I have this former classmate in college na sobrang nakakaumay ng tingnan yung mga pics niya naka bikini lang.. Hindi naman kagandahan. Super confident na hindi naman bagay. Nakakasuka.

we have this officemate na nag-post sa FB ng thank you message sa company because he received a high evaluation rating and a somehow large amount of money for his bonus. though he did not explicitly posted how much he received for his bonus, everyone had an idea na because he posted his performance evaluation rating. it did elicit mixed reactions - may nag-congratulate naman sa kanya, but most people (especially those whom I know performed much better than him) really questioned the system and his rating. instead na dumami ang kaibigan nya, nadagdagan pa enemies nya. alam naman kasi na confidential yung mga ganung bagay, kailangan pa talagang ibandera sa FB. hayyy.. some people talaga...

I don't have any problem with people posting their happy moments, great achievements and blessings but I do hope they know that it can also attract negative vibes even if their posts are positive.

Kaya as much as possible ayoko na nagpoposts sa FB ang hirap kase baka instead of maka-inspire ka ng tao mas lalong ma-depress sa mga magagandang nangyayari sa buhay mo.  Well, it's my wall that's true so I can freaking do whatever I want... but still...

I still use FB just for the sake of keeping in touch with friends, ang hirap kase to keep track of their phone numbers lalo na dyan sa Pinas ang bilis magpalit ng number.

On Topic --- may friend ako post ng post about being sorry to his wife blah blah blah...so I asked him if it's a joke or true. True daw.  Close kami netong taong to, so I asked what happened. Ang sagot personal daw, away mag-asawa.... I was like, really? Personal then don't post it in FB for everyone to see! Ok I'm just ranting here hahaha! I do understand na he don't like to share the details coz he knows I will smack him in the face when I see him.

Kakaaliw to ha!

Well yeah normal na ata yung nega post sa fb and yung puro pagbabrag ang alam. Pati pagiimbento haha! I have an fb friend na may imaginary bf halata naman pero source of entertainment talaga. Yung mga braggers naman ng kung ano anong mamahaling bagay like LV and the likes nakakatawa din, pag alam mong afford yes nakaktuwa pero pag alam mong involve sa illegal na bagay kaya naafford syempre hindi nakakatuwa, nakakainis na.

Normal na lang din ang selfies at mga pasossy na status eh, for me depends nalang kung sino ang nagpopost haha Im kinda bias I know pero totoo naman eh, pag keri naman nung tao kay totoo or hindi ang pinopost parang dedma nalang basta nakakaaliw. Yung mga magjowa na mamaya sweet tapos mamaya away nakakabwisit talaga pero ayun nga, libre lang naman ang fb haha so nasa atin na kung mainis or matawa. Sa umpisa nakakainis pag nagtagal nakakatawa talaga :)

Myealexis21, you can't please everyone but it's also sad na kailangan magpigil dahil yung positive posts eh nakakadepress for other people?? There's really something wrong with them emotionally na kung ganun.

Nakakatuwa lang kasi pinaghihirapan naman talaga nila yun saka way nila to invite members for them to be successful too.

Haha

Posting yung mukha ng patay sa facebook as in yung nakahiga sa kabaong and twice ito ginawa. Una yung teenager pa ewan ko lang kung kaano ano niya yun if nephew ba niya then weeks after yung Lola niya na relative rin nung namatay na nephew. I mean respect naman sa namatay mismo ano. I don't know maybe he is just insensitive of that.

I wonder how some girls here react naman sa mga happydays project in facebook, twitter and IG? Nakaka-sad lang to know na despite the positive vibe, it still attracts the negative ones. Of course may mga exceptions like may confidentiality nang involved.

Nobody has a perfect life. Some might use social media to brag pero kung lahat na lang ng bagay napapansin negatively, mas mali yata yun. Pag mamahalin ang pinost, utang. Pag small things ang pinost, OA. Googke happy projects or happydays projects, you'll get what i mean.

Back to topic:
Sinisisi ako na wala daw kami nung new year eh bday ni daddy yun wala talaga kami. In the end, parang ako pa may utang sa anak nya.

Eh achiever ako from gradeschool to high school then nalaman nya sigurong magdodoctor ako kaya ayun kahit di ko kilala o di nya ako kilala ginawa akong ninang. Bawal daw tumanggi, bad luck. Lol. Ni walang kamu kamusta and stuff.

Then another one, after 8 years na walang communication sa isang friend, nagmessage ni walang hi. :(

^^I think it depends on who's posting the happy picture and perhaps also how the happy picture is presented. I have one FB friend who crafts her image as perfect on Facebook, but is really boring in real life. So her happy posts annoy me. I have another friend who whenever she gets expensive gifts, always posts them and thanks that person on FB even if they live together. So that's obviously bragging . Then there are friends who are just truly happy -- like someone who recently graduated, met up with a friend whom s/he hasn't seen in a long time, and is just genuinely in awe of the beauty of the place s/he is traveling to.

