Is it me or some of you who use baking soda as dep also experience peeling sa underams? Kasi nung nag peel sya I stopped using baking soda for a week tas nag resume ulit ako now may peeling effect ulit hehe

1. I mixed it on shampoo - Yung husband ko is prone sa dandruff, nabasa ko sa net to mix it sa shampoo to eliminate dandruff. It's very effective, hinahalo ko mga 1 tablespoon ng baking soda sa Clear/Head and Shoulder shampoo. Try ko din sa shampoo ko medyo matigas nga lang sa buhok pero feeling ko super linis after.

2. Odor Eliminator - Nilalagay ko yung baking soda sa isang empty bottle then lagay sa cabinet. Nawawala yung "amoy aparador" sa damit.

3. Teeth Whitening - After magtoothbrush (with toothpaste), yung baking soda naman gagamitin kong pang brush ng teeth.

Try ko niyang facial wash/scrub

Meron sa mga groceries like SM Hypermart, Waltermart, PureGold.  Not sure kung saan nakakabili ng per kilo kasi yung mga nabibili sa mga grocery stores eh naka-pack at box na.

Is it okay to use an expired baking soda? 2010 pa.  i used it before as body scrub but i stopped. TiA

^^ I think it is OK to use baking soda long after its expiration date, as far as using it in the beauty department (scrub, mask, deodorant, etc.)

I used baking soda as my shampoo and vinegar for conditioner. 2nd, baking soda as facial scrub and body scrub sa elbows ko. Ok za gamitin at tipid pa imagine my shampoo ang facial scrub in body scrub ako in one...haha that's the miracle of baking soda

I use baking soda to de-clog our drains, for washing clothes in the washing machine, brushing teeth, as a facial scrub and I also sprinkle some on my head when I shampoo. I use conditioner after para Hindi matigas.

^ softer, smoother skin sis.  Feeling ko mas tumatalab yung effect ng turmeric pag exfoliated ang skin.

Ginagamit ko syang body scrub with pure olive oil, sa face din
at ginagamit ko din syang deodorant para sa UA ko tapos after mag shower may isang balde ako ng tubig na may nakalagay na baking soda para sa huling banlaw

effective naman sya mas kuminis mas healthy tignan yung balat ko

I sued this to soak my feet. Halo ko lang yung baking soda sa water. After, sobrang lambot ng paa ko. Sobrang laki ng tipid ko because of baking soda. Pwede sa lahat. hehe
