Hi Sis thanks for the info.. Nakabili na rin ako last month thru facebook.. By the way, ask ko lang po is it okay to take vitapack (slimaluma, glutha and green tea) while on HCG? Or supplements like myra 400-e and vitamin b complex? Thanks in advance

I really want to switch to this diet pero wala pa rin ako nakitang reliable source ng HCG at magkano. I did my back read na pero HCG lang binabanggit, may brand nga pero wala naman trusted na pagkukunan and yung iba naman may brand name pero walang price. I checked jem_jewerly pero mukhang out of stock sa kanya or wala na? Meron sa facebook but pricey. Marami sa sulit pero hindi trusted.

Hello Ladies.

I've tried HCG diet last year and I lost 24lbs in 30 days but I had to stop kasi nalagas hair ko as in ang dami because of VLCD.

I gained everything back and I want to try juicing fruits and veggies while taking the drops para di ako magutom. Strict na juice fast siya. Ano tingin niyo? mag lose pa rin kaya ako neto?

So interested in this diet. A good friend did this a few years ago and is doing it again currently. She dropped from 126 pounds to 112 pounds in 30 days. She'll be done with the diet last week of June. If it's still effective for her, I'm definitely gonna do this too.

Hi mga sis I'm actually doing this diet and I'm so happy cause in just 2days I lost 5lbs. Omg!!!! I used all the slimmings pills in the market and also enrolled in gym and boxing class but I didn't loss any pounds. (Maybe because I'm eating foods which is high in calories) no exaggeration I'm just following the protocols and vlcd everyday, no excersice at all. Buti nalang nabasa ko tong thread nato. Goodluck satin!

Sa friend ng hubby ako ngpabili since nagamit din pala nun. Hindi ako nakabili Sa sulit or ebay or Kay shopgirl natakot ako kasi Baka fake. I read a lot na nagkalat ang fake na hcg kaya ingat nalang ako. So far naglose naman ako.

Hi mga sis sobrang happy ko Lang at gusto ko Lang ishare Sa mga gusto pumayat. Nakapag lose nako ng 9.8 lbs in just 8days kaya ang saya saya worth it yung pag bili ko ng hcg at ng mga food. Nag stall ako kahapon kasi kumain ako ng suha with salt. And then ng crave ako Sa sabaw bumili ako ng knorr cubes I thought pwede sya pero Hindi. And napapansin ko din once na medyo nasobrahan ako Sa salt either konti Lang ang bawas or nag gained ako ng weight. Kaya 1st day palang ng stall ko ng apple a day nako para di na mag tagal ang stall sakin. Excited Lang ako Sa araw araw na nababawas sakin. Kaya Sa mga ng hcg dyan or mag hhcg palang wag susuko. Mahirap na nakakaiyak pag nakakakita ka ng mga food na Dati Mong kinakain pero pag naiisip ko naman na kakainin ko ulit yun pag nakuha ko na ang gusto Kung timbang ok na nakalma na ko. I hope nakatulong Sa mga nagplaplano na magbawas timbang!

Hi sis mocha actually ang kinakain ko Lang chicken breast at tilapia palang, Nung nag beef kasi ko Hindi naging maganda ang result ng weight loss ko kaya naisip ko di ako pwede mag beef. Basic Lang ang mga kinakain ko ngayon kaya di naman magastos masydo. Vegetable ko lagii tomato cucumber asparagus cabbage and lettuce yan Sa fruits naman apple orange at suha. Most of the time sinabawang tilapi at grilled chicken ang luto ko. Sa mga spices McCormick brand ko balak ko rin bumili ng brags na brand mas ok yata yun kesa dun sanabili ko na kikoman. Nakabili kana Ba hcg mo?
