Gave birth to MADOC labor for 12 hrs kaso my cervix stuck at 8cm, so un emergency CS, aside from that baby is 36weeks pa lang and may infection daw ako, he stayed in the nursery for 2 days and because baby have to undergo few tests and antibiotics. Stayed in private room(suite) from wed-sat, bill is almost 80k but all worth it. magagaling ang doctors, I am well taken cared of and ndi ako kinakbahan all through out.

np sis. actually im due anytime and dun ako manganak. nakapasok na ako sa labor room nila and super linis. marami din magandang feedback sakanya search mo lang here.

My OB is Dra. Michelle Guadiz-Borbe, affiliated with CGH, according to her package as follows-

NSD- 20k to 23k (no complications)
CS - times 2 ng NSD( no complications)

Hopefully no complications delivery ko.may HMO ako though 20k to 25k lang ang cover, my philhealth at sss din naman plus some buffer. anyone nanganak recently sa CGH, how's the service?

malapit lang ako sa MADOCs, I'm planning to change OB and hospitals if it's more affordable kasi di naman sya nag eentertain at di masyadong engaging sa mga questions ko. 80K with your experience is affordable na. I'm planning to give birth at St. Clare's sa Dian cause that's where I gave birth to my eldest. May I know who's your OB and where sya nagcliclinic? Sa ActivCare sa Pasay kasi yung clinic nung OB ko. TIA!

Hello mga sis. Due ko na next week. Sa Makati Med  (MMC) ako. My OB is Dra Miravalles. She quoted me NSD 57k and 82k for CS both for semi-private with no complications.. This is my first baby and hopefully normal delivery ako. Will try to go back and post my final bill kapag nanganak nako. July 13 yung due ko so few more days to count. hehe.

Hi sis, hintayin ko ang feedback mo about MMC and how much ang binayaran mo in total. Iniiwasan ko ang MMC at first kasi may nabasa akong post na ang mahal sa MMC parang kalevel na ng Asian ang prices nila. Hindi ko alam na may package din sa MMC. Ano ang semi private sis? Ilan ang kasama sa room? Thanks

Hi sis chloeliam_16, sis pwede mlaman name ng OB mo plan ko din kasi manganak sa east ave ang qoute saakin ni OB is 30k NSD and 60k CS..,

Just gave birth sa Delgado last July 16.

Hospital bills- 35k
PFs
OB- 35k
Pedia and anaes- 15k
85k total.

Ward lang ako. Emergency CS. 20hours sa labor room. Was quoted ng 100k sa emergency CS pero ayun, less pa pala.

Sis goddess_diana3584, if i may answer your query, just gave birth last 18 July in MMC. MMC has maternity packages, 57k for NSD and 85k for CS, both if no complications/not hi risk pregnancy. Semi-private room included sa packages, solo daw room pero common cr. I got their NSD package, just got lucky we were upgraded w/ no additional charges to small private room kasi puno na daw semi private rooms. My total bill was P80,500 less na philhealth. Nag-shoot up bill namin kasi nag-extend pa kami 1day dahil minonitor pa BP ko and baby had mild infection so extra lab tests were done. Super okay ang services MMC, including the doctors, nurses and staff. Sabi ko nga sa other threads, worth every peso. Btw, may binibigay sila na basket and bag of goodies for mommy and baby plus baby bag, aliw lang.  hope this helps!

Ang swerte mo naman!!!! Di sumali yung ob ko sa package ng mmc pero sabi nya 60-80k naman daw pag normal delivery eh. Sana di ako magka comolicatiob at sana may libre din upgrade.. iniisip ko kasi magsemi private lang din.

Just gave birth sa De los santos last July 22. They are NOT a breastfeeding friendly hospital. All the breastfeeding ek-ek poster at the rooms or at the nursery are just for show.
All moms go home with a can of infant formula. I guess ginawa lang nila yung mga posters kasi may benefit silang makukuha sa gov't,

Wow very helpful ang post mo. How was your labor experience there? Puwedeng kasama ang asawa habang nag lalabor doon? Ganon din ang rate kung hindi taga Makati sis? And puwedeng ask ko kung sinong OB mo? So may mga OB lang na puwedeng mag apply ang packages nila. Naka room in ba si baby? Sorry dami kong questions.. Dito kasi ako ngayon sa UK. Pauwi pa lang ako in a few weeks time kasi balak ko diyan manganak sa atin sa Pinas.

I just gave birth in Makati Med. I really discourage na manganal doon. First of all super mahal nya. Total nagastos ko is 240k for cesarean. Tapos rooms na small private lalabas 50% na mas mahal kaysa sa cardinal santos and ang liit pa and ang luma sobra. Sobrang bad experience dun, panganganak and sa nursery. Hindi ng mga nurses masyadong inaalagaan yung baby, hindi tinatawag mga moms on time para magpabreast feed. Yung baby koiniwan ko dun overnight tapos nalaman ko na hindi nila pinakain for 9 hours! Buti nalang bumalik ako sa hospital to check kundi kawawa yung baby. Tapos amg daming charges na hindi tama.

Mas mura pa sa st. Lukes sa fort, eh mas bago pa yun and mas maganda.

Naku sis, iba iba talagang experience bawat pasyente. May mga magagandang feedback sa MMC at may mga hindi rin maganda. I am still scouting for a good OB, hospital and package. Bakit umabot ng ganun kamahal sis?

My pregnant mother was admitted there 16 years ago. Ako dapat yung patient that time but they checked her blood pressure kasi buntis siya and sabi ng staff super taas daw at kailangang i admit ang mother ko due to pre-eclampsia. They gave her valium and nag shoot up lalo yung blood pressure niya and she had hallucinations and was semi comatosed a few days after. She was 7 months pregnant at that time and they did not do anything to save the baby. Nilunod nila yung mother and kapatid ko sa medications dahil nakita nila na may HMO card kami na super taas ng credit limit. Nilagay kami sa suite, ang daming pinag lilista na kung [textspeak!]-ano sa resibo namin and eventually my mother had generalized edema due to the many medications they gave her. My baby sister died I think 3 weeks after she was admitted. My father was so angry at that time but we did not sue the hospital anymore kasi ayaw ni mommy. We spent 7 weeks there and paid almost a 1 million pesos due to complications and super daming pf na binayaran (bawat organ yata may doctor siya). Overall, our family had a bad experience in MMC. As in pinag kuwartahan kami doon that time. We are thankful to the Lord that he gave my mother 10 more years to live after that incident.

Hi sis goddess_diana3584! Okay naman labor experience ko sa MMC, very attentive nurses and doctors. I think depende sa OB kung papayag sya na kasama si hubby during delivery. Swerte kami mabait si OB, sya unang nagbanggit na papasukin nya si hubby during my delivery though hindi pa kami nagtatanong if pwede. Parang same lang ng rates yung maternity package nila whether your a Makati resident or not. Kasi dun sa contract na pinirmahan namin, wala naman naka-indicate about discount kung taga-Makati ka. My OB is Dra. Zeanath Palala. My standard maternity packages ang MMC, not sure though kung lahat ng OB sa MMC applicable sa kanila. Supposed to be room-in si baby, pero dahil nagka-mild infection sya, sa nursery sya nagstay. The nurses just ring us every 3hrs para sa breastfeeding ni baby. Its either kami ni hubby pupunta dun or hatid nila si baby sa room namin, kakatuwa nga kasi the nurses always assist me how to properly latch our baby, kaya naman hindi ako hirap magpa-bf kay baby ngayon, natuto ako sa kanila, hindi kasi ako naka-attend ng breastfeeding seminars before kaya no idea though I'm reading books.
