The ones that are beads on strings across his counter na sobra cheap ang price -- yon mga "reconstituted" na. Meaning, parang dough shaped into beads, kung ano ano na ingredients noon. But these are easy to see as being "unnatural" ang gagaspang and busalsal, or hello, plastic looking.
Authentic Black Tourmaline has been hard to come by since about 3 years ago pa.
I had to orer and wait a week or so.
Nagtataka nga ako why some are able to source immediately at stores at such cheap prices.
Lol, be careful hindi yan what do you call it -- charcoal/uling.
Black Tourmaline is dense, rough with clean straight lines ha -- but not exactly porous or crumbly.
I was offered 1 that was about 5in wide diameter and 1.5 feet long a month ago.. ngek P50thou.
Beautiful but for me, too pricey. Hindi pa ako gaong ka "hilo"
Just be patient, makahanap ka rin.
Black Tourmaline, the authentic ones I am sure of are authentic, I can bet my 2 ears on those -- are not comfy as bracelets. They tend to come as tubes, parang yung mga short pasta tubes... still with straight, firm lines. When I got hold of a couple of these -- I hang them hidden on my corner curtain rods, to gird my house. As a bracelet, they are not that durable, definitely uncomfortable to wear. Use na lang black onyx or smokey topaz. But I have a 2 inch black tourmaline beside my bed -- it is good protection (may lintek kasing incubus that visits me now and then. peste)
FLUORITE... the 1st 1 I bought na napaka mahal 8 years or so ago in Singapore, oo -- madali mag crack. (I think because these were like short rods.) But the gradation of colors from greens to blues to lavender to violets, in that 1 bracelet ha is perfect.
But I was able to get a lot from Atong about 3 years ago, as in 10 long strands. The colors are still there though not as matingkad as the bracelet i got from Singapore. These are oval in shape, may medium, may kinda large -- as big as the nail on your pinkie finger and thumb. Eto matibay, sobra. But heavy. (I got it from him for only P700 per long strand -- mga 2 feet per strand -- Wala yung Mrs nya that time, kaya madali sya kausapin hahaha)
FLUORITE is an all around crystal, good to have in your home, office and on you. Yun lang, wearin it -- mabigat. That is how you know the fluorites are authentic and not just glass. But if you want to re=energize yourself fast, lalo na pag may nakasama kang energy vampire -- wear citrine and fluorite bracelets sabay.
I was in Europe last month; and in Amsterdam, susko ang gaganda ng mga crystals, but I was kinda hesitant to purchase, something was off. The shop owners would eventually tell me, these are glass crystals. So, be careful. Crystals are a business nowadays... alam mo naman pag pinasukan ng mga ....... ang business of whatever, dami fakes.
If a crystal is too perfect, it will come with a pricey tag, but should also come with a very complete technical description on an Official Receipt from a reputable store. And is generallly already set as a jewelrypiece. If from a stall, hwag ka maniwala... a store owner will not put pricey items in a stall for her sales girls to just be whipping out.
Crystals have a certain energy, ma feel mo yan. Nowadays sa dami ng "reconstituted" I look more at the appearance, and the weight. That is why I encourage you to go around from pricey to not so pricey jewelry/crystal stores to gain a feel for authentic crystals. Hwag ka mahiya magtanong, mag usisa. Read crystal books too.
Natatawa nga ako -- sa Greenhills, where I went with a balikbayan recently to buy pasalubong na pearls etc.. hahaha "tanzanite" daw, Sabi ko hindi, synthetic diamond yan. Tanzanites cost more than diamonds. You will not see it in Greenhills, few jewelry stores have it. And the color is a different kind of blue -- you will not forget it, it turns from a kinda deep blue to a deep blue-purple.
Basta Greenhills -- take it with a grain of salt nowadays.
And as I say, batuhin man ako: no amount of mumbo jumbo from any self declared crystal healer or expert is gonna give you good luck or protect you from bad vibes. You gotta be the one to focus your energy with the use of your crystals for that to come about. The experts, the real ones, guide you as to how to utilize crystals, guide you as to the best choice given your priority energy. They will not say, o eto -- basta from me, yan na yung energy and good luck.
Have faith in yourself. Everything you need is in you, develop your mind and your energies.
GREEN TOURMALINE -- I have seen raw blocks -- 2 pa lang sa buong buhay ko, and the owners both did not like to sell, with their families na for what 30 or so years. Both I could not see through... BUT the surface is shiny/glossy. Parang molten glass. Talagang green, as iwith top class Columbian emerald green.
My latest capriccio -- pink, as in dark pink to be fuschia pink tourmalines. But I am very careful wearing these -- madaling mag chip/crack. Just like emeralds.

5 or 7 years ago, hardly anyone was selling crystals. Now that it is good business, pati salon sells crystals at the reception counter. So beware, be alert. lol.
You deserve to get what you are searching for, the authentic ones.
