Guys, When you first started juicing, did you frequent the bathroom much? That's my biggest concern since I work from 8-5. Baka magka bathroom emergency kase ako bigla.  :o

^ since loaded sa fiber ang veggies and fruits, theres a chance na magincrease ka ng bathroom breaks.

on my case, i was peeing alot. Because of all the liquid, but with number 2, not so much. Im usually constipated so nung nagjuice ako, naregulate lang into normal as in everyday ir every other day.

my mom, who also started juicing that time, once or twice lang din a day.

Ok ba yung Jack Lalaine na juicer? Saw that it's on sale sa Lazada, almost 3k lang.

i saw this JML juicer at SM yesterday. Original price is at 10k now its only 5k+ since its 50% off </3

This is what we have. Bought 2 last yr at 50% off also. One for me and one for my in-laws. Easy to clean kasi you get to clean all the parts where the juice passes. Hindi ko pa lang sya na try sa wheatgrass di nya yun kaya not sure pero di naman kasi pa ko umiinom nun.

Yung apple i just cut it in half kung malaki then diretso na dun. Yung orange i just peel off the skin kasi bitter yun then hulog na buong orange.

^I think there's a special juicer for wheatgrass, hindi pwede ang normal juicer.

Sis roxybrat it's not s slow juicer. 1 apple and 1 orange puno glass ko.

Although i really want to buy hurom juicer in the next few weeks kasi i'm into real food now. One year na samin yung jml. I might give it to a relative na lang soon.

@la_pinay, you will not regret buying hurom.  We use it everyday since we bought ours (HH series) last Jan-11 and we are making 2 liters of juice everyday - good for 8 - 10 pax ;)

according sa manual ko, hindi advisable na ijuice ang soft fruits magiging mashed lang siya lalabas na smoothie and not juice :) so its gonna be semiliquid semi solid. so not fit sa strict juice pure liquid diet if yun yung gusto mo gawing diet :)

How do you do this when you're at the office? As in nagbabaon kayo ng bottles?

Ang concern ko naman is nagrerent lang ako ng studio type na room, and i have no fridge :D kaya i have no place to store the fruits/veggies to keep it fresh. Although nasa kanto lang naman ang palengke sa amin, hassle lang na bili ka ng bili araw araw.

^ nakaka-excite naman ang Hurom juicer. Sis Shinta, anong hurom juicer binili mo? Yung Oscar ba? I'm torn between the Hurom Juicer or Philips Airfryer. Might get the Hurom juicer instead then Philips Airfryer next month. Hay. Ang gastos maging healthy. :)

I'd rather eat the lettuce na lang. when you juice beets, nilalaga nyo ba muna? I tried juicing it raw with apple and carrots, lasang hilaw na gabi. Tsaka ang taas pala ng sucrose nun, medyo nahilo at inantok agad ako after drinking the juice.

Pag slow juicer ba mas madami yung nakukuhang juice?? I like what sis Aubn said na 2 liters of juice nakukuha nya everyday. Atleast sulit naman. Mahal kase ng fruits and veggies eh. If you do juicing as meal replacement, 1 glass lang ba per meal? I plan to do this on holy week na eh so i am really thinking of what juicer i'd have to buy. The juice naman will last for a day ba ot kahit the next day?

If medyo wet pa yung pulp, you can feed it into the juicer again para mas mapiga. with hurom, mas dry yung pulp kesa with centrifugal juicers, kaya mas madaming extracted na juice.
