I have never had any problems when it comes to durability on the bags I buy from my trusted online store.  I am just to happy with my experience with these bags. The best thing is the huge discounts I am getting from them

okay din mga sis ang Girbaud bags... very durable, style is so-so, but the price is great naman esp pag naka sale!    try nyo...

 i have to agree. was able to buy a girbaud bag for 600, it was on sale. ok naman. maganda ang tela. 

question lang are giordano bags durable? may nakita akong bag na type ko and price is ok.

Dad bought me 2 bags from Ayla. He got it on sale Php700 each yata. Sa SM Dept. store nya yata binili, not sure. Been using these bags for about a year na rin. I carry a lot of things in it (average 2-3kg) everyday and no signs of tear so far

sadly, I have bad experiences with Secosana and Kimbel bags...  I can agree with Girbaud bags.. style is so-so but quality is really good. United Colors of Benetton bags are also good. Now I'm using a bag I purchased from a friend who imports bags from Korea and so far I'm loving the durability of the bag..

^ I am not so sure what happened to the Charles and Keith bags (the workmanship and all), but yes, they don't last very long anymore.

As for suggestions, there's this bag brand called 'Grab' and the design is really nice, plus it's super affordable. This can be purchased in the SM Department Store.

I tried Mendez before-- nagbabakbak! Yung Nine West that I purchased back in 2008 pa, ok pa naman yung body pero nag-start ng magbakbak yung handle. I have a Sophie Martin tote bag since 2010 pa and until now, okay pa din. 

I'll check na rin the SM brands that were suggested here. I think, that like shoes, kailangang pagpalit-palitin din ang bags para di masira agad.

I love Girbaud bags, it's really durable.  I always avail of their sale and lately, they always have this: buy worth 3K, 50% off so, I am really tempted to buy two or more even if I'd plan to buy only one piece.

^ Yes, sis Baby Madeline, you should check out SM Department Store, so many options. You just need to really look closely. Also, you're right... Kahit pa how durable bags are, if left in storage for so long, minsan mas mabilis masira as compared to when you use them regularly. Also, there's a smell that develops in bags when not used for a long time.

I have 3 Lacoste bags yung dalawa nagbakbak yung pagka-leather nya na lining tapos yung isa naman nasira yung zipper. Yung 2benetton ko naman na man-made leather 1yr lang bakbak na pero yung UCB ko na canvass almost 15yrs na pero ok pa din sya, ganun din yung Guess bag ko nabakbak ng wala pang 1yr.Me mga old Girbaud parin ako na ayos pa til now lalo na yung mga canvass and i also have my kickers backpack na mag10yrs na pero mga okay pa din. So far, I'm into CK, Brics, TokiDoki and LeSportsac kasi yung mga bags na nabili ko napaka-sturdy kahit na madaming laman lagi hindi sya nadi-deform. And I no longer buy leather or man-made puro canvass or cloth na lang.

Nagbakbak yung mga black bags ko na secosana, Benetton, nine west. Ayos pa yung mismong bag, don't know if it can be repaired eh, bakbak Lang Kasi outer lining.
Not sure about those that are not black though. Kaya parang gusto ko puro canvass type na Lang para tumagal ang bag.

Jiovanni yung secosana sayang sa pera nagbabakbak wala pang 6 months, mas okay pa pumili ng bit expensive like lascoste sulit sa pera
