ng emla & apply it an hour before.  Libre lang nya binibigay yung emla.  Nagdadala ako ng maliit na container & humihingi ako sa clinic nya.

^ normally mataas tolerance ko sa pain pero kahapon parang super sakit. Haha. Sige next time hingi ako kay doc. Co2 lang ba sis pinagagawa mo kay doc? I'm thinking of another laser procedure na non ablative.

^ I do Vbeam, Tenor & Accupulse in MMC.  Sa clinic naman nya peeling & carboxy... Ok ang accupulse!  I've tried Fraxel & Pixel & other similar lasers.  Parang Fraxel ang effect sa akin ng accupulse & ang mura pa nya mag charge.

^ I've tried pixel twice. Sabi kasi ni doc wala ng pixel, acupulse nalang. I'm on my third day. My face is really tight. I cant fully open my mouth. Haha. I hope i wont get any hyperpigmentation once the scabs all peeled. Para saan sis ang v beam? She mentioned about Laser Genesis. Non ablative naman yun

^ Vbeam is for sun spots, pigmentation, broken capillaries, redness.  Mas ok ang accupulse than pixel.  After accupulse, nilalagyan ko face ko ng Aquaphor.  Nabasa ko kasi na sa US after CO2 laser, yan ang pinapalagay ng mga derma doon.  Palagi kang maglagay ng sublock to prevent pigmentation.
