Based on what I?ve read, crystals should feel cold to touch when not in use. However, with so many fakes around, I just buy from a trusted seller. We have lots of recommendations here!

Go for lapis.
Any fruit quartz daw is artificial.

Search mo ang meaning ng crystal na nakita mo. (You can just go to any site selling crystals and find out from there).  Madalas the crystal will call out to you.  Lately, Peridot ang tumatawag sa akin.  How many weeks na I keep thinking about it.

i'm new to crystals/gemstones.  chinese new year is just around the corner.  i see several booths/tables in malls selling crystals and other chinese stuff.  are the crystal items sold in these bazaars fake or just low-end crystals?  i read that even if the crystals are powerful but you do not believe in the properties of the crystals, then the crystals will do nothing beneficial for you.  whether the crystals are very expensive or cheap, it is your intention or belief that matters.

Move away from 'news', social media and other social platform kung feeling mo eh mabigat ang pakiramdam mo. Go back to old school - listen to music, read books, re-create your hobbies, or kahit matulog ka lang maghapon, this might help
