how's  FP sis compared to DD?

Nag-order ako kay food print ngayon for 2 weeeks, so far okay naman.  ang advantage is they deliver here sa south kase BF lang daw yung kitchen nila kaso sa sobrang lapit ko, ako ata first delivery, dineliver ng 4am sa house.  as for the food, 2 days na pancake turnover ang bfast ko.  so far masarap naman.

Enroll na sis! Ako I am gaining the fruits of my SureSlim labor.

For the thread naman, si SureSlim partners with Yellow Halo for the food service. Nung 1st month ko wala pa silang partner food service, pero you can bring naman your yaya or cook. Nag YH lang ako for 1 month kase I think nagpartner lang sila nung naging successful yung case ni Clara then sumunod ang rest of Magalonas.

Anyone here tried the EAT CLEAN DETOX PLAN ng the sexy chef? I plan to enroll this December when I go to Manila for my rhinoplasty. Effective po ba? Please share your experiences. Thanks!!

I tried Lunchbox Diet, Diet Diva, and The Sexy Chef.

I'll be writing a full blog post about it, pero eto ang summary ng aking findings (haha):

The Sexy Chef (1,250 pesos) -- I chose the 5-day vegetarian lunch+dinner set. I love their food, and I'm happy na vegetarian/vegan yung options. I don't eat pork kasi eh. Yun nga lang, I have to take care of my own breakfast pa pati in between snacks. Lack of discipline ang problem ko eh, so I need a stricter, more regulated diet. But if I can nail down the regulated eating on my own, dito na ako. Healthy options kasi talaga. I'm such a carnivore.

Technically dalawa, kasi, for example watermelon and pineapple slices, pero nasa isang lalagyan lang, so isang snack lang yun di ba? :P Or chips + salsa dip, counted na pala nila yung dip as a second snack hehe. Also, they use brown rice, not red. And they include pork meals. I don't eat pork. Wala ring kasamang drinks of any kind. Pero masarap ang food nila. Consistent ang quality na masarap.

Diet Diva (1,900 pesos) -- Like Lunchbox Diet, complete set of meals din dito, pero isang snack lang. And they also serve pork. Ayoko talaga pag may pork. Pero red rice gamit nila, so mas chewy and high fiber. Also, their servings are bigger than Lunchbox Diet and The Sexy Chef, so mas nakakabusog. Consistent din serving sizes. I also like na may kasamang CarbTrim or Lipton Tea or Swiss Miss. And the red rice, minsan ang dry. Pero yung mismong mga ulam, masarap.

Effective ba? Well nagkakasya ako sa mga damit na di kasya sakin before, and maraming nakapansin na lumiit face ko. I don't know kung alin diyan ang effective, though. Sinunod-sunod ko kasi yang mga yan for six weeks hehe. Wala akong exercise aside from the 500-meter walk I take every day to get home from the office.

And I don't like white rice anymore. I find its texture too sticky na. I prefer red rice na talaga.

ichef has a cohen friendly diet na 900-1000 cal per day, i tried it and ok naman though i am back on the eat smart diet na 1300-1500 cal per day.

i might give foodprint another chance kasi 1200 cal per day and mas cheap.

I tried sexy chef, Delicioso, coffee crew and NUIU. I must say ang effective for me was NUIU. Tried it for 7 days. Lost almost 5 lbs! Very noticeable yung weight loss even to friends who did not know I subscribed to their 1500 cal diet. Sadly, mahal sya so I can't always subscribe to it. :)
