I used it last night and napansin kong nalinis nya nga yung teeth ko. I plan to use it for 1 week to see if kaya yang paputiin. Then once/twice a week. I read an article that it's bad to use it daily pero depende pa rin yan sa sensitivity ng gums/teeth mo.

Durafresh ba yan? I tried that. Walang lasa and kind of icky pero super effective nga to whiten teeth and fresh breath. I hope they carry it here soon.

i love using baking soda. kung saan saan ko sya nagagmit hindi lang sa body. super research ako sa other uses niya. andami kaso lately lagi ko nakakalimutan bumili sa grocery

ginagamit ko to sa face kapag may time lang. minsan once a week minsan once every two weeks. hindi ko tantyado kung ilang kutsara ng baking soda and mix sa water. basta makuha ko lang ang paste consistency then ilalagay ko sya sa face ng ilang minuto then ayun rinse na. hindi ko lang alam if namiminimize ang pores ko pero less oily ang face ko.

you need to use acv sis to balance the ph of the hair after. dont use baking soda alone sis.

i bought baking soda yesterday and used it sa underarm ko and teeth. sa teeth di ko pa makita effectivity nia, pero sa underarm natutuwa ako kasi nabawasan [textspeak!] mga black lines .. nafefeel ko eefect siya.. hindi madami nilalagay ko tama lang para hindi harsh

Apply VCO on your face.. Followed by baking soda na isuscrub mo or massage mo sa face.
Then leave it on for about 5mins then banlaw super smooth and lambot ng skin although I had to wash my face after with a cleanser to get rid of the VCO

For belmishes/marks daw yun. And moisturizing yung VCO

I mix baking soda sa shampoo also, once a week lang. Then todo conditioner din after kasi drying siya.

I also drink 1 cup water mixed with 1 teaspoon baking soda each time I feel early signs of UTI. Effective talaga!
