I've been overweight and dont want to go back there, doing my best to lose more and maintain it, not only for myself but for my family.

I hate it when I look at a certain dress and feel like it would fit me, then hindi pala.  worse, once i see large or xl size sasabihin ko pa, ang laki naman maluwag sa akin yan, then pag fit ko medyo masikip pa.  arrghh!!! also, mataba frame makes me look like losyang talaga, kahit mag effort ako magbihis at mag ayos.  unlike before nung payat ako, kahit sa bangketa lang bili ang damit ko it looked good on me at carry agad parang mamahalin.

I can totally relate sis, before kahit anong effort sa pag dress up kahit branded clothes ang pangit parin tignan. Right now, I can just put on a plain vneck shirt and jeans, still looks great. Kahit basic clothing lang, it makes me confident. When I was overweight, I looked 5 years older than my age and people always thought Im "pregnant"

^ true mga sis....nun malaman din ako... ang hirap maghanap ng susuotin... but now medyo fit ng konti... kahit plain white shirt lang okay na.. sabi nga ng mga officemates ko.. 'bakit ganun.. naka tshirt ka na nga lang... pero ang ganda pa rin ng dating'...

well aside from gusto kong maging fit, ang pinakamababaw na reason ko na siguro is because  2years nakong nagtitingin ng dress sa Haze na freesize lang lahat ng tinda at lagi akong nagmumukhang sako ng patatas! i swore to myself that by Dec 2013 makakabili nako ng dress dun

I want to be able to wear almost half of the clothes in my closet kasi most of them won't fit me anymore! Haha!

so i could wear any type of clothes, pag mataba kasi limited lang ang pwede isuot, lalo na kapag may bilbil

because i already know it can be done! which is so frustrating. ive always been  a little chubby but 2 years ago, i went on a diet and exercise mode and i got down to a size small. gusto ko bumalik ulit sa ganung size!

ako rin mga sis gusto ko ng pumayat.. eto new years resolution ko.. ang hirap pagmataba.. parang walang bagay na damit.. kainis..

I agree. Tumataba lang naman ako kasi I sometimes go overboard with cake, pasta, ice cream and softdrinks. With such terrible food choices, in a few weeks lang syempre minimum of 5 pounds added agad. I know that all I need is some discipline on my part and I'll be back in shape again. I ask myself, was that box of cupcakes really worth getting fat and unhealthy over? Plus we all know that it's not healthy to gorge on sweets all the time, so dapat lang naman talaga na i-limit, payat man or hindi.

kasi nun underweight ako, hindi ako sakitin. ngayon lagi ako may sakit.

isa pang reason, sayang ang mga damit ko. i don't want a change of wardrobe dahil itatapon ko talaga lahat. my favorite jeans/shorts has to go.
