^hi sis sandalwood.. for me lang, I think tama naman regimen niyo.. on days na I can juice in the morning, I would just replace regular breakfast for a tall glass of juice.  While on days that I have solid or regular breakfast in the morning, I usually have juice for lunch. As for dinner, I would down the juice an hour or more before a light dinner.. I am referring to juice which consists of more percentage (about 80-90%) of veggies than fruits ha?  Remember some fruits have high content of fructose, baka imbis na papayat eh baka lalong dumagdag pa ang calories because of the high amount of sugar in the juice  :P

Goldglitz, I didn't mix cucumber this time but the gooey consistency kasi ang hirap idilute and it feels weird and icky drinking it kaya tinanggal ko yung gooey portion since it was just floating.

hi sis GirlCrush.. mine happened when I juiced malunggay once together with the other greens.. with spinach naman, I've never had that happened.. I guessed it has to do with what other veggies we combine it with?  I juiced spinach with any greens and so far it came out okay but I can't tell about parsley coz I haven't juiced parsley yet..so am thinking maybe parsley and spinach combo = gooey consistency?
speaking of parsley... Better if you can get English parsley. The Chinese parsley tastes weird

hi sis jo1.. may I know what other veggie combo you used with the mustasa to give you such reaction?  I haven't juiced mustasa yet but had tried juicing kailan (belongs to the mustard family I think) with other veggies and luckily it didn't give me any heartburn but now I guessed I have to be careful when juicing mustasa.. if you know what other veggies you used that time, pa share naman sis so we can all be extra careful..thanks :)

it was just mustasa by itself sis

subscribing :)

I juice for breakfast din. My staples are:

granny smith apple (para di masyado sweet)
carrots
celery

Tapos I add whatever fruit are in season like kiwi fruit, pineapple, seedless grapes, etc and ginger

I tried adding bok choy once, never again kasi it made the juice so bitter. I'll try adding broccoli kasi my friend said that its yum.

I'm planning to juice for brekky and lunch starting next week, to have a medyo ok summer bod :)

^Pareho tayo.  That's also my staple juice everyday.  Since I pass by this fruit shake store whenever I walk towards the office, I buy from them every-single-day.

Mine's always been celery, carrots and apple for S$2.80 (Php95)

Ano benefits nito ok kaya ito sa oily skin or acne prone skin.

lotsa benefits. Lalo na pag veg and fruits  na walang pesticides and [textspeak!] GMO FREE VEG AND FRUITS. kc sa ngayun GMO na halos lahat at sobrang ginagamitan ng pesticides.. Im using a juicer/squeezer (electric) esp for oranges. We use special juicer (omega vertical juicer) at nagamit din ng VITAMIX for smoothie. Rsearch mo [textspeak!] benefits ng vitamix... yan ang best blender ever. :)

Hi! Dapat ba organic lahat ng fruits and vegetables when juicing? I live in sta. rosa laguna and parang wala pa kasi ako nakikita na organic veggies/ fruits in the market. :-\

Hi sis clarify ko lang po ha iba po yung blender sa juicer hehe.

Is there a big difference? Aside from getting more fiber?

^Try checking SM Hypermart they have kale sometimes... Also Rustan's Rockwell and Healthy Options :)

Thank you! i'll look for kale there.

Hi...Where to buy matstone...?

And do you pre-cut your fruit and veggies and kept inside the ref?  or dapat cup lang if gagamitin na?  Thanks.

I pre-cut and refrigerate purely for convenience... although for green leafies, i avoid as much as possible kasi ang bilis mag-dry out

Sis, anong model ng Breville juicer mo? Slow juicer ba siya?

I saw from their website nasa 16k yung Froojie Fountain model nila.
