In other news, ang ganda pala ng Nars Volga when sheered out parang kumain ng grapes in the middle of winter.

This is my favorite plum as of the moment.

But my gay friend who's active in the fashion industry, favorite niya on me yung Tom For Black Orchid kasi ang classy daw ng shade.

^haha, yun lang. To be honest, I don't recommend Tom Ford lipsticks because the regular creamy formula isn't at all special. Besides Black Orchid siguro which has a justifiably unique shade naman, sayang lang yung pera kasi normal lang naman yung formula mas maganda pa Chanel.
The Tom Ford mattes though, hands down the best matte I've tried, pag naglabas ulit sila ng matte bibili talaga ako kahit ang mahal!

Do they have any plums na sis Ali?

I don't like the darker shades kasi nung unang labas. Pero ang dami nga nagsasabi na maganda daw formula nito and I so want to try but the shades aren't appealing to me.

For an affordable plum lipstick: Wet n Wild Sugar Plum Fairy. Kinda patchy lang. Best used with lip balm. But for the price ok na.

@ladychris17: Sis hindi ba patchy sayo yung TF Black Orchid? When I swatched it kasi sa TF counter before, patchy sya.. tricky to apply.. Do you have the same issue?

Ito ba yung hawig ng MAC Rebel? I think I have it too and I agree it's pretty for something so cheap!

TF Black Orchid has the tendency to be patchy depending on the application. Pero for me, hindi naman issue kasi sanay ako to dab first para ishape muna then I go from there. Mas issue sakin yung pag kumain ako ng something oily nagffade sya medyo sa gitna.

@ladychrist17, true ka dyan I find TF easily transfer sa kutsara , tinidor and glass. tee hee! Kaloka lang na di pantay ang lipstick or faded na siya. Di ako mahilig mag touch up lalo na pagnasa labas ako. Napansin ko lang to one time na ganun na pala siya when after eating ,I went to a store and I saw myself in the mirror. tee hee!! napilitang mag retouch. =P

Akooo I suddenly want to try a plum lipstick! Haha. Pati orange. Ang ganda i-pair with a bare face and they're so perfect this season. But I have to wait pa this may pass soon. Ewan. Hehe plus I'm pretty sure I would very rarely use them. Cause even my reds bihira lang nagagamit eh. But thinking of my lips in plum (and orange din) excites me!

If ever di kayanin ng guts ko ang deep plum maybe I'll start with something really muted. Okay na sakin yung katulad kay Cristine Reyes non sa other woman nung umattend sila sa party ni Barney. Haha.

i swatched mac rebel yesterday.. and am so tempted.
at that time my lippie was happy skin shut up and kiss me in girls night out..
akala nun SA naka rebel na ko..
so okay na muna ako dun.. pagtyagaan ko muna...
