^ hi sis. so far di naman po. what i do is dilute yung shampoo kase mas dun ako nagkakahairfall. sa treatment naman. hindi ko po kase nilalagay "from root to tip". sa malapit lang sa anit. kaya i guess reason kung bakit hindi ako nagkakahairfall? teehe.

Super dry yung hair ko after 8 months from digiperm and hair dye. So I decided to cut the curls kasi frizzy na. Then started with my hair care regimen. H&S smooth and silky (pink) shampoo every TFS. Cream Silk gold conditioner daily. Dove nutri-oil serum morning and night. Then every Sunday (homemade hair treatment) I mix 1 T apple cider vinegar, 5 T extra virgin olive oil, 1 T honey and 1 long stalk of aloe vera (gel scraped with spoon). I bought lots of aloe vera in pots sa neighbor namin and placed it in our garden. Apply mixture to hair and allow hair to be soaked for at least 30 min. Rinse w/ water, shampoo, apply conditioner, rinse then air dry.

For me, cream silk vitamin treatment, yung blue na sachet, nabibili sya in packs of 4, nakascotch tape. lol. I think its 10-12 pesos each sa groceries, so mga 40-50 pesos yung isang pack. Malambot sa hair after magbanlaw, I use it everyday like a regular conditioner. try nio

@mikewazowski protein & keratin is basically the same thing. iaalternate po yun with moisturizing hair products.

Anyways, all time fave is coconut oil. I leave it on for 30 minutes up to hours (if may time). Or sometimes overnight. Minsan rin I mix it with egg. Mas maganda results w/ egg.