-Selfie everyday, or shall I say parang every hour

-Pag may nag like ng picture nya, mag cocomment sya sa picture itself and tag the person. So yung may 100 na nag like sa kanya, lahat yun may comment and mention! Do you really have to? Hindi ba pwedeng thank you all na lang? Or better yet, wag na mag thank you?

-Dati from married, ginawa pa nyang it's complicated. Married na sya with 3 kids na 2 of which are in HS.

^^i get the point especially yung sa facebook pa nagpapasalamat :D yung sa boring life ng friend naman feel ko just because you think her life is boring doesn't mean na boring din for her.

Kahit ako naiinggit sa mga posts pero it doesn't have to make me depressed, it doesn't have to make me feel bad about the other person or talk bad about the person. Pag laging negative naman posts ng tao, like may curse na or bad words, hide na lang sila if i cannot delete them naman sa friendlist ko. But of course, that's just what i think.

^sis robin, ayoko rin nung relationship status na binabago especially kung kasal na, or pag mga 12years old pa lang engaged or married na :D

Totally agree with you sis FOURever. I see nothing 'bad', 'wrong' or 'kainis' sa positive posts, and sometimes, even sa negative ones (depende sa sitwasyon). Ang true ay may mga nakakainggit, for me, yung mga bakasyon-bakasyon/travels. Hindi ko kasi magawa yun dahil magastos. Hehe. Pero do I see it as 'nakakainis'? No. I acknowledge to myself naman na naiinggit lang talaga ako. :D No hating for the other maswerte person though, I just tell myself "Someday, ako naman! :)"

I think people misconstrue people na always positive ang posts to be trying to project a 'perfect' life. I am one of those people na palaging positive ang post, as in 95% of the time siguro. And it's not because I want my FB friends to think I have the perfect life, it's just that I don't want my own nega vibes on my newsfeed/profile, and translating to and affecting other people's energies. Di ba nga pag nakabasa tayo ng nega post on our newsfeed parang nakakahawa? So as much as possible, I try not to post nega stuff. Minsan I do, just to vent, pero buburahin ko din as in after a few seconds. Hehe. Negativity is just something I don't want to have/share on my FB account. Period. :D Except perhaps sa legitimate rants about politicians/customer service ng companies. Hehe. Yun ang 5% ko na nega posts. If some people would think of that as pa-'perfect', eh keri lang din, to each his own. :)

My pet peeves on FB remain the same though - posting selfies galore (as in yung parang photobooth na ang peg. sunod sunod), yung literal na nang-aaway ng tao sa Facebook, ALL THE TIME. Fine, magparinig minsan, keri lang, Facebook mo yan eh. Pero araw-araw? Hala. :D

Yung mga nega posts ng iba, for me anything in moderation, keri lang. :) It's their profile after all, and if they feel comfortable posting that, then it's all up to them. Wag lang siguro yung every day may nega post, or worse, every post - nega.

Sa nangungutang, na-experience ko na din. Madalas kamag-anak. Paminsan mga naging 'friend' lang through FB. I don't take it against the latter though, they must be grasping at straws na to message a 'stranger' like me to borrow money. :D I just tell them na wala talagang mapapahiram.

Haha! One way to maintain my privacy. :)

True talagang you can't please everyone.  And it's not our fault kase hindi naman natin control yung feelings ng ibang tao di ba?  Saka di naman natin alam if they are in a bad situation.  just to be clear, I'm mostly referring to "inggit" as the negative vibes.

I think most of the negative vibes na naaattract ng positive vibes (hindi kasali ang bragging posts dito), ay inggit at kung hindi naman, ay preferences. Inggit na despite na magulo life ng iba, they still have something good to share yun nga lang via fb na napapagkamalan minsan na pagyayabang lang. Pero yun generation natin ngayon eh, social media. This!
Ako naiinggit ako aminado, but I try to be conscious with my negative feelings and thoughts.

I wonder how some girls here react naman sa mga happydays project in facebook, twitter and IG? Nakaka-sad lang to know na despite the positive vibe, it still attracts the negative ones. Of course may mga exceptions like may confidentiality nang involved.

I'm actually planning this... pero 30daysofhappiness lang - like a 30 day countdown before my birthday.  But not in FB or Twitter.  gagawin ko ito sa 2nd instagram account ko (which is mainly about crafts/hobby posts).  At least there I am somewhat anonymous :)

About the nega vibe, it's good to be aware that this can also happen.  We need to be more conscious of our thoughts and feelings.

Exactly!!
Gusto ko yung "I acknowledge to myself na naiinggit" yan din kase ginagawa ko.
True about the travels, but gustong gusto ko makakita nyang posts na yan, kase when its my time may mapagtatanungan ako hehe!

^I will, just waiting for the start-date :)
I am more into instagram now than facebook kase it's easy to share things with people who has common interests with you na you don't necessarily give a lot of information about yourself.

Networkers. Nakakainis. Pero sila rin naman di umaasenso  :o
