I use Arm and Hammer baking soda.  Minsan I go for the local brand Ferna. At times, I would just wet my face and put baking soda on it directly and scrub.  Other times, I dilute it with water. Backread ka na rin lang on how other posters prepare their baking soda scrubs.

Going back to my routine with Baking soda. nagstop ako recently ewan ko kung bakit. i might try this ulit once a week.

here are some samples of how to use baking soda as facials :

Facial :
http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Baking-Soda-Facial  (i suggest ibang facial wash gamitin niyo here kasi mostly ang pond's is nakakapimples, dun lang sa hiyang kayong facial mask)

Hair :
sprinkle a small amount (quarter-size) of ARM & HAMMERâ„¢ Baking Soda into your palm along with your favorite shampoo. Shampoo as usual and rinse thoroughly. The ARM & HAMMERâ„¢ Baking Soda helps remove the residue that styling products leave behind so your hair is cleaner and more manageable.

Remove buildup. Mix a small palm-full of baking soda to your shampoo to remove buildup from conditioners, mousses and hairsprays.
Dry shampoo. No time for a shampoo? Baking soda can be used as a dry shampoo when your hair is oily. Sprinkle some on your hair, comb through then quickly fluff your hair with a blow dryer.
Chlorine-damaged tresses. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 pint warm water.
Combs and brushes. Remove product and oil buildup by soaking your utensils in a bowl of warm water with about 3 tablespoons of baking soda. You can also add a splash of bleach.

SKIN

Facial Exfoliant. In the palm of your hand, mix some baking soda with your facial cleanser to make a gentle exfoliant. Use circular motions to apply gently then rinse as usual for very soft skin.
Rough skin. This also works for the rough skin on elbows and feet. Make a thick paste with baking soda and water (about 3 parts baking soda to one part water) and scrub away.
Shaving. A solution of 1 tablespoon baking soda in a cup of water works as a pre-shave product of aftershave rinse for men with sensitive skin.

MOUTH

Tooth polish and whitener. Baking soda toothpastes have been long-time shelf staples for a reason. The baking soda works to freshen breathe and whiten and polish teeth. Dip a damp toothbrush in baking soda and brush away. My personal twist, dip a toothbrush with toothpaste in baking soda for mouth cleaning times two.
Toothbrush. Soak your tooth brush in a mixture of water and baking soda and let it soak overnight.

NAILS

Soft cuticles. Scrubbing your nails or toenails with a nailbrush (or old toothbrush) dipped in baking soda will soften and gently exfoliate cuticles.

Almost lahat ng body products, baking soda lang katapat niyan :) very convenient pa. Actually, parang wala namang exact measurement yung baking soda. You can mix, dip, dilute or as it is.

^thanjks sis :) i wonder if the said concoction will help lighten scars/pigmentation. san ka bumibili ng turmeric? thanks again

The combination of exfoliating with baking soda and slathering on turmeric helps with pimples and acne marks. And there is nothing to fear as both ingredients are all-natural.

I use it on my face as a scrub once a week, sa teeth sometimes i mix it with my toothpaste to remove yellowish stains, and on my UA, ito talaga nakatanggal ng BO ko. Add a little bit of water to form a paste then apply on clean underarms leave it on for a few minutes then rinse.

@ melabshim, sa pagkakatanda ko yung small box ng Arm and Hammer Baking Soda cost me less than PhP100.00,  Although siempre mas mura yung Ferna brand.  The small box goes a long, long way for me kasi as a facial scrub ko lang siya ginagamit.  Pero kung gagamitin din naman as a body scrub, teeth whitener, dry shampoo, etc... siguro mga two weeks lang :D
