Hi mga sis!

Ive been ysing baking soda for years now... sadly to admit that I have bad odor on my underarm.. but super natuwa ako when I started using baking soda. and it really works! aside from lessening the perspiration, my odor problem is finally gone!

now i understand kung bakit ginagamit sya sa fridge para hindi mangamoy. works wonders!

When I got pregnant, ito naging problema ko umitim mga ua ko. T_T
and we just bought BS last saturday. So I'll give it a try if it works for me.
Or baka pag nanganak na ako babalik naman ng kusa. Hopefully.
I'm still trying to use it every night, paste only. Baka sakali.

Effective siya for teeth whitening, nakakapanibago nga lang yung lasa.  My mom mixes the baking soda with water to form a paste, tapos yun yung inaapply sa teeth either on its own or kahalo ng toothpaste.

More than a month pa lang ako gumagamit ng BS panlinis sa CR, paglalaba at pag may mga pantal daughter ko. Super effective. Backread ako dito para mas marami pang info! Yey!

^^ I can't remember the name sis, ang alam ko local brand siya.  Pumuti naman teeth ng mom and kapatid ko.  Hindi siya yung puti na tipong bleached ha, but naglighten yung color.  If you want na puting-puti, you have to go to the dentist for treatments para dun or use bleaching kits.

I just taken a bath and used baking soda. Kababasa ko lang kasi kanina itong thread na ito and since I bought Baking Soda a month ago for my teeth, I thought of using it on my face as a facial scrub. It's true, worked wonders to my face. How often pala you use baking soda? Once a week lang ba ito?

Super effective talaga ang baking soda. Na try ko ito with vinegar at kalamansi. Pinanlinis kp sa grout ng tiles

natry ko na yung sa teeth. ok naman siya nakakatanggal ng stain ang minimal whitening hindi yung pearl white talaga.

pero tumigil ako kasi yung gums ko nagkasugat.

mali siguro yung pag gamit ko. toothbrush + dip sa baking soda + water. then kuskos agad sa teeth.

Nice to see Baking Soda lovers

I use this to avoid shampoo build up. 2 tbsp of baking soda and 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Once a week or everytime I feel that my hair is heavy..instant gaan ang feeling.

Next is I use it as a exfoliator in my face and body. Everytime I feel my skin needs scrubbing. I get dry a lot thats why the olive oil will act as a moisturizer.

I never tried it as a prevention in UTI..hindi pa malakas ang loob ko para i try to haha although madalas ako magka UTI...might try this sometime..

Naubusan ako ng toothpaste kagabi, it was 11pm na! wala ng open na store. Buti I have BS sa bahay, ginamit ko nga sya pan-toothbrush... Hehe

To those who are using Baking Soda to whiten teeth... How often do you do it in a week? Can it be used everyday? Or every other day?

alam ko hindi siya pwede ieveryday dahil bakakaerode ng tooth enamel. leading to tooth sensitivity. try maybe 3x a wk.
