Any recommendation po ng OB sa UERM and Our Lady of Lourdes Hosp? We live in Sta. Mesa area, naghahanap ako ng malapit sa amin, like one-ride away pag commute. TIA sisses!

lovemyself - thanks sis! hindi pa naman confirmed na preggy ako but i'm on my 2WW and we will take HPT this weekend para magka-alam na kung meron o wala. i have an OB na kaso medyo malayo sa house so canvass-canvass ako ngayon.

Go sis! I love her, she's not intimidating at all. She explains everything really well. She has clinics on Tuesday 1-3pm (by appointment)  or Saturday 9am-12NN which you can walk in naman.

Yes sis, andun din siya. We actually meet there instead of her clinic kasi weekly ang u/s ko kasi may clot. Fortunately, nun u/s ko nun wed sabi nya next month na kasi naging better pero when i asked sa fee again parang 65k na sinabi nya hehe i didn't ask for d details like room, etc kasi ang concern ko muna is mag push through un pregnancy ko pero i think pf is already included.

Wow yung total mu sis, parang doble ng quote sa kin. Was it because of d pf? Ang concern ko [textspeak!] nman talaga is kung pede sumama si hubby during labor n delivery. Inaallow ba yun sis?

Yes, my OB's PF was a huge chunk of the bill we paid, almost half! But what I said also included my baby's fees (bursery, pedia, etc) and we got a bigprivate room. Most was covered by my HMO though, our total cash out was only 25K.

My hubby did not stay with me the entire time in the LR, but he was able to come visit me once in awhile when my OB would give him an update. He was allowed in the DR, he helped prop me up whenever I pushed and saw our baby as soon as she came out (before I did pa I think). We had our first family photo then he followed her to the nursery for picture taking Take note though the hospital will charge for his scrubsuit and mask.

Just so you know, the LR at Cardinal are actually separate rooms (unlike ward-like in some other hospitals) then there's even a separate hallway and down for husbands to enter directly into the LR.

^sorry hjndi ko kilala yung ob nya and medyo matatagalan before ko matanong sa kanya but if im not mistaken yung ob nya may clinic sa malanday and 4days stay sila sa hospital

some hospitals dont allow husbands to be at their wives during delivery. kinukuha lang yun camera. at MCM and UDMC.

Need help po, looking for OB in st. lukes global. syempre po yung mabait..
Overseas based mom-to-be, pero gusto ko manganak sa pinas kasi mas maraming moral support keysa dito overseas konti lang..
Pero wala pa akong OB dyan sa pinas, and we want to try sana sa St. lukes global coz of the good service..  baka may ma i-refer kayo.

may kumare refer me her OB Dra. Bongala sa st. lukes and capitol med daw sya..  baka may nakakilala na sakanya dito, baka pwedeng humingi din ng feedback.

^^ako ssa pgh or mcu [textspeak!] doc ko, quote sakin last year is 75k for mcu and 60k for pgh. now.malapit na ko manganak so naginquire ako directly sa mcu mga 90k cs, and quote ni doc sa pgh is 80k. ang laki ng tinaas :/ elective cs ako btw and no philhealth ang rates na yan

Di ko ito first baby, pero first time na kami magbabayad ng hospital bills kaya pa-join!

Todo back read ako, kaso wala ako nakita tungkol sa St Luke's Medical Center sa ERod. Dun ako nanganak 2008, kaso nga lang covered pa ako ng insurance nun.

Magkano hospital bill nyo?

gave birth last Jan 11 at delgado via emergency cs delivery. my ob and the hospital quoted around 70-80k (all in) for cs but here's my total bill:

60k = OB's fee plus anesthesiologist and pedia
43k = hospital fees
8k =  baby's hospital fees
TOTAL = 111K

walang complication whatsoever. ward kami then transferred to a semi private room after my recovery. stayed at the hospital for 3 days.

question: applicable kaya 'to for example sa Baby Friendly Ward Package ng TMC?

naisip ko kung di applicable, cash na lang for PF tapos card na lang for hospital bills para di gaano mabigat? what do you think?

kasi balak ko sa VT Maternity Hospital ako manganganak kasi di hamak na mura pero super gusto ko talaga sa TMC. Both hospitals naman di accredited OB ko so baka magchange din ako OB. haay.....7 months na kami at gusto ko na talaga ma-finalize lahat

Hello po, first time ko dito at same time first time magiging mommy. I'm 12 weeks pregnant at medyo nagtitingin tingin n rin kung san manganganak para magkaidea.  Ask ko lang kung meron na sa inyo nanganak sa St. Jude hospital, sa dimasalang, kasi malapit po kami don. Yung OB ko kasi sa malayong hospital affiliated, may clinic sya sa malapit for consultation and check up lang. TNX!
