^^ LOL korek !! Eto sinabi ko kay hubby months before our sg trip, need ko magpapayat para di na ako buy ng new pants and shirts na dadalhin..mas tipid na magdiet kesa bumili ng bago hahaha  achieved my target weight naman, now weighing 47.5 kg na lang :)

2.) Aesthetic - syempre mas maganda tignan pag proportion ang weight sa heigh

3.) Agree ako sa iba who says para masuot mga dating damit, sayang talaga magpalit ng wardrobe plus ang sakit sa ego magdagdag ng size higher

i agree with wanting to wear old clothes! lalo pa madalas sa kanila bumabalik lang din sa uso after a few years. :)

nag let go talaga ako sa katawan ko when i experienced extreme hormonal imbalance...yung meds na iniinom ko nagpalobo din sa akin. ang catalyst ko was when i tried tying my shoelaces at pag-angat ko ng ulo ko i saw stars at parang hinati yung tiyan ko sa gitna, hahaha. sabi ko, this is no way to live. i am trying to portion my food intake and went back to the gym. nothing too hardcore, basta consistent lang, and nakapansin na ako ng change. hindi man sa weight sa ngayon but sa overall feeling.

1. health. - I have a bad back, and it will help me tremendously if I lose the excess weight
2. to look good - aminin ko na, I wanna look good again, like how I did before I became a mom.
3.  to feel good - being that sanay ako na payat ako, gaining so much weight took a toll on my confidence and self-esteem

No.1 is health napansin ko simula tumuntong ako ng 30 hingalin na ako at hirap huminga lalo pa naman malaro yung toddler ko. Gusto ko at least kahit papaano kaya ko pa makipagsibayan.

For one, my husband prefers me to be payat. Second which is very important, I like the way I look in practically everything when I?m fit. It also doesn?t hurt that being healthy is a must at a certain age.

Health and aesthetic. TBH, nung una na purely aesthetic lang talaga and sobrang laki na talaga ng itinaba ko na hindi na ko comfortable sa sarili kong katawan. Napansin ko, I take less pictures of myself and nasayang lahat ng travels ko kasi wala ako masyado pictures. Pero as I lose weight, I felt lighter(physically and emotionally). Mas madami ako nagagawa ngayon and I feel more energetic kahit hectic yung buong araw.

Gusto kong pumayat dahil sa health ko. May history kami ng hypertension at diabetes. Ngayon naman may problema sa tuhod ko at ang sabi ng doktor ko e kailangan ko daw pababain ang timbang ko. Gusto ko pero nahihirapan ako kasi nakakapagod ang trabaho ko kaya nag-stress eating tuloy ako.  :'(

health reasons, hinihingal nko... I want to watch what I eat narin. panget tignan ng katawan ko sa  mirror hindi na hot mom!  :D :P sobra hirap mag diet struggle talaga lalo na for me na mahilig magluto at kumain. when I lost my job sobra ko na stress, dinaan ko sa kain. I gained 10 lbs...I feel old narin sa age ko na 38, so I want to have a healthy lifestyle.

just want to help here regarding losing weight, i almost hit 70 kilos from 45 kilos, what i can advise to those people na gusto pumayat.

1st - determination, yes kailangan naka set ang mind mo sa goal mo, kailangan until in the end is mapanindigan mo yung goal mo.

2nd - discipline, you should know when to stop na, kailangan kung ano lang yung kailangan ng katawan mo yun lang kakainin mo.

i started the low carb diet meaning no high carbs food like pasta, rice, breads. yes mahirap sa umpisa but walang mahirap sa taong determinado pumayat.  Lahat na ata ng slimming pills is natake ko after ng first pregnancy ko, yoyo ang katawan ko that time papayat because of slimming pills but bumabalik kasi its true 80% diet and 20% exercise ang formula to maintained your weight.

so here are the things na nakahelp sa akin makapag bawas ng timbang in a faster way but safe (i consulted my doctor din muna before taking these)

1.  best keto diet - keto burn  advanced weight loss - since i am in a keto diet my brother introduced this to me, this is from USA and meron na din ako nakita here sa Pinas na nagsesell this is highly recommended for keto supplements. Walang panghihina ako naramdaman and napabilis ang weight loss ko.

2. Garcinia cambogia ng potent organic - this one naman i took this nung wala pa ako sa keto, if hindi ka naman keto you can take this, appetite suppressant ito and they are purely organic so its safe din and effective, marami na ako na take na brand but this one is the only brand that i can highly recommend kasi ito lang naging effective sa katawan ko. Nabalewala yung diet and exercise ko last year. Di na nakabawi from the holidays. Hirap talaga pag walang disiplina. Back to square 1, to day 1. This year, I vow to maintain my goal weight. I wanna look good sa pictures and gusto ko magshopping ng di namomroblema sa size. My tummy is too big na and lagi ako napagkakamalang preggers. Kaloka!
