Out of the 3, ALFM ang pinaka convenient kung may BPI account ka.
Online lahat, investment at redemption  ;)
Onga daw. Compared to FAMI, sa ALFM daw, once na nagopen k ng account, meron na agad Online Account where you can make additional investments and redemption.

For the application process, how long before you get access to your investments?

^As long as approved na yun ALFM application mo and at the same time may account ka sa bpiexpressonline, makikita mo na rin kagad yun portfolio mo sa ALFM.

^^ may cut-off sis, till 11 a.m. lang ang processing kapag hindi umabot the next working day na nila ipapasok. If i remember correctly, they will also send you an email about your investment account.

Just had an exchange of tweets with Randell Tiongson and Marvin Germo asking how they see the bull run ending. The thought was that it is probable that the market will remain bullish at least for the coming months or years.

Answering your question on the same line, it will still be good to top up, pero hintay hintay lang ng correction ng market para mas mura mo mabili mutual funds mo :)

If only the top mutual funds can provide such convenience the way BPI provides. Well, that could probably be the trade-off.

Agree.

^ same here. maganda talaga performance ng FAMI. if it topping up were as convenient as ALFM's, meron sana akong FAMI ngayon. i'm sticking with ALFM to avoid hassle at sakit sa ulo :P

Not all Metrobank branches or personnel knows about FAMI.  What we did was bring the FAMI number with us when submitting the docs at Metrobank.

Then pag bumaba tsaka ako tatabling para mag top up ulit ;D

^ hahaha. Hindi ako expert sa investments like mutual funds, but ang nababasa ko and what my husband told me, it is really hard to predict when the navps will go down. So if you have the excess money to invest, you can add, top up, and just do averaging of your investments. Keysa magantay kung kelan bumaba while your excess funds natutulog lang.  For the longest time (as in more than 5 years na), nasa savings lang lahat.  Kasi very conservative ako. So now, some of them im starting to invest on a regular basis.  Target ko is monthly (or at most every 15 days).  But i will still leave some in my savings account.  I dont want to put all my eggs in one basket. :)

Surprising daw ang increase ng NAVPS ngayon. Kasi not in line with stocks performance.

Sis isang tanong na lang you need to open a MB account muna tapos yung top up online na tama ba?
