But smaller seeds, ok lang to pass through the juicer

nag-start din akong mag-juicing this week. yung binili namin is yung jumpstart juicer sa sm kasi mura. hehe. akala ko all juicers are the same. mas maganda pala yung hurom juicer. san makakabili na pwedeng 0% installment? medyo mahal kasi.

i want to try the 7-day juice diet pero by afternoon, di ko na kinakaya ang hunger pangs so napapakain tuloy ako. i can only replace one or two meals with juice. para mas madami akong makuhang juice, i run the pulp ulit sa juicer twice. tapos sabi ko sa nanay ko, yung mga pulp gawin fertilizer.

^ oonga sis, i also drink lots of water. pero di ko talaga kinakaya. siguro kasi binigla ko from no-diet to juice-diet. for now, ok na muna kahit 1 or 2 meals lang ang narereplace ko with juice. as much as i can, no rice din muna. pag sanay na ako, try ko ulit yung strict juice diet na.

any feedback sa oscar neo DA-1000? so FB ng hurom, hurom da-1000 yung name niya so not sure if made by hurom din. pero horizontal siya like matstone. parang mas gusto ko 'to kasi mas mura then di lang siya juicer, may attachments din for other functions

Sis shinta, pareho tayo. I'm eyeing Oscar Neo DA-1000 or Matstone din. I want to know the difference. Mas mahal kasi Matstone kaso wala naman ako makitang masyadong review. First, gusto ko yung JuicePresso ng Coway, then yung Hurom HH-Series kaso ang mahal, 19k. :( so parang settled na ako sa Oscar Neo kung it can also mince meat. :) Any users ng horizontal juicers? Mas okay ba eto compared to vertical juicers?

Thanks.

^sis, may napanood ako sa youtube na comparison between vertical and horizontal juicers. omega juicer yung ginamit.

horizontal is best for leafy greens and mas nasasala niya yung pulp so less pulpy yung juice. at saka yun nga, may mga attachments so you can do other things than juicing.

vertical is best for solid fruits and veggies, mas pulpy yung juice and mas napipiga daw yung pulp. better din daw ang vertical for coconut.

Sa Landmark, Trinoma may Oscar DA-1000 and Matstone. Gusto ko nga sila pareho pag-demo para makita ko which is better talaga. I contacted Hurom, newest version daw ang Oscar DA-1000. Matstone is comparable to DA-900 lang daw.

i really like juicing, i felt so much better since i started replacing my meals with juice. nawala yung brain fog ko :)

^Yes pwede mo sya gawing meal replacement. Initially nakakagutom then masasanay ka rin like any other meal replacement regimen. I've been juicing alternately with my other diet maintenance regimen. So far I've been able to keep the lbs off.

yep goodluck sis. ayaw ko din ng pricey kasi for personal use ko lang naman and starter palang naman ako. so i bought the affordable one muna. so far, okay naman. di pa naman nasisira or nagsshow ng cons. although hindi naman pala ako yung nagpprepare ng juice, mom ko. haha

pero slow juicers are the best i heard kaso grabe sa price. kasi they can really extract the maximum juice na pwede out of veggies and fruits. as in sulit na sulit.
