this intrigue me, dami ko kawave mate na nagsabi na wala daw retirement pay ang company namin kc project basedkami, so ayun nag sipag resign na ang iba..

Ako nag work sa Convergys then sa People Support, pero parang ang liit ng mga pay I working sa BPO ngayon pero hindi calls, pag God willing umabot ng 5years may token of appreciation dito na Gold as in gold talaga na worth around 60K pagtinunaw. I am praying hard na makuha ko yun will be my 5th year na this year..

Ive been to 3 contact centers na, convergys, etelecare / stream na ngayon at teletech. Sa benefits, convergys ako. Pero i stayed longer with teletech. Im no longer an agent but when i was with cvg..i was an agent. And gusto ko maging agent nalang kasi andun ang pera. Once you transferred to support group walang pera pero petiks galore. Hehe! Mas masarap pa din buhay ng agent for me.

Hello mga sis! I've been with Convergys for 6 years and 7 months na as an Instructional Designer. Yes, it's true na mandated by the government ang retirement pay. Sa Convergys kasi we have early retirement so as long as naka-5 years of service ka na, may makukuha ka na.

kahit ok ang salary and mabait yung mga boss mas prefer ko pa din ang morning shift and back office ka ng work walang masyadong stress TRAFFIC [textspeak!]

ay sis, same tayo company. 1yr and 2months pa lang ako dito. hehe back office kaso maddissolve na and we'll be transferred sa voice account without increase kya i'm planning na din to resign end of sept.

5 1.5 yrs na sa BPO. 1st Company IBM 3 yrs and now I'm currently employed in Telus 2.5 years na ko dito. So far, mas gusto ko dito sa Telus kesa sa IBM.   Non voice account on both company.

sis sayang kung ngayon k mg resign next yr na lang kc common review ngayon so kung anong performance mo ngayon yun ang reference nila ng increase mo this coming january. hehe

i know, nghihinayang nga din ako kaso oct. 1 na start nun training nun lilipatan na voice account. i don't wanna be part of it na. before,challenge sakin ang distance ng work tpos nun nabalitaan namin madidisolve nadagdagan pa... what made me decide eh hindi nila kame increase sa pay eh voice na yun. alam naman ntn maliit ang offer sa back office compared sa voice tapos wala man lang kme increase. anyway, natanggap na din naman ako sa citi sa oct din kaya ok na din. hehe
