Mag 5 years na ako dito sa company na pinagworkan ko, as a TL for order managment.  So far, love ko parin ang work environment. And kahit di ganun ka taas ang pay unlike sa ibang TL positions, and benefits, super enjoy parin ako.

Hi mga Sis!

It's going to be my third year next month dito sa Makati along Jupiter Street.  My 2nd BPO Company. Back office morning shift. Medyo tiis lang sa pay kasi walang ND pero pwede na rin kasi iba pa rin ang tulog sa gabi. Dillemma ko lang medyo ma issue sa team pati TL, nakaka stress minsan. Mas nakaka stress pa sa work. Ayoko naman na lumipat pa kasi wala na atang Back Office na AM Shift na 20k plus. 

Baka meron kayong alam diyan, naku papatulan ko na siguro kung sakali.

4 yrs on and off sa call center. 1 yr and 2 mos na ko sa current company ko pero parang tinatamad na dahil mababa sweldo, almost every 2 weeks nagpapalit ng schedule, walang annual appraisal pag napromote ka lang saka tataas ang sweldo mo

almost 3yrs ng GY pero hindi parin ako makapag adjust. still dreaming na maging normal na tao.. hehe

It's my last day of staying in the morning shift for 2 months. And honestly, mas preferred ko ang graveyard kasi super stress sa rush hour and traffic especially this season. Papasok palang ako, pagod na ako agad. Pauwi, pagod padin because stressful talaga. Di ako sanay matao. Haha

Normal life and sleep time but I will still choose the night shift since wala naman ako problem sleeping during the day. Excited to be back on the night shift next week.

I agree! Nung nag morning shift ako, super lagi ako late and irita sa rush hour....
Mas okay padin sakin ang graveyard, hindi matao, hindi traffic, may night diff pa

almost 5 year na din ako sa call center and this 2014 mag shift na ako ng career. Natanggap ako as med rep, so magiging normal na ang buhay ko!

Hindi ko naisip na mag call center ako talaga. Nahila-hila ako ng recruitment team ng kung ano-anong companies. Sitel, Concentrix, hanggang sa napadpad ako sa Convergys.

Na-profile ako sa AT&T U-verse. Familiar ako sa AT&T pero curious ako sa U-verse kaya I did some research. Naku! Nagsilabasan ang comments at 99% doon ay negative. Lol. Feeling ko, ni-hire nila ako para i-fire lang din. Haha!

Pero ayoko naman sukuan nang hindi ko man lang first hand na nasubukan. Ayun, eto Nag aasikaso na ako ng requirements. Sumakto pa sa holy week kaya next week ko na mapasa yung complete requirements ko. Kulang pa ko NBI and TIN.

Hmm, anyone here from Convergys Eastwood, U-verse account?

^ Convergys is one great company. You should be proud.. regarding negative feedbacks, depende yan. Madami masama ang loob pero meron din naman masaya at nagtatagal sa CVG. Give it a shot. Im not actually leaving CVG kung di lang nag pull out ang account.

Hi sis AnJelatine, I'm from CVG UP1 (3 years) pero wala nang UVerse dito... Mahirap nga daw talaga sa Uverse, hardcore ika nga, that only  means they put people there yung sa tingin nilang kayang ihandle yung acct, like u. May nakita ako dito sa floor namen, na previous floor ng UVERSE, nakaukit sa space bar ng keyboard, "UVERSE SUCKS". But don't get discouraged, depende naman yan sa pag handle mo. Goodluck

Graduate ako ng Mass Communication and don't know what to do with my career na. Nakakapagod na kasi. Wala akong naiipon coz bread winner ako. Thankful ako kase my retirement incentive dito sa Convergys so gora na ako after ko mag 5 years hihi

Hi, I've been with IBEX for 2 years and some months now. OK ang crowd and pay, with retention bonus. Sa Hanston ako - medyo dugyutin ang facilities but hey, I'm happy with my account and the people I work with.
